前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件等同采用ISO11132:2021《感官分析方法學(xué)定量描述感官評(píng)價(jià)小組表現(xiàn)評(píng)估導(dǎo)則》。

本文件做了下列最小限度的編輯性改動(dòng):

a)為與現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)協(xié)調(diào),將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)名稱改為《感官分析方法定量描述感官評(píng)價(jià)小組表現(xiàn)評(píng)估

導(dǎo)則》;

b)增加了表5中關(guān)于“”的說(shuō)明,同時(shí)將“=/”更改為“”,糾正原文錯(cuò)誤;

本文件適用于對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)員個(gè)體或小組整體培訓(xùn)效果的驗(yàn)證和已建立評(píng)價(jià)小組表現(xiàn)的管理,以及評(píng)價(jià)

小組及評(píng)價(jià)員個(gè)體對(duì)不同產(chǎn)品的辨別能力、同一小組內(nèi)不同評(píng)價(jià)員之間的一致性以及評(píng)價(jià)員在屬性強(qiáng)

度評(píng)分中重復(fù)性的表現(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)和評(píng)估。

本文件不適用于下列情況:

——使用共識(shí)性剖面(CP)、自由選擇剖面(FCP)、自選特性排序剖面(FP)和動(dòng)態(tài)主導(dǎo)屬性測(cè)試

(TDS)等描述性方法的小組表現(xiàn)評(píng)估,包括不記錄評(píng)價(jià)員個(gè)體評(píng)分,沒(méi)有對(duì)所有評(píng)價(jià)員通用
