本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件是GB/T38153《印刷技術(shù)測試印樣的實驗室制備》的第1部分。GB/T38153已經(jīng)發(fā)布
了以下部分:
——第1部分:漿狀油墨;
——第2部分:液體油墨;
——第3部分:絲網(wǎng)油墨。
本文件代替GB/T38153.1—2019《印刷技術(shù)測試印樣的實驗室制備第1部分:漿狀油墨》,與
GB/T38153.1—2019相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
——增加了“使用印刷適性儀(IGT型)和印刷適性儀(prüfbau型)制備測試印樣(如膠印和凸版印

引言
為了建立并完善測試印樣的實驗室制備方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系,使其在實驗室制樣的重復(fù)性及數(shù)據(jù)的可信
度發(fā)揮明顯作用,制定了GB/T38153《印刷技術(shù)測試印樣的試驗室制備》。依據(jù)油墨產(chǎn)品的分類,擬
由3個部分組成。
——第1部分:漿狀油墨。目的在于規(guī)范實驗室制備漿狀油墨印樣水平,確保色差和反射密度測
試重復(fù)性好,提高印刷樣品性能測試結(jié)果可信度。
——第2部分:液體油墨。目的在于規(guī)范實驗室制備液體油墨印樣水平,防止由于圖像和試驗過
程的變化對試驗結(jié)果和試樣性能的影響。
——第3部分:絲網(wǎng)油墨。目的在于通過光學(xué)測試評估絲網(wǎng)油墨的透明度、反射密度等光學(xué)性能,
以及油墨印樣的光澤度、耐光性及抗化學(xué)、物理和機械性等有統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范。
本文件是GB/T38153的第1部分,描述了漿狀油墨實驗室測試印樣的準(zhǔn)備。本文件中描述的方
法用于如ISO2846?1、ISO2846?2和ISO2836等其他國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并將成為國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織/紙、紙板和
紙漿技術(shù)委員會(ISO/TC6/SC2)與國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織/印刷技術(shù)委員會(ISO/TC130)共同制定的幾
個印刷適性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)。
本文件描述的使用IGT型和prüfbau型印刷適性儀在紙張、紙板、金屬、鋁箔和其他適合的承印物
上制備印刷品時所采用的步驟,主要目的是:測試承印物上的參照光學(xué)密度和以g/m2為單位的參照墨
膜。其他類型油墨,如ISO2834?2中規(guī)定的凹版或柔性版印刷用液體油墨和ISO2834?3中規(guī)定的絲
網(wǎng)印刷油墨,與本文件類似。
在本方法中,增加了一個步驟,用參照材料進行定期測試,以檢查所用材料(如橡膠和油墨)的老化
情況。
