Thestudydidn'tfigureoutwhichofthesixhealthyhabitsisthebestforstoppingdementiaorwhich
combinationisthebest.However,theinformationdidshowthateatinghealthyseemedtohelppreventmemory
lossthemost,withbrainexerciseandregularphysicalexercisealsoveryhelpful.
About20%ofthepeopleinthestudyhadagenethatmakesAlzheimer'sdiseasemorelikely.Evenso,having
