互聯(lián)網(wǎng)汽車金融外文文獻(xiàn)翻譯文獻(xiàn)出處:PaprzyckiR.Thestudyoncreditriskofinternetautomobilefinance[J].Hi-StatDiscussionPaper,2016,20(1):133-145原文ThestudyoncreditriskofinternetautomobilefinancePaprzyckiRAbstractRelatedstudieshaveshownthatinacar'slifecycle,60%oftheprofitsWisprovidedbythecirculationandafter-salesservicelinkssuchas,productioncancontributetotheprofitsofonly40%.And,accordingtonewhuaxininternationalinformationconsultingcompany,autofinancinghasdevelopedrapidly,whilethedatashowthatthevehiclesalesprofitdeclineyearafteryear,butcontrarian,autofinancingitsshareofthecontributiontotheindustryriseyearbyyear,profitsaccountedformorethanone5,asolidcontribution.Autofinancingabroadoriginatedin1920yearsorso,sofar,hasbeenthedevelopmentofmature,becomethewesternautofinancingindustryoneofthekeyprofitgrowthpoint.Keywords:Internet,autofinancing,creditrisk1IntroductionNetworkingautofinancinginrapiddevelopmentatthesametimealsofacedwithsomeproblems,bearthebruntofthecreditrisk.WithnocurrentlyformperfectInternetautofinancialriskmanagementsystem,theInternetcarmorefinancialriskmanagementtheoryresearchisincludedintheautoindustrytheoryandfinancialtheory,thereisnocompletetheoreticalsystem.Autofinancingasanemergingindustry,itsapplicationandpracticethantheorystudy.Andscholarsforthestudyofthetheoryoftheautofinancing,morefocusedonthedevelopmentpresentsituation,macroscopicpolicyandgovernmentregulation,etc.FinancialdevelopmentsituationofthisarticleisbasedonvehicleandInternetfinancialhotspot,analysisofautofinancingcreditriskproblem,exploretheautofinancialinstitutionstobreakthetraditionalmethodoffinancialcreditlimited,onthebasisofthisputsforwardrelevantpolicySuggestions.InSeptember2014,j.d.powerAsiaPacificcompanyissuedthe2014ChinaautodealersfinancialsatisfactionresearchpracticeSM(DFqiaoreport,reportforChina'sautofinanceindustryisstudied,haddisclosedautofinancingpermeabilitysendaindex,pointsoutthattheindexsince08Wtoriseyearbyyear.Atnightatthesametime,pointsoutthatChina'sautofinancebusinessaccountedforabout15%,andcontrolthedevelopmentcourseofautofinancialindustryinthedevelopedcountries,thisindexisaround70%isreasonable,thismeansthatourcountryautofinancingbusinessdevelopmentspaceishuge.In2015,accordingtotheChinaassociationofautomobilemanufacturersbasedonhistoricaldataandcalculatestherelevantstatistics,thepresentdevelopmentofChina'sautofinancingmarketscalein2025,afterWafter10yearsdevelopment,willhitastaggering530billionyuanorso.2LiteraturereviewForautomotivefinancerelatedtheoryresearchisbasedontheperspectiveofriskcontrol,ArthurWilliams'enterprisewasintroducedindetailinthedailyeconomicactivities,itfacesvariousrisksandallsortsofinsuranceagainstrisks.TheCOSOcommitteethroughtheresearchreportofform,pointsoutthefiveelementsofinternalcontrolofenterprise,andrefined,basedonthefiveelements,theestablishmentofacompany'sriskcontrolclassicmodel,hasbeenthemajorauditfirmsastable,afterthecompletionoftherelevantstillinuse.Forautofinancing:anempiricalstudyofcreditrisk,mainlyincludingthecaseanalysisandmodelanalysis,caseanalysiswithPaulvomitBanner,hefound,throughacasestudyofgmmultipleholdingcompaniesfortheparentcompanyforpromotionalmeansofdiversity,includingfinancing,loansandotherservicesprovidedtoclients,alsothroughthewayofsaleofnewfinancialproducts,andtheseincentivesmakeeachholdingcompanyrelaxeditsowncreditriskcontrol,defaults,hasanegativeeffectonthecreditmarkets,soastomakethefinancialmarketsystemicriskisgreatlyincreased.Basedonthis,heanalyzedtheholdingfinancialcompaniesfortheinfluenceoftherealeconomy.AndmodelanalysishaveDavidDurand,heconstructedthecreditscoringmodel,andputsforwardusingthismodeltoevaluatetheprobabilityofborrowersdefaultbehaviorappear.BesidesEdwardAltmanZscoremodelbasedonfinancialstatementsispresented,j.p.MorganisestablishedVarytoolsinusetoday,canusethistoolWforintegratedomni-directionalmeasureandassessmentoftherisk,onthisbasis,helaunchedaCreditMetricsmodel,byusingthemodelcanhelptheenterprisetocompareeffectiveCreditrating.Byestablishingthemodeloftheway,willnotseetouchedaquantitativeanalysisandrealrisks,topreventrisks,reducelossesplayedanimportantrole.3TheoverviewofInternetautofinancial3.1TheconceptofInternetautofinancingAutofinancingbelongstothetraditionalfinancialproducts,referstotheneedtoloan,whenconsumerisbuyingacarbyapplypreferentialtermsofpayment,choosesuitablepaymentscheme.NowInternetfinancialtoautofinance,lifewillWnewservicepatterntochangetraditionalautofinancing,giveconsumersmoreconvenientandcomfortableuserexperience.Internetfinancialinotherareashavebeenmanysuccessfulattempt,willnowInternetfinancialintotheautoindustryupstreamanddownstream,andtheintegrationdevelopmentoftheautoindustry,becomeaneweconomicgrowthpointofhigh-profile.WhetherInternetfinancialortraditional,areessentiallyfinancial,nuclearmelonisriskcontrolandmanagement’stoconsiderfromtheglobalriskpreventionandcontrol,riskcontrolWdataisgivenpriorityto,afteranaccumulationofdata,thelatemustbuildgoodcreditreportinganddatasystemrisk.Tosumup,theso-calledInternetautofinanceisonthebasisofthetraditionalautomobilefinancialcompanythisplatformviatheInternettoexpandtheautofinancialbusiness,includingcorporatefinance,personalcredit,caraftercarrentalandcarmarketfinancialservicesandsoon.Internetautofinancingconveniencetopeople'slife,andprovidespeoplewithmoreconvenientservices.3.2ThedevelopmentofInternetautofinancingAutofinancingsproutin1995,buttheInternetautofinancingbudfarlaterthanthis.In2013,knownasthefirstyearoftheInternetfinancial;In2014,theCIFCunionchairmanfromthefirstyearofthemobileInternetfinancial;Developmenttotoday,maybecalledtheInternetofthefirstyearofautofinancingin/doc/af97e98e8e9951e79a8927d8.htmlernmentworkreportin2015forthefirsttimeputforwardtheconceptof"Internet+"withscientificandtechnologicalprogressandsocialdevelopment,the"Internet+"joinedtherichknowledge,dataandcalculation,changedpeople'sspendinghabits,makingthemobileInternetecosystemintothecar.MorepeoplethroughtheInternettobuyacar,carmaintenance,etc.Whiletobreakfreefromtheshacklesofthetraditionalmarketingmode,cardealerswillalsodirectmarketingforcarusers,inordertoprovidecustomerswithbetterconsumerexperience."Internet+"thenewdemandforautofinance,willforcegrowingcarbusinessmodelofreformandinnovation.Intheestablishedbusinessmodelsonthemarketatpresent,automobileconsumptionprovidedbythecommercialbankjinnmortgageisacommonpattern.Bank’sadvantageissufficientfundsandlowinterestrates,andunderthestrictbankriskcontrol,loanmouthsillisitsdisadvantage.Butthereisalsoabanktryingtocooperatewithcompanieswithalargenumberofvehicledemand,breakthroughthebottleneckofconsumingofpersonalcarloan.Withthedevelopmentoftheautofinancing,consumershavegraduallycultivatethehabitoftheautoloanconsumption.Inspiteofthis,welookatanindicator:automotivefinancepermeability(throughloanstopurchasecarsforoverallcarsalesaccountedfor)isstillwellbelowtheworldaverage,dolomiterecentlyreleasedwhitepaperof2015autofinancecompany,thedataisonly20%,Internetautofinancialdevelopmentpotential;Butasmoreandmoreinvestorstojoininsuccession,theindustryisbecomingmoreandmorefiercecompetition,othersareusingvariousmethodsandmodelinnovation,astrongfootholdintoandprepare.Inthepastfewyears,thecarconsumertoalargeriseintheuseoftheInternet,forcarmanufacturers,distributorseffectivelycreatedwouldbetocreateanduseofnewmedia,verticalsitesisanewmedia,thehighestpermeabilitytobuyersalsohavethegreatestinfluence.4ThedevelopmenttrendofInternetautofinancing4.1AutofinancingleasespringupFromthepointofbusinessforms,autofinancingbusinesscanbedividedintomotorcreditandfinancinglease.Financeleaseisakindofcanrealizetheseparationofownershipanduserightontheinstallmentplan,inthisway,yakaftertheendoftheleasingprocess,transferringtheownershipoftheproductstothelessee.Andspecifictoautofinancinglease,thepurposeistobanking,insurance,automaker’sheartrighteousnessandbenefitsofcustomers,totheparticipants.Specificprocessisasfollows:therearepurchasingintentionofconsumersWthroughfinancialplatformtoaskforfinancialleasing,andthenappointedbytheplatformvehicle,customerserviceforcars,enjoytherighttousethecar,onlyneedtopaytherentontime,aftertheexpirationofthecustomersalsocanobtaintheownershipofthecar.Afterautofinancingleaseasthefinancingcreditcars,isdevelopingrapidly.4.2InternetautofinancingtoprovidepersonalizedfinancialexperienceThedevelopmentoftheInternetfinancial,willtheInternetofthinkingintotheautomobilefinancialservice.Internetfinancialcantoagreatextent,solvetheproblemofthefinancialindustry,thecurrentcarinformationasymmetry.Useofbigdata,willbeabletoprovidepersonalizedfinancialservicesforcarowners.Internetfinancialwillgivebuyersmorehumanizedandbetteruserexperienceofproductdesign,andinviewofthesegmentmassmarketingmodel.WhenInternetautomobilefinancialserviceownersafterreachacertainlevel,canusebigdatainformationfordeepminingandanalysisontheowner'sdemand,improvingtheclientuserexperience,thusformingahealthyInternetautofinancialecologicalsystem.4.3ThirdpartybranchskillfullycombinedwithautofinancingAtpresent,thechoiceofthethird-partyplatformhasalotof,carcompaniescanpaytooltoexpandtheInternetothervalue-addedservicesinthefieldofautomotivefinancialservices,thelatec
