Deniersknowthatmistakescantakeplace,sometimestoofrequently.Buttheybelievethatthemajorityofcomplainantsareeitherthecauseoftheproblem,orhavegreatlyexaggeratedit.Thebestwaytodealwiththemistostandfirmanddenythatthereisanythingwrong.Theirfinallineofdefensemaybesometinycompensation:asmallamountofmoney,anoffertorepairabrokenproductratherthanreplaceit.Thesemoves,however,willonlyangercustomersfurther.
