外債借款合同

甲方（借款人）：[借款人名稱(chēng)]

第二條借款金額和期限

2.1.甲方同意從乙方借款最高額度為[借款金額]。

2.2.借款應(yīng)分[分期數(shù)]期償還，每期還款金額為[分期還款金額]。

2.3.借款應(yīng)在[借款期限]內(nèi)，自借款協(xié)議之日起償還。

第三條利息

3.1.甲方應(yīng)按年利率[利率]支付未償還本金金額的利息。

第四條抵押物

第五條還款
