工程合同中關于圖紙和文件的條款中英文對照版TheContractor’sDocumentsshallcomprisethetechnicaldocumentsspecifiedintheEmployer’sRequirements,documentsrequiredtosatisfyallregulatoryapprovals,andthedocumentsdescribedinSub-Clause5.6[As-BuiltDocuments]andSub-Clause5.7[OperationandMaintenanceManuals].UnlessotherwisestatedintheEmployer’sRequirements,theContractor’sDocumentsshallbewritteninthelanguageforcommunicationsdefinedinSub-Clause1.4[LawandLanguage].承包商文件應包括雇主要求中規(guī)定的技術文件、為滿足所有規(guī)章要求報批的文件、以及第5.6款[竣工文件]和第5.7款[操作和維修手冊]中所述的文件.除非雇主要求中另有說明,承包商文件應使用第1.4款[法律和語言]規(guī)定的交流語言書寫.TheContractorshallprepareallContractor’sDocuments,andshallalsoprepareanyotherdocumentsnecessarytoinstructtheContractor’sPersonnel.承包商應編制所有的承包商文件,還應編制指導承包商人員所需要的任何其他文件.“Contractor’sDocuments”meansthecalculations,computerprogramsandothersoftware,drawings,manuals,modelsandotherdocumentsofatechnicalnaturesuppliedbytheContractorundertheContract;asdescribedinSub-Clause5.2[Contractor’sDocuments].“承包商文件”系指第5.2條款[承包商文件]中所述的，承包商根據(jù)合同應提交的所有計算書、計算機程序和其他軟件、圖紙、手冊、模型、以及其他技術性文件.TheContractormustpresentadetailedconstructionorganizationdesignandtheprogressscheduletotheEmployer’sRepresentativeandtheEngineerswithin5workingdaysafterreceivingthemove-innoticefromtheEmployer.AndtheTKSEngineerandtheEmployer?sRepresentativeshallmakeconfirmationorproposemodificationopinionswithindaysafterreceivingtheaforementioneddocuments,failureofwhichshallbedeemedastheconsentsthereto.承包人應在收到發(fā)包人書面進場通知后的5個工作日內(nèi)，向發(fā)包人代表和工程師提交一份詳盡的施工組織設計和工程進度計劃。TKS工程師和發(fā)包人代表應在收到上述文件后的
