職位描述:

1、協(xié)助銷售部經(jīng)理制定銷售計劃和庫存計劃,在銷售數(shù)據(jù)和庫存數(shù)據(jù)存在較大、非正常偏差時做出預警;

2、根據(jù)年、月銷售計劃和實際銷售情況,協(xié)助銷售部經(jīng)理及時調(diào)整供需;

3、根據(jù)銷售部計劃和銷售情況,協(xié)助銷售部經(jīng)理完成車輛訂單計劃;

4、負責日、月、年銷售、庫存狀況的統(tǒng)計,匯總及分析,并將信息及時上報銷售部經(jīng)理并反饋給相關(guān)銷售人員;

5、匯總、上傳廠方需要的各項信息,并進行整理、統(tǒng)計和分析;

6、保管原始銷售資料及憑證,建立月銷售管理檔案;

7、負責及時準確錄入dms系統(tǒng),完成包括零售,申報等錄入工作;

8、協(xié)助銷售部經(jīng)理,新車庫管人員進行車輛的分配,調(diào)動。

職位要求:

1、大專以上學歷,具有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力;

2、具有汽車行業(yè)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先,具有銷售行政崗位經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;

3、熟悉使用辦公自動化軟件;

1.從事過制造業(yè)銷售助理、銷售跟單工作者優(yōu)先

2.態(tài)度認真,積極性強銷售協(xié)調(diào)專員

崗位職責:

1.負責跟蹤整個訂單流程,維護并反饋訂單信息,

2.及時對賬和開票,應收賬款跟催
