對(duì)話分析本單元對(duì)話是講解并描述在服裝店調(diào)換衣服的經(jīng)過,同學(xué)對(duì)其內(nèi)容較易理解,但一些新單詞的用法應(yīng)掌控,如:customer,run,insist,change…for…。本課中也提供了給同學(xué)做相應(yīng)對(duì)話的練習(xí),如:Apairoftrousers,Aradio的口語(yǔ)練習(xí)。
教學(xué)重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)1.serve的用法
1)serve(sb.)assth.表示“為(某人)工作,(尤指)當(dāng)傭人”。Heservedasagardenerandchauffeur.他做園藝工人兼司機(jī)。2)serve還可表示“供職,服役”。Hehasservedhiscountrywell.他為國(guó)盡職。3)servesb.(withsth.).表示“將(飯菜)端上桌?!盕ourwaitersservedlunchforus.有四位服務(wù)員款待我們吃午飯。4)serve還可用于“(在商店等處)接待(顧客)或?yàn)轭櫩腿∝浳铩钡囊馑贾小reyoubeingserved?有售貨員接待您嗎?Heservedsomesweetstothechildren.他為孩子們拿來(lái)了他們想要的糖。5)serve還指“(一份飯)夠……”。Thispacketofsoupservestwo.這包湯料夠兩個(gè)人食用。2.judge的用法1)judge用作動(dòng)詞,表示作“斷定,估量,認(rèn)為”解。其后可帶賓語(yǔ)從句,也可帶不定式或形容詞、名詞等引導(dǎo)的賓補(bǔ)成分。Wejudgethattheyhavefinished.我們估量他們已經(jīng)干完了。Wejudgethemtohavefinished.我們估量他們已經(jīng)干完了。Shejudgedhimaboutfifty.她估量他在五十歲左右。Thecommitteejudgeditbettertostarttheinvestigationatonce.委員會(huì)認(rèn)為馬上開始此項(xiàng)調(diào)查。Fromhisletter,wejudgedhisvisittoChinaagreatsuccess.從他的來(lái)信判斷他對(duì)中國(guó)的訪問特別勝利。2)judge用作“判斷,斷定”解時(shí),還可接wh—分句或wh—加不定式結(jié)構(gòu)。Ican’tjudgewhethershewasrightorwrong.我不能斷定她是對(duì)還是錯(cuò)。3)judge還可表示“評(píng)判,評(píng)價(jià)”,可說(shuō)judgesb./sth.Don’tjudgeamanbyhislooks.勿以貌取人。4)Judgingby/from…(從……來(lái)看,據(jù)……來(lái)判斷)是慣用短語(yǔ),可用來(lái)引導(dǎo)獨(dú)立分句。Judgingfromhislooks,hemaybesick.從外表看,他或許生病了。Judgingbyhisaccent,hemustbefromGuangdong.聽腔調(diào),他準(zhǔn)是個(gè)廣東人。3.getoff的用法1)getoff意為“脫下”。It’sratherhottoday,wemustgetoffthejacket.今日太熱了,我們需要脫下夾克衫。2)留意:getoff還可作“下車”;“離開”;“出發(fā)”;“起飛”解。AssoonasIgotoffthebus,Istartedforthevillageonfoot.我一下公共汽車,就開始步行到村里去。WemustgetoffatonceorweIIbelate我們需要立刻走,否那么要遲到了。Wegotoffimmediatelyafterbreakfast.我們一吃過早飯就出發(fā)了。Theplanegotoffontime.飛機(jī)準(zhǔn)時(shí)起飛。
4.favor的用法1)infavor(of)表示“贊成、主見”,常用作表語(yǔ)或后置定語(yǔ)。Thestudentswereinfavorofreform.同學(xué)贊成改革。2)dosb.afavor或doafavorforsb.是個(gè)正式的禮貌用語(yǔ),意思是“給某人以恩惠,幫某人的忙”。Wouldyoudomeafavor?幫我一下好嗎?Domeafavorbyturningofftheradio.幫我把收音機(jī)關(guān)掉。Domethefavortocome.務(wù)請(qǐng)光臨。注:dosb.afavor后接ofdoing或不定式時(shí),應(yīng)將不定冠詞a改為定冠詞the。
5.putdown的用法
1)意為“寫下;記住”。Putdownyournameandyourtelephonenumber.寫下你的名字和電話號(hào)碼。Putthisdowninyournotebookforfuturereference.這點(diǎn)記在你的筆記本上,以供今后參考。2)可作“_;撲滅”。Thefirewasfinallyputdownbythefiremen.大火最末究竟被_員撲滅了。6.asif的用法asif是連詞詞組,作“似乎”、“好像”解,引導(dǎo)表語(yǔ)從句,用于以下句型中:Itlooks/seemsasif表示“看起來(lái)好像……”。其中It為無(wú)人稱代詞,本身并無(wú)詞義。looks/seems是連系動(dòng)詞,asif引出表語(yǔ)從句。Itlooksasifitisgoingtoshow.看來(lái),要下雪。Itseemedasifthesuitwasmadetohisownmeasure.這套衣服看來(lái)好像是按尺寸給他定做的。除此之處,asif也可以引導(dǎo)方式狀語(yǔ)從句,修飾主句的謂語(yǔ),此時(shí)從句中的謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞常用虛擬語(yǔ)氣。關(guān)于這一點(diǎn),暫可不必向同學(xué)交代。Thewomanlovesthechildrenasifsheweretheirmother.這個(gè)婦女愛這些孩子,她似乎就是他們的媽媽一樣。
7.nomatter的用法nomatter作“無(wú)論”、“不管”解,用以引導(dǎo)表示讓步的狀語(yǔ)從句,常用在以下句型中:句型中的Nomatterwhat(who/whenetc.)...分別表示“無(wú)論何事”、“無(wú)論何人”、“無(wú)論何時(shí)”等,這個(gè)從句可以置主句之前,也可以置主句之后。由nomatter+what等引導(dǎo)的讓步狀語(yǔ)從句。Nomatter后面接關(guān)系代詞或關(guān)系副詞引導(dǎo)狀語(yǔ)從句在句中作讓步狀語(yǔ)。Nomatterwhatyoudo,youmustbeverycareful.不管做什么事,你都需要特別細(xì)心。Nomatter之后可用what以外的關(guān)系代詞或關(guān)系副詞。例如:Nomatterwhoyouare(=Whoeveryouare),I’llneverletyouin.無(wú)論你是誰(shuí),我絕不讓你進(jìn)去。Nomatterwhich…無(wú)論哪一個(gè)……Nomatterwhichyouchoose(=Whicheveryouchoose),youwillbesatisfied.不論你選擇哪一個(gè),你都會(huì)滿足的。Nomatterwhere…無(wú)論何處;不管在哪里……NomatterwhereIgo(=WhereverIgo),Iwillbethinkingofyou.無(wú)論我到哪里,我都會(huì)想著你。Nomatterwhen…無(wú)論何時(shí),不管什么時(shí)候……I’lldiscussitwithyounomatterwhenyoulike(=wheneverlike).你什么時(shí)候興奮,我情愿同你爭(zhēng)論這件事。Nomatterhow..不管……如何;無(wú)論……多么……Nomatterhowhardyoutry(=Howeverhardyoutry),youwillneverbesuccessful.不管你如何努力,你都不會(huì)勝利的。8.dropin,dropinon與dropinat的區(qū)分dropin意為“順便走訪”Heoftendropsinfortea.他常常順便來(lái)喝茶。dropinon后接人意為“順便拜見某人”。Shedroppedinonmeyesterday.dropinat后接表示地點(diǎn)的名詞意為“順便來(lái)(去)某處看看”。Tomusuallydropsinatmyplaceonhiswayhome.答題時(shí)要留意dropin后所接的名詞表示的意思。Janeusedto____thetailor’sonherwayhomefromwork.A.dropinB.dropinonC.dropinatD.dropat詹妮以前常下班后去成衣店看看。thetailor’s表示地點(diǎn),故正確答案為C。
