1.ScopeofWork:TheProducershallperformthefollowingservicesfortheClient:

3.RightsandOwnership:

b.TheClientshallobtainanon-exclusive,worldwide,perpetuallicensetousethephotographyworksforthepurposesof[specifytheintendeduse,e.g.,advertising,marketing,website,etc.]

c.TheClientshallnotsell,distribute,orotherwisetransferthephotographyworkstoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheProducer.

4.DeliveryofWork:

a.TheProducershalldeliverthefinalphotographyfilestotheClientwithin[specifytimeframe,e.g.,30days]afterthecompletionofthephotographyservices.

b.Thedeliveryshallbemadevia[specifydeliverymethod,e.g.,email,USBdrive,onlineportal]totheClient'sdesignatedcontactperson.

5.Confidentiality:

a.BothpartiesagreetomaintaintheconfidentialityofanyconfidentialinformationdisclosedduringthecourseofthisContract.

b.Confidentialinformationshallnotbedisclosedtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherparty.

6.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution:

a.ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[specifyjurisdiction].
