Firstly,physicalhealthisessentialformaintainingastrongimmunesystem.Arobustimmunesystemisourbody'sfirstlineofdefenseagainstdiseasesandinfections.Byeatingabalanceddiet,gettingregularexercise,andensuringadequaterest,wecanstrengthenourimmunesystemandreducetheriskoffallingill.This,inturn,allowsustostayactiveandengagedintheactivitieswelove,withoutconstantlybeingheldbackbyhealthconcerns.
