7.ForceMajeure:

NeitherPartyshallbeliableforanydelayorfailuretoperformitsobligationsunderthisContractduetocausesbeyonditsreasonablecontrol,suchasnaturaldisasters,war,strikes,orgovernmentactions.

8.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution:
