1.賣方未能在約定時間內(nèi)交付設(shè)備，構(gòu)成違約。

2.賣方交付的設(shè)備不符合約定的規(guī)格或存在質(zhì)量問題，構(gòu)成違約。

3.買方未能在約定時間內(nèi)支付設(shè)備款項，構(gòu)成違約。

4.買方未按照合同約定使用設(shè)備，導致設(shè)備損壞或損失，構(gòu)成違約。三、法律名詞及解釋：

1.賣方：指承擔出售機器設(shè)備義務的一方。
