-responsibleforprovidingrelativetrainingofprojectmanagementduringthesystemdevelopment
experience
-bachelordegreeandabove,withcomputerscienceandrelatedmajors,in-depthunderstandingoffinancialproductdevelopment,atleast5years’experienceinprojectdevelopmentandcontrolininsurancecompanies,banksandfundmanagementfirms
-familiarwithprojectmanagementprocess,softwareprocessimprovementmodelispreferred,i.e.pmpandcmmi
-understandsoftwareengineering,programmingspecification,haveactivesenseofsoftwareprocesscontrol
-strongsenseofresponsibility,careerambitious,creative,withteam-workspirit,canworkunderpressure
-goodcommunicationandexpressionskills
職位描述
-負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助客戶完成系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的項(xiàng)目管理和系統(tǒng)實(shí)施監(jiān)理,擔(dān)任pmo職責(zé)。包括不限于系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的需求及變更管理、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)估、基線設(shè)定及里程碑的進(jìn)度控制工作、測(cè)試監(jiān)督、上線監(jiān)督等。
-負(fù)責(zé)提供系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)流程優(yōu)化及制度完善等咨詢服務(wù)。
-負(fù)責(zé)提供系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)培訓(xùn)。
職位要求
-本科畢業(yè)或以上,計(jì)算機(jī)及其相關(guān)專業(yè),對(duì)金融產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)有深刻的了解,具備5年或以上保險(xiǎn)、銀行或基金等實(shí)際項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)、管控經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
-熟悉項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程知識(shí),熟悉軟件過(guò)程改進(jìn)模型如pmp,cmmi經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
-熟悉云架構(gòu),微服務(wù)架構(gòu)開(kāi)發(fā)的優(yōu)先。
-了解軟件工程、編程規(guī)范、具有主動(dòng)的軟件過(guò)程控制意識(shí)。
-有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心和事業(yè)心,有創(chuàng)新意識(shí),有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,并能承擔(dān)一定的工作壓力。
-良好的溝通和表達(dá)能力。
