無壓浸滲法制備SiCp/Al復合材料的開題報告一、選題背景Aluminummatrixcomposites(AMCs)havebeenwidelyusedinaerospaceandotherfieldsduetotheirexcellentphysicalandmechanicalproperties.TheadditionofSiCparticlescansignificantlyimprovethestrength,stiffness,andwearresistanceofAMCs.Therefore,SiCp/AlcompositeshavebecomeoneofthemostpopularAMCs.ThepreparationmethodsofSiCp/Alcompositesmainlyincludepowdermetallurgy,squeezecasting,andinfiltration.Amongthem,theinfiltrationmethodissimple,low-cost,andcanefficientlyproducecompositeswithahighvolumefractionofSiCparticles.Atpresent,thecommonlyusedinfiltrationmethodsarepressureinfiltration,gradientinfiltration,andvacuuminfiltration.However,thesemethodshavesomedisadvantages,suchashighequipmentrequirements,lowefficiency,andlargedeformationoftheSiCparticlesduringinfiltration.Recently,thedevelopmentofnewinfiltrationmethodstoprepareSiCp/Alcompositeshasreceivedwidespreadattention.Thepressurelessinfiltrationmethodisapromisingmethod,whichcaneffectivelyavoidthedeformationoftheSiCparticlesandachievetheinfiltrationofthealuminummatrixwithoutexternalpressure.二、研究目的ThepurposeofthisstudyistoinvestigatethepreparationprocessandpropertiesofSiCp/Alcompositespreparedbypressurelessinfiltration.Thespecificresearchobjectivesareasfollows:1.Tooptimizetheprocessparametersofthepressurelessinfiltrationmethod,includingthecontentofSiCparticles,thedistributionofparticlesize,theinfiltrationtemperature,andtheholdingtime.2.Tostudythemicrostructure,mechanicalproperties,andwearresistanceoftheSiCp/Alcompositespreparedbypressurelessinfiltration.3.TocomparethepropertiesoftheSiCp/Alcompositespreparedbypressurelessinfiltrationwiththoseofcompositespreparedbyothermethods.三、擬解決的問題1.HowtoeffectivelyprepareSiCp/AlcompositeswithahighvolumefractionofSiCparticlesbypressurelessinfiltration?2.WhatisthemicrostructureofSiCp/Alcompositespreparedbypressurelessinfiltration?Howdoesitaffectthemechanicalpropertiesandwearresistance?3.WhataretheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthepressurelessinfiltrationmethodcomparedtootherinfiltrationmethodsinthepreparationofSiCp/Alcomposites?四、研究方法1.PreparationofSiCp/Alcompositesbypressurelessinfiltration.Theprocessparameterswillbeoptimizedbyconductingaseriesofexperiments.2.Microstructurecharacterization.ThemicrostructureoftheSiCp/Alcompositeswillbeanalyzedbyscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)andtransmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM).3.Mechanicalpropertiestesting.ThemechanicalpropertiesoftheSiCp/Alcompositeswillbemeasuredbytensiletesting,compressivetesting,andhardnesstesting.4.Wearresistancetesting.ThewearresistanceoftheSiCp/Alcompositeswillbeevaluatedbyabrasiontesting.五、預期結果1.Theprocessparametersofthepressurelessinfiltrationmethodwillbeoptimized,andSiCp/AlcompositeswithahighvolumefractionofSiCparticleswillbeobtained.2.ThemicrostructureoftheSiCp/Alcompositespreparedbypressurelessinfiltrationwillbeanalyzed,andthemechanicalpropertiesandwearresistancewillbeevaluated.3.TheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthepressurelessinfiltrationmethodinthepreparationofSiCp/Alcompositeswillbeclarified.六、研究意義1.TheresearchcanprovideanewmethodforthepreparationofSiCp/Alcompositeswithhighefficiencyandlowcost.2.Theresearchresultscanprovideatheoreticalreferenceforthedevelopm
