1.機密信息：所有在協(xié)議過程中披露的具有保密性質(zhì)的信息，包括但不限于關(guān)于披露方的業(yè)務(wù)、操作、流程、產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)的信息。

2.交付物：由咨詢方根據(jù)協(xié)議提供給客戶的服務(wù)、產(chǎn)品、結(jié)果、報告和其他材料，如附表所示。

3.費用：客戶根據(jù)協(xié)議支付給咨詢方的服務(wù)費，如附表所示。

4.知識產(chǎn)權(quán)：與版權(quán)、商標(biāo)、專利、設(shè)計、商業(yè)秘密和其他類似的權(quán)益有關(guān)的法律權(quán)利，無論是在英國法律還是其他法律下產(chǎn)生的，無論是注冊的還是未注冊的。
