對于消費(fèi)者而言,本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也提出了相應(yīng)的權(quán)利保障措施,比如明確告知個(gè)人信息收集使用規(guī)則、建立便捷有效的投訴舉報(bào)渠道等,以增強(qiáng)消費(fèi)者的信任感和安全感。
此外,《GB/T 45201-2024》還關(guān)注到了數(shù)據(jù)安全和個(gè)人隱私保護(hù)問題,要求社交電商平臺采取有效措施防止用戶數(shù)據(jù)泄露,并且在未經(jīng)用戶同意的情況下不得向第三方分享其個(gè)人信息。
