臨空面又稱為自由面,是指暴露在大氣中的開(kāi)挖面。在假定的無(wú)限介質(zhì)中爆破,拋擲和松動(dòng)是無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)的,而在有臨空面存在的情況下,足夠的炸藥爆破能量就會(huì)在靠近臨空面一側(cè)實(shí)現(xiàn)爆破拋擲。
