···········································································································································································································································?ぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁぁ?68179209.1建筑門窗工程驗收209.2建筑門窗工程現(xiàn)場檢測209.3建筑門窗工程驗收文件和記錄20A22B24262721總則1.0.1為提高建筑門窗在住宅建筑中的應(yīng)用質(zhì)量,使其具備持久、良好的建筑物理性能、安全性能及使用功能,特制定本規(guī)范。1.0.2本規(guī)范中建筑門窗系指:1住宅建筑用外門、外窗;2住宅建筑用戶門;3住宅建筑首層出入口的單元門。1.0.3本規(guī)范適用于在北京市行政區(qū)域內(nèi)新建、改建、擴建的住宅建筑中使用的建筑門窗。1.0.4建筑門窗的設(shè)計、材料選擇、生產(chǎn)、安裝施工及工程質(zhì)量驗收應(yīng)進行全過程的質(zhì)量控制。1.0.5建筑門窗物設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)、安裝施工及工程質(zhì)量驗收除應(yīng)符合本規(guī)范外,尚應(yīng)符合國家及本市相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范和規(guī)定。12術(shù)語GB5823、GB5824確立的以及下列術(shù)語和定義適用于本規(guī)范。2.0.1外窗:有一個面朝向室外的窗。2.0.2外門:有一個面朝向室外的門。23建筑門窗用材料技術(shù)要求3.1一般規(guī)定建筑門窗材料技術(shù)要求除應(yīng)符合本規(guī)范外,尚應(yīng)符合國家現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定和本市相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。3.2建筑外門、外窗型材3.2.1鋁合金門窗型材:a.應(yīng)符合GB/T5237.1《鋁合金建筑型材第1部分基材》;GB/T5237.2《鋁合金建筑型材第2部分陽極氧化、著色型材》;GB/T5237.3—2000《鋁合金型材第4部分粉末噴涂型材》;GB/T5237.5《鋁合金建筑型材第5部分氟碳漆噴涂型材》中的規(guī)定。b.受力構(gòu)件(指參與受力和傳力的桿件)應(yīng)經(jīng)試驗或計算確定,其未經(jīng)表面處理的型材最小實測壁厚:窗應(yīng)≥1.4mm,門應(yīng)≥2.0mm。c.表面處理:鋁合金建筑型材表面應(yīng)符合表3.2.1的規(guī)定。表3.2.1品種陽極氧化、著色鋁合金建筑型材電泳噴漆鋁合金建筑型材粉末噴涂鋁合金建筑型材氟碳漆噴涂鋁合金建筑型材厚度AA15B級40~120μm≥30μm注:有特殊處要求的按GB/T5237選擇3.2.2門、窗用未增塑聚氯乙烯(PVC—U)型材:應(yīng)符合GB/T8814《門窗框用硬聚氯乙烯(PVC)型材》的確良規(guī)定,同時須滿足下列要求。a.氣候老化性能:暴露4000h后,其顏色變化△E≤5;△b≤3;b.可焊性(平均值)≥35Nmm2;最小測試值≥30Nmm2;c.彎曲彈性模量≥2200Mpa;d.低溫落錘沖擊性能;在1.0m高度下,錘體質(zhì)量1Kg,型材可視面破裂個數(shù)≤1個;e.主型材兩個相對最大可視面的加熱尺寸變化率為±2.0每個試樣兩可視面的加熱尺寸變化3率之差應(yīng)≤0.4輔型材的加熱尺寸變化率為±3.0;f.維卡軟化溫度按B法要求進行,為75℃;g.主型材可視面最小壁厚:平開門窗≥2.5mm,推拉門窗≥2.3mm;h.主型材斷面應(yīng)具有獨立的保溫(隔聲)腔室、增強鋼腔室及排水腔室。3.2.3鋁塑復(fù)合、鋁木復(fù)合材料門窗型材應(yīng)具有良好的物理機械性能、加工工藝性能及裝飾性能,用其制作的建筑之門、外窗的物理性能及使用功能應(yīng)符合本規(guī)范中對建筑外門、外窗的規(guī)定。3.2.4采用斷冷橋技術(shù)制作的金屬門窗型材應(yīng)具有良好的物理機械性能、加工工藝性能及裝飾性能,用其制作的建筑外門、外窗的物理性能及使用功能應(yīng)符合本規(guī)范中對建筑外門、外窗的規(guī)定。3.2.5玻璃纖維增強塑料(玻璃鋼)門窗型材應(yīng)具有良好的物理機械性能、加工工藝性能及裝飾性能,用其制作的建筑外門、外窗的建筑物理性能及功能應(yīng)符合本規(guī)范中對建筑外門、外窗的規(guī)定。3.2.6木門窗材質(zhì)應(yīng)符合JG/T122《建筑木門、木窗》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。3.2.7彩色涂層鋼板門窗型材應(yīng)符合JG/T115標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。3.3戶門、單元門材料薄鋼板材料應(yīng)符合GB17565標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。a.門框材料厚度不應(yīng)小于2mm。b.所有金屬及木質(zhì)構(gòu)件表面均應(yīng)進行防腐處理,漆層應(yīng)有防銹底漆,漆層表面應(yīng)無氣泡和漆渣。3.4建筑門窗五金件3.4.1建筑門窗采用的五金件除應(yīng)符合本規(guī)范要求外,尚應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。3.4.2建筑門窗采用的五金件應(yīng)具有足夠的強度,啟閉靈活、無噪聲,滿足使用功能要求、環(huán)保要求和耐蝕性要求。其表面質(zhì)量應(yīng)具有良好的耐候性,手觸部位表面應(yīng)具有良好的耐磨性。3.4.3建筑門窗與墻體連接件、PVC塑料窗增強型鋼、建筑外窗用副框的材質(zhì)應(yīng)符合GB716《碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼冷軋鋼帶》的規(guī)定,其最小壁厚:門≥2.0mm;窗≥1.5mm;副框≥1.5mm。43.4.4PVC塑料門窗增強型鋼橫截面為開口形狀,其表面鍍層應(yīng)符合GB/T9799《金屬覆蓋層鋼件上的鋅電鍍層》電鍍鋅處理的規(guī)定,其鍍層厚應(yīng)≥8μm;增強型鋼截面為封閉形狀,內(nèi)外表面應(yīng)進行熱鍍鋅處理,其鋅層厚度:外表面≥8μm;內(nèi)表面≥6μm。3.4.5戶門的五金件在規(guī)定荷載條件下,反復(fù)啟閉次數(shù)應(yīng)不少于10萬次,且啟閉無異常,使用無障礙。建筑外門、外窗的五金件在規(guī)定荷載條件下,反復(fù)啟閉次婁應(yīng)不小于3萬次,且啟閉無異常,使用無障礙。3.4.6防盜安全門的門鉸鏈與門扇連接處,在6000N壓力作用下,門框與門扇之間不應(yīng)產(chǎn)生大于8mm的位移。3.4.7防盜安全門的鎖具應(yīng)符合GA/T73中A級別機械防盜鎖的規(guī)定。3.5建筑門窗密封材料3.5.1建筑門窗用密封材料除應(yīng)符合本規(guī)范規(guī)定外,尚應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定,并近功能要求、使用范圍、型材構(gòu)造尺寸選用。a.用于安裝玻璃的密封材料應(yīng)選用橡膠系列密封條或硅酮建筑密封膠。其中橡膠系列密封條的物理性能應(yīng)符合GB/T12002《塑料門窗用密封條》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中寒冷地區(qū)的規(guī)定;硅酮建筑密封膠應(yīng)符合GB/T14683《硅酮建筑密封膏》的規(guī)定。b.框扇間用密封條應(yīng)選用橡膠系列密封條或經(jīng)過硅化處理密封毛條。其中橡膠系列密封條的物理性能應(yīng)符合GB/T12002《塑料門窗用密封條》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中寒冷地區(qū)的規(guī)定;密封毛條的空氣滲透性能、機械性能及尺寸允許偏差應(yīng)符合JC/T635《建筑門窗密封毛條技術(shù)條件》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中優(yōu)等品的規(guī)定。3.5.2填充建筑外門、外窗與洞口之間的伸縮縫內(nèi)腔以及副框與洞口之間的伸縮縫內(nèi)腔,應(yīng)采用聚氨酯發(fā)泡密封膠等隔熱隔聲材料。3.5.3密封建筑外門、外窗的室外防雨水槽必須采用中性硅酮系列密封膠,不得采用丙烯酸密封膏。3.5.4帶副框的建筑門窗,其相連接處應(yīng)采用硅酸系列密封膠。3.6建筑門窗玻璃3.6.1建筑門窗用玻璃的外觀和性能應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定。53.6.2中空玻璃應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《中空玻璃》GB/T11944的有關(guān)規(guī)定。密封膠層厚度:單道密封膠層厚度為10±2mm;雙道密封外層密封膠層厚度為5~7mm;膠條密封膠層厚度為8±2mm。3.6.3中空玻璃性能應(yīng)符合表3.6.3規(guī)定
