景寧縣七里水電站更新改造工程初步設計第1章浙江宏昌水利設計有限公司PAGE601、綜合說明1.1概況七里水電站座落于小溪支流七里坑上,位于景寧縣城西南40km。該電站于上世紀80年代建成發(fā)電。原裝機容量為125kw。因年代已久,機組設備嚴重老化,出力不足,幾乎報廢,且當年生產力水平低下,水能未能得到充分合理的開發(fā)。通過本次增容改造,充分利用水能,淘汰更換陳舊老化的機電設備,將蘊藏的電能充分合理的開發(fā)。1.2自然條件設計流域屬亞熱帶季風區(qū)。冬季,多晴朗寒冷天氣。春季,南北氣流交替加劇,低氣壓及鋒面活動頻繁,天氣陰晴不定,常有瀝漣春雨。初夏,由于北方冷空氣與南來的暖濕氣流相遇交綏,鋒面往往在本省滯留,形成連綿不斷的大面積“梅雨”天氣。盛夏時,在副熱帶高壓控制下,天氣晴熱少雨,降水以雷陣雨為主,若遭遇熱帶風暴或臺風的侵襲,形成較大暴雨。流域內其多年平均氣溫為14℃,極端最高氣溫36.1℃,極端最低氣溫本區(qū)域系構造剝蝕中山區(qū),由第四系松散覆蓋層和侏羅系地層組成,巖性以熔結凝灰?guī)r為主,區(qū)內地質構造不甚復雜,小型斷裂構造和節(jié)理裂隙較為發(fā)育。本區(qū)域地震裂度為Ⅵ度。廠址及壓力管線地質條件都較好,無影響工程建設的不利地質。1.3工程任務和規(guī)模(1)、工程任務本樞紐工程范圍以及下游無重要的防洪保護對象,興利用水量也很少,本工程的任務是發(fā)電。(2)、工程規(guī)模本站裝機640千瓦,多年平均發(fā)電量80.91萬kwh。1.4工程布置及建筑物(1)、工程等級
