前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T23420—2009《寬體飛機(jī)下艙集裝箱、集裝板裝載機(jī)功能要求》,與GB/T23420—
2009相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動(dòng)外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
a)更改了適用范圍(見第1章,2009年版的第1章);
b)刪除了對(duì)ISO4166的規(guī)范性引用(見2009年版的第1章);
c)增加了“術(shù)語和定義”(見第3章);
d)增加了“分類”(見第4章);
e)增加了“一般要求”及試驗(yàn)方法(見5.1、6.2);
f)增加了“安全要求”及試驗(yàn)方法(見5.2、6.3);
g)增加了“結(jié)構(gòu)要求系數(shù)”的要求及試驗(yàn)方法(見5.3、6.4);
h)更改了抗風(fēng)穩(wěn)定性的要求及試驗(yàn)方法(見5.4.1、6.5.1,2009年版的6.7);
