5.CompetitionandCooperationCompetitionisacommonphenomenoninour

sociallife.Wecompetewhenweplaygames;wetrytodobetterthanothers

inourstudyandthereisconstantcompetitionforjobscustomersmoneyand

soforth.Wecansaytosomeextentcompetitionisoneofthemotiveforces

ofthedevelopmentofsociety.Wecanalsofindcompetitionandcooperation

atthesametime.Takeabaseballgameforexample.Oneteamiscompeting

againsttheother.Alltheplayerswanttotrytheirbesttodefeattheiropponents

thesingle-handedeffortofoneplayerislimitedandeachmemberofthe

teamhastocooperatewithhisorherteammates.Inmostcases,wecannot

wininthecompetitionwithoutcooperation.Thuscompetitionand

cooperationareequallyimportant.Whileweareadvocatingcompetition,we

cannotforgetcooperation.Pureandexclusivecompetitionleadstoconflicts

6.MyViewonJobHoppingJobhoppingorfrequentchangesofjobsis

becomingmoreandmorecommoninChinatoday.Astheeconomygrows

especiallyyoungerpeoplearetemptedtochangejobsfrequentlyseeking

highersalariesormoreinterestingpositions.Neverthelessmanypeopleprefer
