g)檢合格,在有效期限內(nèi)Projectinthispartplanstofirstlyconstructfire-fightinglanesnearofW-3/W-4,warehouseterraceinthesametimeandfinally,theheavyvehicleroads,truckparkingspaceandgoodshandlingarea.Thebicycleshedshouldbeconstructedalternativelyinaccordancewithsitesituation.本局部工程擬方案先施工靠近W-3、W-4倉(cāng)庫(kù)的消防車(chē)道。同時(shí)施工倉(cāng)庫(kù)內(nèi)地坪,最后施工重型道路、貨車(chē)停車(chē)位及裝卸貨區(qū)域。自行車(chē)棚根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況穿插進(jìn)行。1.3MainProjectConstructionMethods1.3主要工程施工方法1.3.1ConstructionPreparation.1施工準(zhǔn)備1.Sitepreparation現(xiàn)場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)備(1)Adoptwarningbeltsfortemporaryenclosureonbothsidesoftheconstructionroadaccordingtosectionconstructionsequenceonthesite.按照現(xiàn)場(chǎng)分段施工的順序,對(duì)施工道路兩邊采用警戒帶進(jìn)行臨時(shí)圍蔽。(2)Axisandelevationtestinghasbeencompleted.軸線及高程復(fù)核工作已完成。2.Technicalpreparation技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備(1)Drawingtriagehasbeencompleted.〔1〕圖紙會(huì)審已完成。(2)Givedualattentiontoconstructionschemecompiling,andpayattentiontokeypointsfocused,withconstructiondrawings,constructionrules,qualitystandardsandoperatingregulationsasguidancedocumentsforconstructionorganization.編制施工方案要兼顧全面,突出重點(diǎn)。以施工圖、施工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、操作規(guī)程作為組織施工的指導(dǎo)文件。(3)Organizeandarrangelaborforceandtechnicalpower,andestablishorganizationforconstructiontechnologyandmachinerymanaging,accordingtoworkamountofsub-project.根據(jù)分項(xiàng)工程的工程量,組織、安排勞動(dòng)力和技術(shù)力量,建立施工技術(shù),機(jī)械管理機(jī)構(gòu)。1.3.2EngineeringSurveyControl.2工程測(cè)量控制1.Surveyingandlining測(cè)量放線Beforeroadconstruction,itisnecessarytore-checkroadaxisandelevation,andconductstakingoutinsurveyafterthereisnoerrorintherecheck.道路施工前,必須進(jìn)行道路軸線以及高程的復(fù)核,復(fù)核無(wú)誤前方可進(jìn)行測(cè)量放樣。Therecheckingmethodisadoptingtotalstationinstrumenttoconducttraverseclosureaccordingtothecoordinatepointsofferedbytheproprietor,withthehorizontalcoordinatecontrolcomplyingwithprecisionrequirementsofsecond-ordertraverseandelevationcontroldeviationcomplyingwithprecisionrequirementsofthird-orderlevel,whicharecontrollingpointsinconstructionmeasuring.復(fù)核方法為采用全站儀根據(jù)業(yè)主給出的坐標(biāo)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行導(dǎo)線閉合,平面坐標(biāo)控制符合二等導(dǎo)線精度要求,高程控制誤差符合三等水準(zhǔn)精度要求,作為施工測(cè)量控制點(diǎn)。Adoptlevelinstrumenttointroducethesitelevelelevationtotheexistingbuildings,whichisthebasisofmeasuringchannelelevation.Theelevationcontrollinglineshouldbeintroducedtotheseveralexistingbuildingsfromonepointtothesurroundingaccordingtoconstructiondemands.Testeachelevationline.采用水準(zhǔn)儀將現(xiàn)場(chǎng)水準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)標(biāo)高引測(cè)至現(xiàn)有的構(gòu)筑物上,作為溝道標(biāo)高測(cè)量的依據(jù)。標(biāo)高控制線應(yīng)根據(jù)施工需要從一點(diǎn)向四周引測(cè)至現(xiàn)有建構(gòu)筑物多處,對(duì)于各條標(biāo)高線,應(yīng)予校測(cè)。2.Axistestingandlaying:軸線測(cè)設(shè):Intheaxistestingandlayinginthisproject,totalstationinstrumentortheodoliteareadopted,tryingtoreduceintroducedcontrollingpointstoreducedeviations.本工程軸線的測(cè)設(shè)采用全站儀或是經(jīng)緯儀,盡量減少引出控制點(diǎn),從而減少誤差累加。Accordingtothecontrolgridofplantplanconstruction,conductlocationandlining,andpreparecontrollingpilesofallmainaxiseswhicharethestandardoflocationinspectionandembeddedpartsadjustmentinroadconstruction.根據(jù)廠區(qū)平面施工控制方格網(wǎng)進(jìn)行定位放線,做好各主軸線的控制樁,作為道路施工中定位檢查及預(yù)埋件調(diào)整的基準(zhǔn)。3.Technologyqualityrequirements:工藝質(zhì)量要求:Theplancontrollingpileshouldcomplywithprecisionrequirementsofsecond-ordertraverse;andtheelevationcontrollingpileshouldcomplywithprecisionrequirementsofthird-orderlevel.平面控制樁應(yīng)符合二級(jí)導(dǎo)線精度要求;高程控制樁應(yīng)符合三等水準(zhǔn)精度要求。Themeasuringinstrumentstobeusedshouldpassthroughannualinspectionandbeinaperfectusingstatus;professionalpersonnelinmeasuringshouldchooseproperwhetherconditiontomeasure,whichcanensureagodintervisibilityforallpilepositions,avoidinginfluencesfromconstructionmachinesandpersonnel;regularlyrecheckallmeasuringpointseverymonthtoensureaccuracy.所用測(cè)量?jī)x器須經(jīng)過(guò)年檢,處于完好使用狀態(tài);測(cè)量由專業(yè)人員,選擇適宜天氣條件進(jìn)行,所有樁位應(yīng)通視良好,避開(kāi)施工機(jī)械和人員的擾動(dòng)影響;所有測(cè)點(diǎn)應(yīng)每月定期進(jìn)行復(fù)核,保證準(zhǔn)確性。1.3.3ConstructionMethods.3施工方法1.Maintechnicalrequirementsinroaddesign道路設(shè)計(jì)主要技術(shù)要求(1)Setlongitudinalseamandpullrodswhentheroadwidthexceeds4500mm,andФ14twistedsteelareadoptedinpullrodinthelongitudinalseam,withthespacingnomorethan1000mm,andthedistancebetweentheoutermostpullandtheseamorfreeedgenomorethan350mm.道路寬度大于4500mm時(shí),設(shè)置縱向縫,并且設(shè)置拉桿,縱縫拉桿采用Ф14螺紋鋼筋,間距不大于1000mm,最外拉桿距接縫或自由邊不大于350mm.。(2)Filltheexpansionseamwithmixturematerialofpitchandrubber,andconductconstructionaccordingto20mmwidth.Ф25roundsteelbarsareusedindowelsteelintheexpansionseam,andthecoverendshouldbeinstaggeredarrangement,withthespacingbeing300mm,andthedistancetotheseamorfreeedgenolessthan150mm.脹縫均采用油膏混合料填縫,按照20mm寬施工。脹縫傳力桿采用Ф25圓鋼筋,套子端應(yīng)在相鄰板中交錯(cuò)布置,間距300mm,距接縫或自由邊不小于150mm.(3)Thecompactionparameterofgutterbasesis≥0.93;andthecompactionparameterofwarehouseterraceis≥0.94.路槽基底壓實(shí)系數(shù)≥0.93;倉(cāng)庫(kù)地坪基底壓實(shí)系數(shù)≥0.94。(4)Roadlinesshouldbepressedonroadsurface.路面須壓路紋。2.Roadconstruction道路施工(1)Foundationtrenchexcavation基坑開(kāi)挖①Conductstakingoutinsurveyaccordingtorequirementsindesigndrawings,andexcavate600mmawayfromtheborder-linemarkingasrequiredindesigndrawings.①根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙要求進(jìn)行測(cè)量放樣,開(kāi)挖邊線按照設(shè)計(jì)圖紙要求按路面邊線外600mm。②Duringsiteexcavation,constructionworkersshouldconductwhole-precesscontrolaccordingtotheexcavatingborder-line.②現(xiàn)場(chǎng)開(kāi)挖時(shí),施工員應(yīng)根據(jù)開(kāi)挖邊線進(jìn)行全程控制。③Reserve50mm-100mmwhenexcavating,andlaminatewithroadroller(fornolessthan6times)toavoidover-excavatingwhichwillinfluencesthefoundationtrenchbases.③開(kāi)挖時(shí)預(yù)留50mm~100mm,壓路機(jī)碾壓〔碾壓遍數(shù)不少6遍〕,以免出現(xiàn)超挖現(xiàn)象,影響基槽地基。④Nextprocedurecannotbeconstructeduntilthefoundationtrenchisacceptedbysupervisorsandrelevantunits.④基槽必須經(jīng)監(jiān)理及相關(guān)單位驗(yàn)收合格前方可進(jìn)行下一道工序施工。⑤Transportalltheexcavatedearthtotheassignedspoilground.⑤開(kāi)挖土方全部外運(yùn)至指定棄土場(chǎng)。(2)Roadconstructionmethodsandsteps道路施工方法、步驟①Constructionoftrench-connectingstoneofroadbase①路基連槽石施工a.Accordingtodesigndrawings,opentheseamsonroads,separatingthemwithwoodblockorfoamplateontheopenedseamandmarkingwithapparentmarks(seamopeningrequirements:setalongitudinalseamevery4.5meterswidth;andacrosswisestretchingseamaccordingtothe4.5m;setaseamevery100m-300maccordingasrequiredinspecifications).根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙要求,進(jìn)行道路分縫,在分縫處采用木板或是泡沫板隔離,并且做出明顯的標(biāo)記〔分縫要求:6m寬設(shè)置一道縱向縫;橫向縮縫按照6m設(shè)置一道;按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求每100m~300m設(shè)置一道〕。b.Choose20theavytypedlaminatingforroadroller,andstartvibratingandlaminatingatthesametimeduringlaminating.b、壓路機(jī)選用20t重型碾壓,碾壓過(guò)程中,翻開(kāi)振動(dòng)同時(shí)啟動(dòng)碾壓。c.Choose50-120mmdiameterrubbles,anduseexcavatorforpavementaftertherubblesaretransportedtothesite.Peoplecooperatefortrimming,withthepredictedheightofrubblefillingelevationbeing30-50mm,whichavoidssettlingelevationbeingexcessivelylongandnotmeetingthedesignelevationafterroadrollerlaminating.c、塊石選用粒徑為50~120mm塊石,塊石運(yùn)至現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后,使用挖機(jī)攤鋪,人工配合修整,塊石填筑標(biāo)高預(yù)高30~50mm,以免壓路機(jī)碾壓后,沉降標(biāo)高過(guò)大,而不滿足設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高。②Gradedgravelconstruction②級(jí)配碎石施工a.Thegradedgravelisin200mmthickness.級(jí)配碎石為200mm厚。b.Thelargestdiameterofthegradedgravelshouldnotexceedthatrequiredintechnicalspecifications,withgradedgravelcompositionandplasticityindexmeetingtheregulationsintechnicalspecificationsrequirements.b、級(jí)配碎石最大粒徑應(yīng)不大于技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,級(jí)配碎石顆粒組成和塑性指數(shù)應(yīng)滿足技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的規(guī)定。c.Beforeformalconstruction,selecttestingsectionforgravellaminating,testinggradingcompositionofmixture,bestwatercontent,uniformity,degreeofcompactionandbearingratioofthegravelbedding,togainthemixturebestcompactionparameter,compactiontimes,compactionproceduresandconstructiontechnologies.c、正式施工前,選取碎石碾壓試驗(yàn)段,測(cè)定混合料的級(jí)配組成、碎石墊層的最正確含水量、均勻性、壓實(shí)度、承載比,使混合料到達(dá)最正確的壓實(shí)系數(shù)、壓實(shí)遍數(shù)、壓實(shí)程序和施工工藝。d.Excavatorsareusedforpavementingradedgravel,withthepredictedheightofpavementelevationbeing30mm,whichavoidssettlingelevationbeingexcessivelylongandnotmeetingthedesignelevationafterroadrollerlaminating.d、級(jí)配碎石采用挖機(jī)攤鋪,攤鋪標(biāo)高預(yù)高30mm,以免壓路機(jī)碾壓后,沉降標(biāo)高過(guò)大,而不滿足設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高。e.Adopt20troadrollerforlamination(inrotationtype)inlaminating,withcompactiontimesnotlessthan2times.e、碾壓采用20t壓路機(jī)碾壓〔振動(dòng)型〕,壓實(shí)次數(shù)不少于2遍。f.Conservationbywaterpouringfor3days12hoursafterconstructioncompletion.f、施工完成12小時(shí)以后,淋水養(yǎng)護(hù)3天。(3)Installationofpavementformwork③路面模板安裝:a.Theplateisshoredbyusing[22channelsteel,reinforcementsareweldedatintervalsof1,500mmalongthechannelsteeltobeconnectedwithaflangeforreinforcing.(Seeinginthefigureasbelow).a、模板選用[22槽鋼支護(hù),沿著槽鋼每隔1500mm焊一道鋼筋連接翼緣,以便加固使用〔見(jiàn)以下圖〕。[22channelsteel[22[22channelsteel[22槽鋼SteelbarofΦ20b.Passlinehangingoperationisperformedaccordingtothesidelineofthepavement,andbackofthechannelsteelisleveledandstraightalongapassline.b、按照路面邊線進(jìn)行通線,槽鋼反面沿著通線持平順直。c.Thechannelsteelisreinforcedontheoutersideoftheroadsideinaformofpilingagroundanchor,andawoodbeamorasteelpipeisusedasthegroundanchor,shownasbelow:[22channelsteel[22[22channelsteel[22槽鋼Supportofwoodbeam木方支撐GroundanchorSupportofwoodbeam木方支撐Groundanchor地錨d.Thelongitidinalsplicingofthechannelsteelisshownasthefighre:d、槽鋼縱向拼接見(jiàn)以下圖:Triangularwoodtippassesthroughsteelbarsontwosidesatsplicingseamandisfilledfirmlytobeusedasastopper三角形木尖穿拼縫處兩側(cè)鋼筋、塞固為止塞10#ironwireisstrappedfirmly[22channelsteel[22Triangularwoodtippassesthroughsteelbarsontwosidesatsplicingseamandisfilledfirmlytobeusedasastopper三角形木尖穿拼縫處兩側(cè)鋼筋、塞固為止塞10#ironwireisstrappedfirmly[22channelsteel[22槽鋼Treatmentofsplicingseamofchannelsteel槽鋼拼縫處處理e.Afterthemountedplateisreinforcedtemporarily,thestraightnessofthesidelineintheplateischeckedbyusingatheodolite.e、模板安裝臨時(shí)加固完成后,采用經(jīng)緯儀檢查模板內(nèi)邊線是否順直。(4)Embeddingofpullrodanddrawbar④傳力桿、拉桿預(yù)埋:a.Arrangementofadowelbaratanexpansionseam:ahardpolyvinylchloridepipesleeveofФ30andthedowelbarofФ28(whichiswrappedbyusingaplasticfilm)attheexpansionseaminthecompletionsectionofcasting,andtheembeddingintervalbetweenthehardpolyvinylchloridepipesleeveandthedowelbaris300mm.Seeingthefigureasbelow.a、脹縫處傳力桿的設(shè)置:在先澆筑完成段的伸縮縫處預(yù)埋間距300mm、Ф30硬聚氯乙烯管套筒及Ф28傳力桿〔傳力桿用塑料薄膜包裹〕。見(jiàn)以下圖。Flexibleseamfillingslab軟質(zhì)填縫板Note:Histhethicknessofpavementslab注:H為路面板厚HardpolyvinylchloridepipesleeveofФ30DowelbarofФFlexibleseamfillingslab軟質(zhì)填縫板Note:Histhethicknessofpavementslab注:H為路面板厚HardpolyvinylchloridepipesleeveofФ30DowelbarofФ25attheexpansionseamMixtureofasphaltandrubber油膏混合料Asphaltandoilcoatedpolyvinylchloridefilmwhichis270mminlengthBulksampleofExpansionseam脹縫大樣b、聚氯乙烯管套筒加固采用鋼筋直接錨固于穩(wěn)定層,焊接牢固。c.Themountingofalongitudinalseampullrod:thepullrodisarrangedinaФ14@1000formandisanchoredonthestablelayerdirectlybyusingthereinforcementsandisweldedfirmly.c、縱縫拉桿安裝:按Ф14@1000設(shè)置,拉桿加固采用鋼筋直接錨固于穩(wěn)定層,焊接牢固。(5)Concreteconstruction:⑤砼施工:a.C30concreteisusedforpavementa、路面砼采用C30混凝土。b.Thetrialblendingofthepavementconcreteisperformedstrictlyaccordingtothedesignrequirement.b、嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行路面砼進(jìn)行試配。c.Beforecasting,thefinalfinishedsurfaceiscalculatedaccordingtotheslopesettlingrequirementofthedesignedpavement,theelevationoftheconcretepavementismeasuredatarchcamberinthemiddleofthesideform,andcontrolpointsaresetatintervalsof3m;duringthecastingofthepavementwhichis9,000mminwidth,alongitudinalseamisformedinthemiddleofthepavement,andalongitudinalseamplatemustbemountedstrictlyaccordingtotheslopesettlingrequirementofthepavementinthedesigneddrawing.c、澆筑前,應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)路面放坡要求計(jì)算出最終完成面,然后在邊模、中間起拱處測(cè)量出砼路面標(biāo)高,并且每隔3m一個(gè)控制點(diǎn);如澆筑9000mm寬路面時(shí),在路中設(shè)置一道縱縫,縱縫模板安裝時(shí)必須嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)計(jì)圖紙路面放坡要求進(jìn)行安裝。d.Duringtheconcretecastingofthepavement,dischargingpavingisperformedalongthecastingdirection,andaflatplatevibratorandavibrationrodshouldbetrackedinplacetoensurethattherodandthematerialsaresynchronous,sothatthephenomenaofbubblesandslurryingoccur;andthepavementiscompactedinitiallyandgroundalongthetopoftheplatebyusing8#channelsteelwhichis5,000mminlength,arolleroraluminumalloybars,thegrindingelevationofthepavementshouldbe5to8mmhigherthanthepresetheighttoensurethatthepavementconcretewhichissubjectedtowaterclosingandpresspolishmeetstherequirementofdesignelevation.d、路面砼澆筑時(shí),沿著澆筑順序方向進(jìn)行卸料攤鋪,平板振動(dòng)器及振動(dòng)棒跟蹤到位,保證料到棒到,以出現(xiàn)氣泡及起漿為主;采用5000mm長(zhǎng)8#槽鋼、滾筒或是鋁合金條沿著模板頂初壓實(shí)、磨平,路面磨平標(biāo)高應(yīng)預(yù)高5~8mm,以保證路面砼閉水、壓光后滿足設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高要求。e.Thepresspolishoftheconcretepavementshouldbedividedintothreeprocesses,namelyinitialgrindingaftercasting,secondarypresspolishwithin3hoursaftercastingcompletionandthefinalpresspolishbeforefinalsetting(timeiscontrolledbytouchtrialoffingers);duringthesecondarypresspolish,grindingisperformedbyusingapolishingmachine,thedeformationandunevennessofabrasivediscsofthepolishingmachineshouldbeavoided,thegrindingisperformedfromoneendatwhichtheconcreteiscasttotheotherend,theintersectionlengthsoftheabrasivediscseverytwotimesarenotlessthan20cm,andgrindingmisspositionsdonotoccur.Thepolishingisperformedbytwooperators,onepersonisresponsibleforholdingthemachinetoensurethestabilityofthepolishingmachine,andtheotherpersonmovesapowercord.e、砼路面壓光應(yīng)分三道工藝,澆筑完成后第一道初磨平;澆筑完成后3小時(shí)第二道壓光;第二道壓光采用,磨光機(jī)進(jìn)行磨平,磨光機(jī)磨片要求無(wú)變形且無(wú)凹凸現(xiàn)象,磨光時(shí)由先澆筑砼一端開(kāi)始磨向另一端,每?jī)纱文テ嘟徊簧儆?0cm,且無(wú)漏磨處。磨光時(shí),由二個(gè)作業(yè)員同時(shí)進(jìn)行,一人撐機(jī),保證磨光機(jī)的穩(wěn)定性,一人同時(shí)移動(dòng)電源線。終凝前最后一道收光〔以手指觸試控制時(shí)間〕。f.Gallingofpavementf、路面拉毛Thegallingofthepavementisplannedbyusingarollerorisconstructedbyusingaspecialcuttingmachine.路面拉毛擬采用滾筒拉毛,或者采用專用切割機(jī)進(jìn)行施工。Duringthegallingoftheroller,analuminumalloybarorasteelpipe(whichcannotslide)ispositionedonthepavementinthetransversedirectionaccordingtothelengthoftherollertoavoidtheinfluenceonagallingeffectduetotheinclinationoftheroller,thegallingshouldbeperformedfromonesideofthepavementtotheothersidebeforethefinalsettingoftheconcreteandshouldbeformedatonetime,andiftherollerinclines,presspolishshouldbeperformedimmediately,andthen,thegallingisperformedagain,whereinspacebetweengallinglinesisabout2cm.采用滾筒施工拉毛時(shí),根據(jù)滾筒的長(zhǎng)度,在路面橫向處安放一條鋁合金條或鋼管〔不能滑動(dòng)〕,以免滾筒傾斜,影響拉毛效果,拉毛應(yīng)在砼終凝前從道路一側(cè)拉向另一側(cè),且一次成型,如有傾斜應(yīng)立即進(jìn)行壓光后,重新拉毛,拉毛線間距約為2cm。Cuttingshouldbeperformedbyusingthespecialcuttingmachineafterthefinalsettingoftheconcrete,linesaresnappedonthepavementformeshdivisionaccordingtothetotalwidthofagroupofcuttingdiscs.Thewidthofagroupofcuttinglinesisabout35cm,thewidthofthepositionwithoutthecuttinglinesisabout65,andcuttingisperformedinastaggeredmodeaccordingtothehalfwidthofthepavement,showninthefigureasbelow,thedepthoftheseamisabout5mm.采用專用切割機(jī)切割時(shí),應(yīng)在砼終凝后進(jìn)行,根據(jù)一組切割片的總寬度,在路面進(jìn)行彈線分格。切割線一組寬度約為35cm,無(wú)切割線位置約為65cm,即按路面一半寬度錯(cuò)開(kāi)切割,如以下圖所示,縫深約5mm。Beforecutting,thedepthsofcutofthecuttingdiscsshouldbeadjusted,andthecuttingdirectionsofthecuttingdiscsshouldbeadjustedatanytimeduringcutting.Whenthecuttingisstopped,aknobswitchshouldbeturnedoff,thecuttingdiscsareliftedtotheconcretepavement,andrunningisstopped.開(kāi)始切割前,應(yīng)調(diào)整刀片的進(jìn)刀深度,切割時(shí)應(yīng)隨時(shí)調(diào)整刀片切割方向。停止切割時(shí),應(yīng)先關(guān)閉旋鈕開(kāi)關(guān)、將刀片提至砼路面,停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。Duringcutting,thecuttingdiscsshouldbecooledbycoolingwater,andaftercuttingforpartitioningiscompleted,slurryintheseamshouldbewashedimmediatelybyusingpressurewater.切割時(shí),保證刀片有冷卻水對(duì)刀片進(jìn)行降溫處理,切割分段完成后應(yīng)立即采用壓力水對(duì)縫內(nèi)的漿水進(jìn)行沖洗干凈。Schematicdiagramofcuttingseam切縫示意圖Centerlineofpavement路中心線CuttingseamSchematicdiagramofcuttingseam切縫示意圖Centerlineofpavement路中心線Cuttingseam切縫Widthofpavement路寬(6)Maintenanceofconcreteplate⑥混凝土板養(yǎng)護(hù):Maintenancecanbeperformedwithin12hoursaftertheconstructionoftheconcreteplate,amaintenancemethodforwateringtheplasticfilmfor2to3timesaroundonedayandnightisadopted,andthemoisttimeiskeptforover7days.Themaintenanceoftheconcreteplateshouldbeguardedbyspecially-assignedpersons,andnoentryforstrangers;whenthestrengthoftheconcreteis40%(about4to7days),peoplecanpassthrough;aftertheconcreteispouredfor12days,andthestrengthis70%,trolleyandligh-dutytrafficvehiclescanpassthrough;andafterconcreteispouredfor28days,andthestrengthis100%,theconcreteplatecanbeusednormally.Aftermaintenanceexpires,thecoverageisremoved,sothattheplatedoesnotleavetraces.Theformworkshouldberemovedbycarpenters,cornersoftheconcreteisnotallowedtobedamaged,theintegrityoftheplateshouldbekeptasfaraspossible,andparticularlytheseamshouldberemovedbythespecially-assignedperson.混凝土板面施工完成后12小時(shí)內(nèi)即可進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù),采用塑料薄膜養(yǎng)護(hù)方法,上面澆水,一晝夜?jié)菜?~3次,保持濕潤(rùn)時(shí)間不小于7天。在混凝土板養(yǎng)護(hù)期間,設(shè)專人進(jìn)行監(jiān)護(hù),禁止通行;當(dāng)混凝土到達(dá)40%強(qiáng)度時(shí)〔約4~7天〕允許人行;在混凝土澆灌12天、強(qiáng)度到達(dá)70%允許小車(chē)、輕型交通車(chē)通行;在混凝土澆灌28天、強(qiáng)度到達(dá)100%后正常使用。養(yǎng)護(hù)期滿后將覆蓋物去除,板面不留痕跡。拆模應(yīng)由木工進(jìn)行,不得損壞混凝土的邊角,盡量保持模板的完整,特別是接縫位置,要由專人進(jìn)行撤除。(7)Seamsawingandseamfillingofpavement⑦路面鋸縫、填縫:a.Afterthepavementiscastfor48hours,theseamcanbesawn,thecontractionseamissawnina4,500mmformaccordingtothedesignrequirement,thewidthoftheseamis8mm,andtheseamisfilledbyusingamixtureofasphaltandrubber;thelongitudinalseamisreservedina4,500mmformduringthecastingoftheconcretepavement;theexpansionseamisreservedattheconstructionseamaccordingtotheactualon-siteconstructioncondition.a、路面澆筑砼48小時(shí)以后開(kāi)始鋸縫,按照設(shè)計(jì)要求,縮縫按4500mm鋸一道,縫寬為8mm,采用瀝青橡膠混合料填縫;縱縫在澆筑砼路面時(shí)按4500mm留一道;脹縫那么根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際施工情況留置在施工縫處。b.Achalklineforsawingtheseamisejectedontheconventionalpavement,andoperatorsperformstraightseamsawingoperationaccordingtothechalkline.b、在現(xiàn)有路面上彈出鋸縫的墨線,作業(yè)人員根據(jù)進(jìn)行平直鋸縫。c.Theseamisfilledbyusingthemixtureofasphaltandrubberatthepositionof40mmoftheexpansionseamsurfacecourse,andthepullrodisarrangedinthemiddle;c、脹縫面層40mm采用瀝青橡膠混合料填縫,中間設(shè)置拉桿;(8)Constructionofkerb⑧路緣石施工:a.Measurementandloftingofkerbonroadsideareperformedstrictlyaccordingtotherequirementofthedesigndrawing;a、嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)計(jì)圖紙要求先進(jìn)行路側(cè)石測(cè)量放樣;b.C25precastroadteethareusedasthekerbs,andthespecificsizesare320×120×990mm;b、路緣石選用C25砼預(yù)制道牙,具體尺寸為320×120×990mm;c.Beforethekerbsarebuilt,passlinehangingoperationshouldbeperformedaccordingtothesidelineontheouterside,sothatthekerbsarebuiltaccordingtothepasslineontheouterside.C20finestoneconcretewhichis30mminthicknessispavedatthebottomofthekerbs.Thekerbsaresplicedandarrangedaccordingtoakerbmodule,andseamsamongthekerbsarefilledbyusingcementmortarof1:3afterthekerbsarebuilt.Afterthestrengthmeetstherequirement,soilcanbebackfilled.c、路緣石砌筑前應(yīng)按照外側(cè)邊線進(jìn)行通線,根據(jù)外邊通線進(jìn)行砌筑。路緣石底部鋪30厚C20細(xì)石砼。路緣石按照路緣石模數(shù)拼排,砌筑完后采用1:3水泥砂漿填縫,間縫隙為2mm。待強(qiáng)度滿足后,方可回填土。d.Thekerbmoldis320×120×495〔485〕mmatthepositionofasmallarcofcornering.d、在轉(zhuǎn)彎小弧位位置,路緣石模數(shù)采用320×120×495〔485〕mm。3.Maintechnicalrequirementsofindoorterracedesignofwarehouses3、倉(cāng)庫(kù)室內(nèi)地坪設(shè)計(jì)主要技術(shù)要求(1)Cultivatedsoilshouldberemovedtotheoriginalsoillayerandcompactedduringtheindoorbackfillingofthewarehouses,andthecoefficientofcompactionis0.94.〔1〕倉(cāng)庫(kù)室內(nèi)回填如有耕土應(yīng)先去除耕土至老土層并夯實(shí),夯實(shí)系數(shù)0.94。(2)Aconstructionschemeoflightcompactionandmultipletimesisadoptedduringcompactiontoensurethecompactionquality.〔2〕夯實(shí)采用輕夯多遍施工方案,以保證夯實(shí)質(zhì)量。4.Constructionofindoorterracesofwarehouses4、倉(cāng)庫(kù)室內(nèi)地坪施工(1)Excavationoffoundationpits〔1〕基坑開(kāi)挖Foundationpitsareexcavatedaccordingtotherequirementofthedesigndrawing,andcultivatedsoilisremovedtotheoriginalsoillayer.根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙要求進(jìn)行基坑開(kāi)挖,去除耕土至老土層。2)Theoriginalsoiliscompacted,andthecoefficientofcompactionis0.94.②老土夯實(shí),夯實(shí)系數(shù)不小于0.94。3)Afterfoundationtrenchesmustpassacceptanceinspectionofsupervisorsandrelevantunits,theconstructionofthenextprocesscanbeperformed.③基槽必須經(jīng)監(jiān)理及相關(guān)單位驗(yàn)收合格前方可進(jìn)行下一道工序施工。4〕Excavatedearthworkistransportedoutwardstotheassignedspoilground.④開(kāi)挖土方全部外運(yùn)至指定棄土場(chǎng)。(2)Constructionmethodandstepsforterraces〔2〕地坪施工方法、步驟1)Backfillingofplainsoil①素土回填a.Plainsoilmustbesubjectedtobackfillinginlayersandisgroundcompactlybyusingthe20troadroller,thelayeringthicknessis200to300mm,andthecompactioncoefficientisnotlessthan0.94.a、素土回填必須分層回填,并采用20t壓路機(jī)碾壓密實(shí),分層厚度為200~300mm,壓密系數(shù)不小于0.94。b.Thecontentoforganicmattersinthebackfillingsoildoesnotexceed5%,andthebackfillsoildoesnotcontainfrozensoil;andwhenbrokenstonesoccur,thegraindiametersarenotsuitabletobegreaterthan50mm.b、回填土料內(nèi)的有機(jī)物含量不得超過(guò)5%,也不得含有凍土;當(dāng)還有碎石時(shí),其粒徑不宜大于50mm。(2)Constructionoflime-flyashcrushedstonestablelayer②二灰碎石穩(wěn)定層施工a.Thelime-flyashcrushedstonestablelayerisnotlessthan100mminthickness.a、二灰碎石穩(wěn)定層不小于100mm厚。b.Thequalityofrawmaterialsiscontrolledstrictly,andthematerialswhichdonotmeetrequirementsarenotused.Thematerialsshouldbeselectedbasedontheprincipleofthecomparisonofqualitywitheconomy,namelystrivingtoeconomyonthepremiseofmeetingthequalityrequirement.b、嚴(yán)格控制原材料的質(zhì)量,不使用不符合要求的材料。在選材上應(yīng)做到質(zhì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)比擬,在滿足質(zhì)量要求的前提下,力求經(jīng)濟(jì)。Lime:itshouldmeetrequirementsofvarioustechnicalindexesofthelimeofoverIIIlevel,thedissolvedlimeshouldbeadoptedandfedinbatches,sothattheconstructionspeedisnotinfluenced,excessivestorageisavoided,andthestackingtimeisshortenedasfaraspossible;andifthestoragetimeislong,thelimeshouldbecoveredforsealingtobekeptproperly.石灰:要符合Ⅲ級(jí)以上石灰各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)的要求,采用消解后的石灰,石灰要分批進(jìn)料,做到既不影響施工進(jìn)度,又不過(guò)多存放,盡量縮短堆放時(shí)間;如存放時(shí)間稍長(zhǎng)應(yīng)予覆蓋,并采取封存措施,妥善保管。Coalash:ithasthechronically-solidifiedeffectinlime-ashsoilconstructionundertheexcitationofthelime,sothatthelater-periodstrengthisenhanced.Therefore,thecoalashwhichisfine,largeinspecificsurfaceareaandsmallinignitionlossanddoesnotcontainagglomerates,humicsorotherimpuritiesshouldbeselected,whereinthetotalcontentofSiO2,AL2O3andFe2O3isnotlessthan70percent,theignitionlossdoesnotexceed10%,andthespecificsurfaceareaisgreaterthan2,500cm2/g(or90%ofcoalashpassesthrough0.3mmsieveholes,and70%ofcoalashpassesthrough0.075mmsieveholes).Themoisturecontentofthewetcoalashisnotsuitabletobegreaterthan35%,andthecoalashwhichiss
