緒論

UG軟件的功能特點(diǎn)

UG具有三維實(shí)體建模、裝配建模,生成直觀可視的數(shù)字虛擬產(chǎn)品,并對(duì)

其進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)分析、干涉檢查、仿真運(yùn)動(dòng)及載荷分析.其功能特點(diǎn)如下:

.用造型來設(shè)計(jì)零部件,實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)計(jì)思想的直觀描述;

.充分的設(shè)計(jì)柔性,使概念設(shè)計(jì)成為可能;

.提供了輔助設(shè)計(jì)與輔助分析的完整解決方案;

.圖形和數(shù)據(jù)的絕對(duì)一致及工程數(shù)據(jù)的自動(dòng)更新.

UG與AutoCAD的差別

UG軟件有別于AutoCAD軟件,是一個(gè)交互的CAD/CAE/CAM/PDM系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)的

CAD模塊提供一個(gè)真三維的設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)境,允許設(shè)計(jì)師精確地描述幾乎任一幾何形狀,通

過組合可對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),分析和建立工程圖等.

使用UG獲得的潛在效益

.提高了效率,縮短產(chǎn)品從開發(fā)到投放商場(chǎng)的時(shí)間;

.使各種轉(zhuǎn)換錯(cuò)誤達(dá)到最小;

.提供了較好的性能分析方法并減少了試驗(yàn)次數(shù);

.設(shè)計(jì)更標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化;

.保證設(shè)計(jì)適合于現(xiàn)代的制造技術(shù);

.通過優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),節(jié)約了材料和加工時(shí)間,降低了成本.

第一章UG操作入門

【內(nèi)容提要】

本章將讓你了解Unigraphics的運(yùn)行環(huán)境,界面.主要功能及基本操作.

第一節(jié)UG運(yùn)行環(huán)境和安裝程序

§1.1.1UG安裝對(duì)軟硬件的基本要求

每一種軟件在其使用說明書中都有對(duì)其軟硬件環(huán)境提出基本要求,但這些要求通

常是能夠使用的最低要求.

使用UG15.0版本的最低硬件配置為:

.CPUIntelPentiumll266

.內(nèi)存128MB

.顯示卡支持OpenGL功能的3D圖形加速顯示卡(8MB顯示緩存

至少支持1280X1024真彩色)

.顯示器17英寸高性能圖形顯示器

.硬盤2GB

.鼠標(biāo)高性能三鍵鼠標(biāo)

.光驅(qū)8X只讀光驅(qū)

.網(wǎng)卡以太網(wǎng)卡

使用UG15.0版本對(duì)軟件系統(tǒng)的基本要求為:

WindowsNT4.0中文版或英文版(Server或Workstation版均可)或WindowsNT

ServicePack5,Exceed&Exceed3D6.0(UGI6不需此軟件).

UG16建議裝在WinNTSP6或Windows2000SPl下使用。

§1.2.1鼠標(biāo)功能應(yīng)用

UG使用三鍵鼠標(biāo),其功能如下

進(jìn)入工作接口后,首先要建立新文件(New),或打開舊文件(Open),才能激活工作

接口上的大部分命令(圖1.5).
