前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T25764—2010《滾動軸承汽車變速箱用滾子軸承》,與GB/T25764—2010相
比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
a)更改了適用范圍(見第1章,2010年版的第1章);
b)更改了清潔度控制指標及測試濾膜孔徑尺寸(見8.8、9.8,2010年版的8.7、9.7);
c)增加了摩擦力矩及其試驗方法(見8.11、9.10);
d)更改了檢驗滾子下垂量所用塞規(guī)的通端尺寸(見9.2.2,2010年版的9.2.1);
e)更改了檢驗滾子下垂量所用環(huán)規(guī)的通端尺寸(見9.2.3,2010年版的9.2.2);
f)增加了出廠檢驗項目中滾子下垂量和旋轉(zhuǎn)靈活性(見10.1),型式檢驗項目中摩擦力矩(見
10.3.2)。

本文件適用于汽車變速箱用滾子軸承(以下簡稱“軸承”)的制造。
