留學生守則

學院外國本科留學生的學籍管理原則上按照學院全日

制

本科生學籍管理辦法執(zhí)行?？紤]到外國留學生的具體情

況，特作如下相應規(guī)定：

Section1EnrolImentandfeespayment

入學與注冊

1.Newstudentadmittedbytheuniversityshould

bringtheAdmissionNotice,thecompleted

VisaApplicationforstudyinChinaaswellasother

relevantdocumentsandcometoForeignStudents

Administrationtoregisterbeforethedeadlineas

specifiedintheAdmissionNotice.If,forcertain

reason,thestudentcannotregisterontime,He/shemust

askleaveforanextensionperiodofnotmorethan4

weeks.Thosewhohavenotaskedfortheleaveandthose

whofailtoregisterbeforetheendoftheextension

periodwithoutproperreasonsuchasforceMajeurewill

losetheirqualificationasanadmittedstudent.

按學校規(guī)定錄取的新生，持錄取通知書、《外國留學人

員來華簽證申請表》

等相關材料，按學校有關要求到校留學生辦公室辦理入

學手續(xù)。因故不能按期入

學者，延期入學時間最長為四周。未請假或者請假逾期

者，除因不可抗力等正當

事由以外，視為放棄入學資格。

2.TheUniversitywillcheckthehealthcondition

ofstudents,asrequiredbytheregulationsofthe

Chinesegovernment；onlyhealthystudentscanregister

andenroll.Studentswhofailthehealthcheckmaylose

theirqualification.Studentswhoarefoundtopresent

fraudulentdocumentsoruseillegalwaystobeadmitted

willbedismissedimmediately.

新生入學后，學校按中國政府相關規(guī)定對學生健康狀況

進行檢查，對健康

狀況符合要求者予以注冊，取得學籍。否則取消入學資

格。凡屬弄虛作假、徇私

舞弊取得學籍者，一經查實，即取消其學籍

3.Studentswithdiseaseunfittocontinuetheir

studyasdiagnosedbygovernment-appointedhealth

andquarantinedepartmentswillhaveasuspensionof

schoolingforaperiodofoneyear.Studentswhohave

rehabilitatedduringthisperiodmayresume

schoolingbyapplicationforreadmission,buttheywill

needahealthre-exambyofficiallyappointedhealthand

quarantinedepartments.Studentswhocannotpassthe

re-examordonotcompletetheregistrationand

enrollmentprocedureontimewillbedisqualified.

對患有疾病的新生，經國家指定的衛(wèi)生檢疫部門診斷不

宜在校學習的，可以

保留入學資格一年。在保留入學資格期內經治療康復,

可以向學校申請入學，由

指定的衛(wèi)生檢疫部門（江西出入境檢驗檢疫局）復查或

確認，符合體檢要求，可

重新辦理入學手續(xù)。復查不合格或者無故逾期不辦理入

學手續(xù)者，取消入學資格。

4.Atthebeginningofeachsemester,studentshould

registerinpersonwithreceiptsoftuitionand

feespaidatForeignStudentsAdministrationwithin2

weeks.Studentswhocannotregisterontimeshouldgive

theirexplanationstotheteacherinchargeofhisor

herclass.Studentswhohavenotpaidtheirtuitionand

feesorcannotmeetanyotherrequirementsof

registrationwillnotberegistered.

Theirqualificationtostudyforthisacademicyearcan

notbegaineduntiltheCollegestampedtheirStudent

IDCards.ThosewhoareunabletoarriveattheCollege

duetosomereasonneedtogothroughtheprocedure

accordingly：Thosewhoasksickleaveneedtosubmit

medicaldocument；thosewhoaskforleaveforsomeother

reasonneedtosubmitawrittenapplicationtotheir

teacherinchargeoftheclasstwoweeksinadvance.The

caseswithoutleaveapplicationandapprovalfromthe

ForeignStudentsAdministrationwillbetaken

asabsenteeism.ThosewhoarriveattheCollegebut

failedtogothroughtheprocedureforregistrationwill

alsobeconsideredtobeabsenteeism；thosewhofailed

toregisterlongerthan4weeksafterthebeginningof

theacademicyearwithoutproperreasonwillberegarded

asvoluntarydropouts.

每學期開學時，應由學生本人在開學二周內持繳費憑據(jù)

到留學生辦公室辦理

注冊手續(xù)。不能如期注冊者，應當以適當?shù)姆绞较蛄魧W

生部說明情況。未繳納學

費或者其他不符合注冊條件的不予注冊。辦理注冊蓋章

手續(xù)后方可取得本學年學

習資格。因故不能如期到校者，必須履行請假手續(xù)：病

假需提供醫(yī)院證明；事假

需提前兩周向班主任申請，報留學生部批準后方可履行。

未經請假或請假未準者，

均以曠課論處；到校而不辦理注冊手續(xù)者，也按曠課論

處；逾期四周不注冊而又無

正當事由的，按自動退學處理。

5.Studentswhosuspend,withdraworleaveschool

對休學、保留學籍或其它原因離校的學生，未經批準復

學者，不準注冊

Section2DurationofProgram

學習年限

6.Thelengthofprogramisasfollows：formedicine

majoredundergraduatesis5-6years；Forundergraduate

whomajoredinPharmacyorotherareais4years.Itis

possibleforstudentswhoareunabletocompletethe

coursesasrequiredwithintheallottedtimetoapply

toextendtheirstudyforatmosttwoyears.

醫(yī)學專業(yè)本科生在校學習期限為五至六年，藥學和其它

專業(yè)的本科生的學習

期限為4年。在規(guī)定的學習期限內無法完成學業(yè)的，留

學生可以申請延長學習年

限。延長最長不得超過兩年。

Section3AssessmentandAcademicRecord

考核與成績記載

7.Studentsshouldtakeassessmentofthecourses

andothercurricularactivitiesasrequiredby

thecurriculum(hereafterallreferredascourses).The

resultofassessmentwillbekeptinthetranscriptand

filedinthestudentpersonalrecord.

學生應當參加學校教育教學計劃規(guī)定的課程和相關教

育教學環(huán)節(jié)（以下統(tǒng)稱

課程）的考核，考核成績記入成績冊，并歸入本人檔案。

8.Therearetwowaysofassessments：examination

andpass/failassessment.Onlythosewho

passassessmentscanearnthecreditsofthecourse.

考核分為考試和考查兩種?？己撕细瘾@得該門課程的學

分。

9.Ifthestudentforsomereasonsuchasillness,

hospitalization,etc.cannottaketheexamination,

anapplicationfordelayingtheexaminationmustbesent,

agreedbythecollegeandarrangedbytheteaching

affairsdepartment.Adelayedexaminationshouldbe

equallyeffectiveinthestudent'sacademicrecordas

thenormalone.

學生因病住院治療或有其它特殊原因不能參加課程考

試的，應當在考前申請

緩考，經學院同意，由教學部安排，緩考該課程。緩考

成績按正常考試成績記載。

10.Studentmayelectcoursesfromothermajor,

payingappropriatefeesasrequired.Approvedbythe

College,studentmayelectcoursesfromother

universityaccordingtointer-universityagreement.

Thegrade/creditearnedfromtheotheruniversitymust

beexaminedandverifiedbytheUniversityfor

recognition.

學生可以申請選修其他專業(yè)課程。按照有關規(guī)定，另行

付費。學生可以根據(jù)

校際協(xié)議，經學校同意跨校修讀課程。在他校修讀的課

程成績（學分）由學校審

核后予以承認。

11.Misconduct,suchascheatingduringthe

examinationorabsentfromanexaminationwithno

reasonwillleadtoazerogradeofthecourse.The

offenderswillbecriticizedandsubjecttoa

correspondingdisciplinaryaction.Theoffenderswill

notbeallowedtositthereexaminationaswell.Buta

chancetositthemakeupexaminationbeforegraduation

forthecoursewillbegiveniftheybehave

wellafterwards.

學生違反考試紀隹作弊或無故曠考的，該門課程成績將

按零分記載，并視其

違紀或者作弊情節(jié)，并給予批評教育和相應的紀律處分,

不得參加正常補考。后

經教育表現(xiàn)較好，對該課程可以給予畢業(yè)前一次補考機

會。

12.Attendanceofcurricularactivitiesis

mandatory.Leaveofabsencemustbeaskedandapproved

inadvance；otherwise,theoffenderwillbecriticized

orevensubjecttodisciplinaryactionaccordingtothe

PenaltyforViolatingtheRulesoftheUniversity.

Sickleaveapplicationshouldbesubmittedwithmedical

certificateissuedbythedoctor.Applicationfor

compassionateleaveofabsencenolongerthan2dayscan

beapprovedbytheteacherinchargeofhisorherclass；

Leaveofabsencewithin3dayscanbeapprovedbythe

directoroftheForeignStudentsAdministration；

Applicationlongerthan3daysbutwithin2weeksor

forstudentswhoneedtoleaveNanchangforsomereason

shouldbeapprovedbythecollegefirst,andthensent

totheForeignStudentsAdministrationtobekeptinthe

student'srecord.Leavelongerthan2weeksneedsto

begrantedaftertheCollegemeetingdiscussion.Except

undersuchcircumstancesasacutediseaseoramatter

ofgreaturgency,alateapplicationforleavewillnot

beaccepted.StudentsshouldreporttotheForeign

StudentsAdministrationrightaftertheycomebackfrom

theirleave.

學校對學生實行出勤制度，學生不能按時參加教學計劃

規(guī)定的活動，應當事

先請假并獲得批準，未履行請假手續(xù)的按曠課處理。未

履行請假手續(xù)或者請假未

經批準而缺席者，根據(jù)《學院學生違紀處分規(guī)定》給予

批評教育，情節(jié)

嚴重的給予紀律處分。學生請病假須提供醫(yī)院證明，學

生請假時間不超過兩天由

班主任審批，不超過三天由留學生部審批，三天以上不

超過兩周的，由學院領導

審批后，交由留學生部備案；特殊情況請假時間超過兩

周的或需要離開南昌的，

由學院會議討論決定。除急病或有急事外，一律不得事

后補假。學生請假期滿歸

校后應及時向留學生部銷假。

13.Studentswithanattendanceof50%andabovefor

acourseincludingleavetimemaysittheexamination；

studentswhoseattendancebelow50%willnotbeallowed

tosittheexaminationbutcanbeprovidedachanceto

sititsmakeupexam；studentswithanaverageattendance

duringtheacademicyearofbelow30%havetorepeat

theacademicyear'swork.

一學期單科課程出勤率超過50%者方可考試，出勤率低

于為50%者，不得

參加該課程的考試但可允許參加補考，學年平均出勤率

低于30%者必須留級。

Section4Promotiontoahighergrade

升級與留級

14.Studentswhocompletethecoursesasrequired

withpassingmarksorabovewillbepromotedtoa

highergrade

學生學完本學年教學計劃規(guī)定的課程，經考核成績及格

者，準予升級。

15.Underthefollowingcircumstances,student

shouldrepeatthatacademicyear,swork：

學生有下列情形之一，應予留級

Studentswhosefailedcourses(afteritsmake-up

examination)cometothreeoraboveinoneacademicyear.

Disqualificationformakeupexamisdeemedasfailure

init；

一學年補考不及格達三門者；取消補考資格視為補考不

及格；

Studentswithanaverageattendanceinoneacademic

yearbelow30%

學年平均出勤率低于30%。

16.Studentswhorepeatagradedon'thavetotake

thecoursesthatheorshepassedbeforetheir

repetition.

學生留級前某些課程考核成績達到及格以上水平的課

程，在留級后，允許免

修。

17.Studentscannottaketvzoconsecutive

repetitions；andtheaccumulatedshouldbenomorethan

twice.

學生在校學習期間留級不得連續(xù)兩次，累計不得超過兩

次；

18.Repetitionstudentsshouldpaytuitionandfees

asrequiredforhisorheroriginalbatch.

留級學生，按原標準交納學費、住宿費。

Section6：ChangeofMajorandTransfertoOther

HigherInstitutions

轉專業(yè)與轉學

19.Studentwhomeetsthefollowingcriteriamay

applyforachangeofmajor：學生符合以下情況之一可以

申請轉專業(yè)：

Beingrecognizedbythecollegeastohave

outstandingskillsmoresuitabletotakeanothermajor；

經學院認定確有某些突出專長，轉專業(yè)更能發(fā)揮其特長

的；

Beingrecognizedbythecollegeastohavecertain

difficultynotsuitabletosticktotheoriginalmajor

butstillsuitabletotakeotherappropriatemajorsof

theuniversity；

經學院認定確有某種特殊困難，不適宜在原專業(yè)繼續(xù)學

習，但尚能在學校其

他專業(yè)學習的；

Beingqualifiedforthecriteriaasrequiredbythe

relevantmajor.

符合相關專業(yè)條件的。

20.Thefollowingcriteriawillexcludethestudent

fromchangeofmajor：

有下列情況之一的，不允許轉專業(yè)：

Notmeetingthecriteriaoftheselectedmajor.

不符合擬轉入專業(yè)的有關條件

Notacceptedbytheselectedmajor.

擬轉入專業(yè)不同意接收的。

21.Stepsforthechangeofmajorinclude：

applicationbythestudent；consentbytheUniversity

andCollegeandthencompletingthenecessary

procedureswithForeignStudentsAdministration.

轉專業(yè)由學生本人提出申請，學校及學院同意，報留學

生部辦理相關手續(xù)。

22.Students,whodohavecertaindifficultiesand

thuscannotcontinuetheirstudyattheUniversity,may

applyforatransfertoanotherhigherinstitution.To

transferoutoftheUniversitythestudentmustgo

throughthenecessaryprocedures：Awrittenapplication

shouldbesubmittedandbesanctionedbythePresident

oftheCollege.TheForeignStudentsAdministration

willthencontacttheuniversityorcollegeintowhich

thestudentisgoingtotransferforrelated

officialdocument.FinallytheNanchangExit-Entry

AdministrationBureauofP.R.C.willbereportedto

canceltheirresidentpermit.Aboutthepercentageof

tuitionandfeestoberefundedpleaseseeregulations

regardingRefunds.

學生確有特殊困難，無法繼續(xù)在學校學習的，可以申請

轉學。學生申請轉出

我校，履行相應手續(xù)：轉入其它院校者，提交申請并由

院長簽署意見，經留學生

部與擬轉入學校聯(lián)系，由轉入學校審核同意，并報南昌

市出入境

管理局取消居留許可后方可轉出。退費參見退費規(guī)定

23.Thefollowingconditionsexcludethetransfer

ofinstitutions：

學生有下列情形之一，不得轉出：

HavingstudiedintheUniversityforlessthanone

semester；

入學未滿一學期的；

Withoutanyproperreason.

其他無正當理由的。

Section7：SuspensionandResumingofSchooling

休學與復學

24.Studentsmaycompletetheirstudyinseparate

stages,butthelongestoverallextensionofthe

periodofattendance(includingthesuspensionof

schooling)shallnotexceed2years.

學生可以分階段完成學業(yè)。學生在校最長年限(含休學)

為規(guī)定學制基礎上

延長二年。

25.Studentscanbesubjecttosuspensionunderany-

oneofthefollowingsituations：

學生有下列情況之一者，應予休學：

Intheeventthatastudentisdiagnosedwithan

illnessorinjurythatisexpectedtocausetheirbeing

unabletoattendmorethantwothirdsofthetotalcredit

hoursforthesemester(duetorecovery,treatmentor

therapy),orintheeventofcertaindiseases,a

studentmaysuspendtheirstudyattheCollege；

因病經指定醫(yī)院診斷，需停課治療超過一學期總學時三

分之二者；

Studentswhohaverequestedleave,and

theaccumulativeleaveisoveronethirdofthetotal

credithoursofonesemesterasdeterminedbyattendance

record,maybesubjecttosuspension；

根據(jù)出勤請假超過一學期總學時三分之二者；

Studentswhoareunabletopayouttheirtuitionand

feesasrequiredaresubjecttosuspension；

未能及時繳納學費和住宿費者

Studentsmayapplyforsuspensionduetospecial

circumstancesbysubmittinganapplicationormay

receivesuspensionfromtheCollegeifcircumstances

warrantsuchactions.

因某種特殊原因，本人申請學校同意或學校認為必須休

學者。

26.Studentswhoapplyforasuspensionofschooling

orarerequiredtosuspendschoolingshouldbe

approvedbytheCollegeandFOREIGNSTUDENTS

ADMINISTRATION.Ingeneral,suspensionofschoolingis

limitedtoonesemester.Underspecialcircumstances

andapprovedbytheCollege,thesuspensionperiodmay

beextended,buttheoverallperiodofextensionmust

notexceed2years.

學生申請休學或者按要求應當休學者，由學院和留學生

部批準，可以休學。

學生休學一般以一學年為期限，特殊情況經批準可以續(xù)

休，學生累計休學年限不

得超過二年。

27.TheUniversitydoesnotencouragemarriage

duringtheschoolingyears.Ifthestudentgets

pregnantorhasgivenbirthtochild,andistherefore

inappropriatetostudyandliveattheuniversity,may

haveasuspensionofschooling.

學校不提倡學生學習期間結婚。學生結婚后妊娠、生育

不宜在校學習、生活的可予休學。

28.Accordingtorelevantregulationsstudents

servingmilitarydutymaykeeptheirstatusofstudent

notlongerthan2years.

學生應征入伍，按照相關管理規(guī)定，學校保留其學籍最

長年限為2年。

29.Studentwhohassuspendedschoolingshallleave

theuniversitycampusaftergoingthrough

necessaryprocedure.Duringthesuspensionperiod,the

personwillnolongerenjoythestatusofanenrolled

student.

休學學生應當辦理休學手續(xù)離校，學校保留其學籍。學

生休學期間，不享受在校學習學生待遇。

30.Whenthesuspensionperiodisduetoexpire,the

studentshouldsendapplicationtoresumeschoolingtwo

weeksbeforetheendofthesemester.Itmustbe

approvedbytheUniversitybeforethestudentcanresume

schooling.

學生休學期滿，應當于前一學期結束前兩周內向學校提

出復學申請，經學校

審查合格，方可復學。

Section8：DropOutofSchool

退學

31.Underthefollowingcircumstances,student

shoulddropoutorbedemandedtodropoutofschool：

學生有下列情形之一，應予退學：

l)Notsendinginapplicationtoresumeschoolingas

requiredafterthesuspensionperiodhasended,or

notbeingabletopassthere-examinationandtherefore

notapprovedtoresumeschooling；

休學期滿未按條款提出復學申請或者申請復學經審查

不合格的；

2)Diagnosedbythehospitalsappointedbythe

Universitytohavementaldisorder,epilepsy,etc.or

unexpectedinjurythatpreventsthestudenttocontinue

tostudy；經學校指定醫(yī)院診斷，患有精神病、癲癇等疾病

或者意外傷殘無法繼續(xù)在校學習的；

3)Beingabsentfromtheschoolwithoutaskingfor

leave,or,thoughasked,butnotapproved,thusnot

beingabletoparticipatetherequiredcurricular

activitiesfor2continuousweeksoraccumulativelyfor

4weeksinonesemester；

未請假或請假未獲批準離校連續(xù)二周或一學期內累計

四周未參加學校規(guī)定的教學活動的；

4)Notbeingabletoregisterwithin4weeksafter

thebeginningoftheacademicyearwithoutanyproper

excuse；每學年開學四周內未注冊而又無正當事由的

studyandwillbeissuedaCertificateofCompletionof

Study.WithintheperiodspecifiedbytheUniversity,

thestudentmayretaketherelevantcoursesorredothe

graduationthesisordesign.Oncethestandardfor

graduationisreached,thestudentmaychange

theCertificateofCompletionofStudytotheDiploma；

thedateofgraduationwillbethedateofissuanceof

thediploma.

學生應當自覺遵守中國的法律法規(guī)，自覺遵守學校管理

制度，創(chuàng)造和維護文明、整潔、優(yōu)美、安全的學習和生活環(huán)

境。學生不得有酗酒、打架斗毆、賭博、吸毒，傳播、復制、

販賣非法書刊和音像制品等違反治安管理規(guī)定的行為；不得

參與非法傳銷和傳教活動；不得從事或者參與有損大學生形

象、有損社會公德的活動。

學校鼓勵、支持和指導學生參加社會實踐、社會服務和

開展校內勤工助學活動，并根據(jù)實際情況給予必要幫助。學

生參加勤工助學活動應當遵守中國法律、法規(guī)以及學校、用

工單位的管理制度，履行勤工助學活動的有關協(xié)議。
