nformation8.1ObligationtoReturnConfidentialMaterialsUponterminationofemploymentorattherequestoftheEmployer,theEmployeeshallpromptlyreturnallmaterialscontainingConfidentialInformation.8.2ProceduresforReturnuponTerminationTheEmployeeshallfollowtheEmployer'sestablishedproceduresforthereturnofConfidentialInformation,includingbutnotlimitedtodocuments,records,andelectronicdata.Chapter9:MiscellaneousProvisions9.1ModificationoftheAgreementThisAgreementmaybemodifiedonlybyawritteninstrumentexecutedbyboththeEmployerandtheEmployee.9.2GoverningLawandJurisdictionThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthe______.AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisAgreementshallbesubjecttothejurisdictionofthecourtsof______.9.3EntireAgreementThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweentheEmployerandtheEmployeeconcerningthesubjectmatterhereofandsupersedesallpriornegotiations,understandings,andagreements.9.4SeverabilityIfanyprovisionofthisAgreementisheldtobeinvalidorunenforceable,suchprovisionshallbestruckandtheremainingprovisionsshallremaininfullforceandeffect.Chapter10:SignatureSection10.1SignatureoftheEmployerEmployer:____________________________________________________________________________PrintName:___________________________________________
