對嗎?“如果說話大說不對,則要求說話人澄清一下你沒聽明白或聽錯的部分。

當你們兩個都明白后,說話人就可以繼續(xù)說下面的幾句話,回應的過程又重新開

始。記住:說話人和聽話大的目的都是為了理解,而不是達成一致。
