本構(gòu)造由殼程筒體、管程筒體、管板、換熱管構(gòu)成。在建立三維幾何模型時(shí),運(yùn)用對(duì)稱性,沿圓周向截取90度的扇形區(qū)域,管程筒體沿軸向取50mm,殼程筒體沿軸向取L=2.5(R是與筒體的平均半徑,t是該筒體的厚度),算得不大于400mm,在那個(gè)地點(diǎn)取400mm,根據(jù)圣維南原理就能夠排除筒體邊沿處軸向應(yīng)力分布對(duì)管板處應(yīng)力分布的妨礙。圖1換熱器整體模型圖2換熱器管板模型 在ANSYS有限元模型中,為了同時(shí)體現(xiàn)換熱管對(duì)管板的支撐作用和管孔對(duì)管板的削弱作用,在ANSYS建立模型中,換熱管也進(jìn)行網(wǎng)格劃分,單元用SOLID45,同時(shí)全部模型都采納的是SOLID45單元。 在進(jìn)行ANSYS運(yùn)算時(shí),已考慮了腐蝕裕量的妨礙,具體做法是,由于只有殼程有腐蝕裕量,將殼程筒體的壁厚加2mm,筒體的內(nèi)直徑加4mm,而管板和換熱管都采納的是00Cr22Ni5Mo3N材料,因此不用考慮腐蝕裕量。 構(gòu)造整體的幾何模型見圖1和圖2,其中,圖1是換熱器整體模型,圖2是換熱器管板模型。有關(guān)管板的四分之一模型見圖3,其中有殼程筒體-管板-管程筒體連接處的細(xì)部和九十度布管區(qū)布管詳圖。圖4為主體構(gòu)造三維幾何模型,圖5為主體構(gòu)造有限元模型,圖6和圖7為主體構(gòu)造有限元模型的細(xì)部。圖3殼程筒體-管板-管程筒體連接處細(xì)部和九十度布管區(qū)布管詳圖圖4主體構(gòu)造三維幾何模型圖5主體構(gòu)造有限元模型圖6主體構(gòu)造有限元模型細(xì)部-管板圖7主體構(gòu)造有限元模型細(xì)部-鍛件4力學(xué)模型本構(gòu)造在所考慮的多種工況下能夠構(gòu)建統(tǒng)一的力學(xué)模型。4.1約束構(gòu)造給定下列約束:在沿殼程筒體400mm處的截面上,殼程筒體端部和換熱器端部的軸向位移為0;在沿?fù)Q熱器周向的兩個(gè)分割面上,即位于0度和90度角處,在0度截面上,全部y方向的位移為0,在90度截面上,全部x方向的位移為0。圖8在0度截面上,全部y方向的位移為0,在90度截面上,全部x方向的位移為0圖9殼程筒體端部和換熱器端部的軸向位移為04.2應(yīng)力邊界
