4.2Acceptance:IftheGoodsarefoundtobeinconformitywiththespecifications,theBuyershallaccepttheGoods.IftheGoodsdonotconformtothespecifications,theBuyermayrejecttheGoodsandnotifytheSellerinwritingwithin_________________________(numberofdays)daysfromtheDeliveryDate.

5.WARRANTY

7.CONFIDENTIALITY

7.1BothPartiesagreetokeepallinformationexchangedduringthecourseofthisContractconfidentialandshallnotdiscloseittoanythirdpartywithoutthewrittenconsentoftheotherParty,exceptasrequiredbylaw.

8.GOVERNINGLAWANDJURISDICTION
