職位描述:任職資格:1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,電子類(lèi)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)(全日制),年齡38歲以下,性別不限。2三年以上led驅(qū)動(dòng)電源企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),兩年以上led驅(qū)動(dòng)電源設(shè)計(jì)、研發(fā)及項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有較強(qiáng)的項(xiàng)目組織和管理能力、協(xié)調(diào)溝通能力。3熟悉led驅(qū)動(dòng)電源相關(guān)的安規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、要求及認(rèn)證程序。4熟悉了解led行業(yè),對(duì)led光源驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品、市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài),行業(yè)的應(yīng)用狀況和發(fā)展方向,提出led驅(qū)動(dòng)電源產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目解決方案。5具備led驅(qū)動(dòng)電源項(xiàng)目總體策劃編制與實(shí)施,能夠獨(dú)立完成項(xiàng)目策劃、運(yùn)行與跟進(jìn)豐富項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),能把握項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度,掌控各個(gè)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)因素。6具備中國(guó)led驅(qū)動(dòng)電源企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力前10名從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先考慮。職責(zé)描述:1在總經(jīng)理領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,會(huì)同有關(guān)部門(mén)協(xié)商組建項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部。對(duì)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)營(yíng)管理工作全面負(fù)責(zé)。并按定期向總經(jīng)理匯報(bào)實(shí)施情況。2以企業(yè)法人委托人身份處理與項(xiàng)目有關(guān)的內(nèi)外部關(guān)系及簽署有關(guān)合同等其他管理職權(quán),對(duì)總經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)。3負(fù)責(zé)led驅(qū)動(dòng)電源產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目整體策劃,組織管理實(shí)施,以保質(zhì)保量完成既定目標(biāo)。4負(fù)責(zé)具體項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃、跟進(jìn)實(shí)施、開(kāi)發(fā)各環(huán)節(jié)的跟蹤調(diào)整、把握項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度,掌控各個(gè)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)因素,做好項(xiàng)目組各成員的配合協(xié)調(diào)溝通管理控制工作。5全面負(fù)責(zé)掌控從產(chǎn)品立項(xiàng)到市場(chǎng)、研發(fā)、制造、驗(yàn)證、成本、人力等整個(gè)項(xiàng)目各方面資源的組織、安排、協(xié)調(diào)、調(diào)配、考核管理權(quán)責(zé),推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度按計(jì)劃順利完成。6掌握l(shuí)ed驅(qū)動(dòng)電源國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài),提出產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目方向的解決方案。
