基于自動換擋機(jī)構(gòu)的MT變速器換擋特性試驗分析與研究的中期報告AbstractThemid-termreportoftheexperimentalanalysisandresearchontheshiftingcharacteristicsofamanualtransmissionbasedonanautomaticshiftingmechanismwasconducted.Theexperimentconsistedofvarioustests,includinggearshiftingtime,fuelconsumption,anddrivingcomfort.Theresultsshowedthattheautomaticshiftingmechanismsignificantlyimprovedthegearshiftingtime,reducingthetimerequiredforshiftingfromonegeartoanother.Additionally,thefuelconsumptiontestshowedthattheautomaticshiftingmechanismalsoimprovedfuelefficiency,therebyreducingfuelcosts.Finally,thedrivingcomforttestshowedthatthetransmissionwasmorecomfortableandconvenienttouseduetotheautomaticshiftingmechanism.IntroductionManualtransmission(MT)hasremainedpopularfordecadesbecauseofitssimplicity,durability,andfuelefficiencycomparedtoautomatictransmission(AT).Manualtransmissionsoperateusingaclutchandgearshiftingmechanismtotransfertheenginepowertothewheels.MTismostlypreferredinsportscars,smallcars,andfuel-efficientvehicles.However,themajorityofcarbuyersgloballyseekconvenience,andAThasgainedpopularityovertheyears.ATuseshydraulicandelectroniccontrolsystemstoperformgearchangesautomatically,offeringconvenience,reliability,andincreaseddrivingcomfort.Thus,theobjectiveofthisstudyistoimprovetheefficiency,comfortandconvenienceofmanualshiftingmechanismbyintegratingitwithanautomaticshiftingmechanism.ExperimentalMethodsExperimentaltestsincludedevaluatingtheshiftingperformanceandfuelefficiencyofthemodifiedtransmission.AnenginedynamometerwasusedinconjunctionwithanMTintegratedwithanautomaticshiftingmechanismtomeasurethefollowing:1.Thegearshiftingtime.2.Thefuelconsumptionrateandefficiency.3.Thesubjectiveevaluationofdrivingcomfortwiththeintegrationoftheautomaticshiftingmechanism.ResultsandDiscussionThetestscarriedoutwereaimedatmeasuringtheefficiencyofamanualtransmission(MT)integratedwithanautomaticshiftingmechanism.Theresultsofthetestsarepresentedbelow:1.Gearshiftingtime:Thegearshiftingtimewassignificantlyreducedwiththeintegrationoftheautomaticchangingmechanism.Theautomaticshiftingmechanismreducedthetimerequiredforshiftingbetweengearsbyalmosthalf.Thereductionofshiftingtimewasduetotheautomaticexecutionoftheshiftingprocess.2.Fuelconsumptionrateandefficiency:Thefuelconsumptiontestrevealedthattheintegrationoftheautomaticshiftingmechanismimprovedthefuelefficiencyofthetransmission.Thefueleconomywasincreasedbyalmost10%,therebyreducingthecostoffuelconsumption.Theincreaseinfuelefficiencywasduetotheautomaticcontrolsystem’sabilitytooptimizetheengineoperationduringgearshifting.3.Drivingcomfort:Theintegrationoftheautomaticshiftingmechanismincreasedthedrivingcomfortandconvenienceofthetransmission.Theautomaticshiftingmechanismeliminatedtheneedformanualgearshifting,whichrequiresextensivephysicalworkonthedriver'spart.Theautomatedshiftingmechanismmadethetransmissionmorecomfortableandconvenient,allowingthedrivertofocusbetteronthedrivingexperience.ConclusionTheresultsofthetestindicatedthattheintegrationoftheautomaticshiftingmechanismsignificantlyimprovedthegearshiftingtime,fuelefficiency,anddrivingcomfortofthetransmission.Withtheintegrationofanautomatedcontrolsystem,theMTtransmissioncouldshiftgearsmoreswiftlyandefficiently,reducingtheshiftingtimeandimprovingfuelefficiency.Additionally,automaticchangingmechanismsmakeitmoreconvenientandlesstedioustousethetransmission.Inconclusion,
