○Closetheinjectingvalveandthevalveontherespiratorytube.圖四、產(chǎn)品充壓運(yùn)輸Figure4Theproductinjectingpressuretransportation7、產(chǎn)品驗(yàn)收Productcheek●檢查產(chǎn)品是否充氣加壓運(yùn)輸。檢查方法：○觀察壓力表讀數(shù)是否為0.05Mpa左右（充壓時(shí)環(huán)境溫度與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)驗(yàn)收時(shí)的環(huán)境溫度不同會(huì)使壓力表讀數(shù)輕微變動(dòng)）；○觀察油位指示窗壓合區(qū)是否全顯橙色；不符合上述條件的產(chǎn)品可能存在芯體損壞隱患，不能馬上安裝，應(yīng)通過密封試驗(yàn)檢查各管路密封蓋板和閥門是否有泄漏現(xiàn)象，如不是上述原因應(yīng)與我公司聯(lián)系解決?！裢庥^檢查：檢查儲(chǔ)油柜表面是否有撞傷，明顯變形等缺陷?！衽浼妩c(diǎn)：按“貨物驗(yàn)收回執(zhí)單”清點(diǎn)物品件數(shù)?！裎募z查：資料袋中應(yīng)有以下隨機(jī)文件：安裝使用說明書出廠檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告合格證供貨單合同要求的其它產(chǎn)品資料。請(qǐng)用戶認(rèn)真按上述要求檢查，并填寫“貨物驗(yàn)收回執(zhí)單”，以便我公司了解掌握運(yùn)輸單位對(duì)運(yùn)輸合同的履行情況?！馛heckiftheproductisinjectedpressurefortransportation。Thecheckmethod：○Observeifthepressureindicatorreadingsisabout0.05MPa(thedifferencebetweentheenvironmenttemperatureduringinjectthepressureandtheenvironmenttemperatureduringcheckonsitewillmakethepressuregaugereadingschangelightly);○Observeifallpressingzoneofoillevelindicationwindowsdisplayorange;Disqualificationforabovecondition,theproductmayhaveahiddendangerofdamagedcorebody,soitdoesnotallowtobeinstalledatonce.Itshouldbecheckifthereisaleakageonthesealingcoverplatesandthevalvesonthepipelinebythesealingtest.Ifitisnottheabovereasons,connectwithourcompany;●Theappearancecheck:Checkifthereisabruising,obviousbruisingetc.ontheconservatorsurface;●Thecountingaccessories:Countthepartquantityaccordingto“thegoodacceptancereceipt”;●Thedocumentcheck:Thedocumentbagshouldincludefollowingcarryingdocuments:Aninstallation&usemanualAfactoryinspectionreportAcertificateAsupplylistOtherinformationrequestedbythecontractTheusershouldcheckaccordingtotheaboverequirementseriouslyandfillon“thegoodacceptancereceipt”tohelpourcompanytoknowthefulfillmentstateofthetransportationcompanyforthetransportcontract.8、產(chǎn)品安裝Productinstallation8.1安裝準(zhǔn)備●打開充氣閥，釋放儲(chǔ)油柜內(nèi)部氣壓；●采用充氣加壓法使芯體做一次由最高油位→最低油位→最高油位的運(yùn)動(dòng)；●拆除排氣管壓力顯示裝置，拆除注排油管充氣裝置、通向變壓器管路蓋板，打開呼吸管閥門；●準(zhǔn)備與儲(chǔ)油柜聯(lián)接的蝶閥、聯(lián)管、螺栓及膠墊等配件；●配備注油機(jī)、油桶、氣源（小型氣泵或氮?dú)馄坑糜谟臀徽{(diào)整）及常用工具。Theinstallationpreparation●Opentheinjectingvalvetoreleasethegaspressureintheconservator;●Usetheinjectinggasincreasingpressuremethodtomakethecorebodydoamovementfromthehighestoilleveltothelowestoilleveltothehighestoillevel;●Disassemblethepressuredisplaydevice,theinjectinggasdeviceaswellthecoverplateofthepipelineconnectedtothetransformerandopenthevalveontherespiratorytube;●Preparebutterflyvalve,connectionpile,gasrelay,boltsandrubberwasheretc;●Providetheinjectingoilmachine,oilbarrel,gassource(asmallgaspumporNitrogengasbottle)aswellcommontools.8.2儲(chǔ)油柜管路安裝、控制線路連接●將儲(chǔ)油柜吊裝到儲(chǔ)油柜支架上方并固定好；●將排氣管、注排油管、呼吸管分別引向下至便于操作的高度，并安裝密封可靠的閥門，以便于儲(chǔ)油柜的油位指示調(diào)整和注排油操作；●安裝儲(chǔ)油柜通向變壓器管路的蝶閥、聯(lián)管（或波紋管）、氣體繼電器，見圖五；●關(guān)閉通向變壓器管路的蝶閥；●將最高油位和最低油位報(bào)警裝置控制線路接好，見圖三。Theconservatorpipelineinstallationandthecontrolcircuitconnection●Lifttheconservatoronthestandandfixitwell;●Putthedischarginggaspipe,theinjecting&dischargingoilpipeandtherespiratorytubedowntotheheighttohelptheoperationandinstallthesealedvalvereliablytohelptheoillevelindicatoradjustmentontheconservatorandtheinjectingoiloperation;●Installthebutterflyvalve,theconnectionpipe(orsoftpipe),gasrelayonthepipelinefromtheconservatortothetransformer;Seethefigure5●Closethebutterflyvalveonthepipelinetothetransformer;●Connecttheoillevelcontrolcircuitwell.Seethefigure3圖五、安裝Figure5Installation8.3注油前油位指示調(diào)整見圖六儲(chǔ)油柜運(yùn)輸?shù)綇S時(shí)，儲(chǔ)油柜油位指示為最高溫度，注油前須采用下述充氣加壓法將儲(chǔ)油柜油位指示調(diào)至略低于變壓器現(xiàn)場(chǎng)油溫（油位指示可設(shè)為低于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)油溫5℃），油位指示由高溫向低溫調(diào)整方法如下：○關(guān)閉通向變壓器管路的蝶閥；○關(guān)閉注排油管閥門，打開排氣管閥門和呼吸管閥門；○從呼吸管充氣加壓，油位指示至預(yù)定油位時(shí)，迅速關(guān)閉呼吸管閥門，停止充氣加壓；注意：油位指示調(diào)整好后，須關(guān)閉呼吸管閥門，直到注油完畢。Oillevelindicatoradjustmentbeforeinjectoil.Seethefigure6Whentheconservatoristransportedintothefactory,theoillevelindicationontheconservatoristhehighesttemperature.Beforeinjectoil,itisnecessarytousethefollowinginjectinggasforincreasingpressuremethodtoadjustittolowerthantransformeroiltemperatureonsite(theoillevelindicationcanbesetaslower5℃○Closethebutterflyonthepipelinetothetransformer;○Closethevalveontheinjecting&dischargingoilpipeandopenthevalveonthedischarginggaspipeandthevalveontherespiratorytube;○Increasepressurefromtherespiratorytubebyinjectinggas.Whentheoillevelindicationreachesatthepredeterminedoillevel,quickclosetherespiratorytubeandstoptheinjectinggas;Note:Aftertheoillevelisadjusted,itisnecessarytokeepthevalveclosingontherespiratorytubeuntiltheinjectingoilisfinished.圖六、油位指示調(diào)整Figure6Oillevelindicatoradjustment8.4注油，見圖七○保持呼吸管閥門、通向變壓器管路的蝶閥關(guān)閉；○打開排氣管閥門；○聯(lián)結(jié)油泵管路至注排油管，打開注排油閥門，啟動(dòng)油泵；○從注排油管注入變壓器油，直至儲(chǔ)油柜內(nèi)空氣從排氣管排凈穩(wěn)定出油后，停止注油；○第一次注滿油后應(yīng)靜置1小時(shí)，以便油中氣體充分析出。同時(shí)將散熱器、套管升高座及其它高點(diǎn)集氣從各自排氣閥排出；○然后再次向儲(chǔ)油柜注油，直至排氣管穩(wěn)定出油；○關(guān)閉排氣管閥門，停止注油；○打開呼吸管閥門，檢查油位指示，油位指示偏差小于±5℃○將儲(chǔ)油柜置于待運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。呼吸管閥門、通向變壓器管路的蝶閥打開，排氣管閥門、注排油管閥門關(guān)閉。注意：注油時(shí)必須將儲(chǔ)油柜油腔內(nèi)氣體排凈，以免形成假油位。Oil-filling●Kee
