1.ObjectivesoftheITManagementSystem
TheobjectiveoftheEnterpriseITManagementSystemistoprovideaclearandconsistentframeworkformanagingtheIToperationsoftheorganization.ThesystemisdesignedtoensurethatITresourcesareproperlyallocatedandusedefficiently,ITprojectsarecompletedontimeandwithinbudget,andITrisksareidentifiedandmanagedeffectively.
2.RolesandResponsibilities
