法庭科學(xué)DNA數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)選用的基因座及其數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)2023-01-01實(shí)施國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理委員會(huì)I本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)定起草。請(qǐng)注意本文件的某些內(nèi)容可能涉及專利。本文件的發(fā)布機(jī)構(gòu)不承擔(dān)識(shí)別專利的責(zé)任。本文件由中華人民共和國(guó)公安部提出。本文件由全國(guó)刑事技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)(SAC/TC179)歸口。本文件起草單位:公安部物證鑒定中心、遼寧省公安廳、廣州市刑事科學(xué)技術(shù)研究所、河南省公安廳、黑龍江省公安廳、浙江省公安廳、北京海華鑫安生物信息技術(shù)有限責(zé)任公司。1法庭科學(xué)DNA數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)選用的基因座及其數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)本文件給出了建立法庭科學(xué)DNA數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)時(shí)所選用的人類染色體遺傳標(biāo)記類型及選用的短串聯(lián)重復(fù)序列基因座;規(guī)定了國(guó)家法庭科學(xué)DNA數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)與外部系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交換的文件格式、數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)和基本要求。本文件適用于法庭科學(xué)DNA數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)建設(shè),以及與法庭科學(xué)DNA數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交換的外部系統(tǒng)(如DNA實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理信息系統(tǒng)、DNA數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件等)的設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)和測(cè)試。2規(guī)范性引用文件下列文件中的內(nèi)容通過(guò)文中的規(guī)范性引用而構(gòu)成本文件必不可少的條款。其中,注日期的引用文件,僅該日期對(duì)應(yīng)的版本適用于本文件;不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改單)適用于本文件。GB/T2312信息交換用漢字編碼字符集基本集GB18030信息技術(shù)中文編碼字符集3術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義下列術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義適用于本文件。染色體上基因所占的位置或基因組DNA中的一段。位于一對(duì)同源染色體的相同位置上的不同形式的基因。短串聯(lián)重復(fù)序列shorttandemrepeat;STR一類廣泛存在于真核生物基因組中,重復(fù)單位通常由2個(gè)~6個(gè)堿基構(gòu)成,重復(fù)次數(shù)通常在5次~60次的DNA串聯(lián)重復(fù)序列。重復(fù)區(qū)序列repeatregionsequence短串聯(lián)重復(fù)序列(3.3)中重復(fù)單位串聯(lián)組成的部分,一般從第一個(gè)重復(fù)單位的5'端,至最后一個(gè)重復(fù)單位的3'端的序列。2重復(fù)區(qū)序列(3.4)中重復(fù)單位的組成形式。4縮略語(yǔ)下列縮略語(yǔ)適用于本文件。DNA:脫氧核糖核酸(DeoxyribonucleicAcid)DDEM:DNA數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)通用交換信息(DNADatabaseExchangeMessage)NDNAD:國(guó)家法庭科學(xué)DNA數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(NationalDNADatabase)XML:可擴(kuò)展標(biāo)記語(yǔ)言(ExtensibleMarkupLanguage)5DNA數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)選用的基因座5.1遺傳標(biāo)記的選擇法庭科學(xué)DNA數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的DNA分型數(shù)據(jù)采用人類染色體牙釉質(zhì)蛋白(Amelogenin)基因、短串聯(lián)重復(fù)序列(STR)和線粒體DNA檢測(cè)結(jié)果。注:線粒體DNA檢測(cè)結(jié)果的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)不在本文件中規(guī)定。5.2基因座的選擇5.2.1A類基因座(核心基因座):錄入法庭科學(xué)DNA數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的DNA分型數(shù)據(jù)中應(yīng)包含的STR基因座,應(yīng)符合附錄A~附錄C的規(guī)定。5.2.2B類基因座(優(yōu)選基因座):DNA分型數(shù)據(jù)中包含全部A類基因座后,應(yīng)優(yōu)先選擇的STR基因座,應(yīng)符合附錄A~附錄C的規(guī)定。5.2.3C類基因座(備選基因座):允許錄入到法庭科學(xué)DNA數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的其他STR基因座,應(yīng)符合附錄A~附錄C的規(guī)定。6DNA數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)通用交換信息文件6.1文件用途及結(jié)構(gòu)法庭科學(xué)DNA數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)使用DDEM文件來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)與外部系統(tǒng)的信息交換。DDEM文件中,采用定義信息包的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)向數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的導(dǎo)入。以XML為參考,所有XML定義的數(shù)據(jù)類型,通過(guò)XML映射概要均可映射到SQL92或SQL99定義的數(shù)據(jù)類型。DDEM文件包含兩部分:DDEM文件頭(Header)和樣品(Specimen),如圖1。樣品1樣品2樣品3……3DDEM文件中所有中文字符應(yīng)采用GB/T2312中規(guī)定的字符,GB/T2312中沒(méi)有規(guī)定的字符采用GB18030中規(guī)定的字符,中文字符用2個(gè)字節(jié)表示。當(dāng)一個(gè)基因座的兩個(gè)等位基因數(shù)值(AlleleValue)相同時(shí),應(yīng)分別表示。DDEM文件頭部分包含如下信息:a)版本;b)信息類型;c)授權(quán)錄入實(shí)驗(yàn)室名稱;d)授權(quán)錄入實(shí)驗(yàn)室ID;e)信息源實(shí)驗(yàn)室名稱;f)信息源實(shí)驗(yàn)室ID;g)錄入人編號(hào);h)提交日期;i)錄入批次編號(hào);j)檢測(cè)試劑產(chǎn)品名稱;k)檢測(cè)試劑產(chǎn)品編號(hào);1)試劑盒條碼號(hào);m)測(cè)序儀廠商;n)測(cè)序儀廠商ID。DDEM文件樣品部分包含如下信息:a)樣品編號(hào);b)檢驗(yàn)人編號(hào);c)案(事)件編號(hào);d)樣品分類;e)是否為部分分型;f)樣品注釋;g)基因座信息。6.4DDEM文件數(shù)據(jù)類型DDEM數(shù)據(jù)文件類型及說(shuō)明如下。a)十進(jìn)制型:代表任意精度的數(shù)字,XML文檔中定義為十進(jìn)制型的值定在SQL92或SQL99中不被存儲(chǔ)。b)字符串型:由一組字符組成,字符可為任意字母、符號(hào)和數(shù)字,DNA數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)不支持管道符號(hào)“|”特殊字符時(shí),則應(yīng)以其他表示方式替代這些字符;替代表示方式應(yīng)符合表1。c)日期/時(shí)間型:用于表示一個(gè)指定的時(shí)間,采用ISO8601子集格式,形式為“CCYY-MM-期與時(shí)間的分隔符,“HH”“mm”“ss”的日期以日期/時(shí)間型或短期/時(shí)間型方式存儲(chǔ)。4表1DDEM文件中特殊字符的替代表示方式序號(hào)特殊字符替代表示方式1&.&2>3<&.lt;4*&.apos5*&.quot;6.5文件內(nèi)容及格式要求以XML方式編寫(xiě)的DDEM文件包含一個(gè)DDEM文件頭和一個(gè)或者多個(gè)樣品。附錄D給出了DDEM文件頭示例,附錄E給出了DDEM文件示例。附錄F給出了用于解釋和校驗(yàn)XML文件的XML模式定義文件示例。注:為方便描述,附錄D~附錄F中的信息并不是真正意義上的XML格式。為方便閱讀,特增添了Tab符、回車以及空格。在DDEM文件中,每一行都有回車和換行字符,用于在文本編譯器中方便查看。在XML格式中,支持添加注釋。在注釋區(qū)域內(nèi),不支持引導(dǎo)空格。DDEM文件頭的各部分細(xì)節(jié)應(yīng)符合表2。表2DDEM文件頭的各部分細(xì)節(jié)注釋序號(hào)值/格式校驗(yàn)方XML標(biāo)簽(Tag)注釋1DDEMHeaderVersion十進(jìn)制型,—HEADERVERSION用于表明DDEM文件采用的DDEM格式版本,DDEM格式會(huì)根據(jù)需求不斷升級(jí)。對(duì)應(yīng)6.2a)2DDEMMessageType—MESSAGETYPE取值僅為Import(代表輸入)。對(duì)應(yīng)6.2b)3NANADLaboratoryName<10個(gè)字符NDNADDESTINATIONLAB可向其提供數(shù)據(jù)。對(duì)應(yīng)6.2c)4NDNADLaboratoryID≤12個(gè)字符—NDNADLABORATORYID對(duì)應(yīng)6.2d)5SourceLaboratoryName≤64個(gè)字符NDNADSOURCELAB實(shí)驗(yàn)室相同。對(duì)應(yīng)6.2e)6SourceLaboratoryID≤12個(gè)字符—SOURCELABORTORYID對(duì)應(yīng)6.2f)7SubmitByUserID≤10個(gè)字符NDNADSUBMITBYUSERID信息錄入人編號(hào)。對(duì)應(yīng)6.2g)8SubmitDate/Time日期/時(shí)間型NDNADSUBMITDATETIMEDDEM文件創(chuàng)建的時(shí)間。對(duì)應(yīng)6.2h)5表2DDEM文件頭的各部分細(xì)節(jié)注釋(續(xù))序號(hào)值/格式校驗(yàn)方XML標(biāo)簽(Tag)注釋9≤32個(gè)字符NDNADBATCHID≤32個(gè)字符NDNADKITNAMESTR常用檢測(cè)試劑盒名稱。對(duì)應(yīng)6.2j)≤64個(gè)字符
