expensesarecausedthenegligenceorwillfulmisconductoftheindemnifyingparty.5.2TheindemnificationobligationsoftheClientandtheContractorshallbesubjecttothelimitationsofliabilitysetforthinthisContract.6.TerminationofThirdPartyInvolvement6.1TheClientortheContractormayterminatetheinvolvementofanyThirdPartyatanytime,providedsuchterminationismadeinwritingandisnotinbreachofanyspecificagreementswiththeThirdParty.6.2UponterminationoftheinvolvementofanyThirdParty,theClientandtheContractorshallensurethatalloutstandingobligationstotheThirdPartyaredischargedinaccordancewiththetermsofthisContractandanyspecificagreements.7.ThirdPartyContractsandAgreements7.1AnycontractsoragreementsenteredintobetweentheClient,theContractor,andanyThirdPartyshallbebindingonallpartiesandshallbedeemedtobepartofthisContract.7.2TheClientandtheContractorshallensurethatanycontractsoragreementswithThirdPartiesincludeprovisionsthatprotecttheirinterestsandthatareconsistentwiththetermsofthisContract.8.ThirdPartyInsuranceRequirements8.2TheClientandtheContractorshallrequireeachThirdPartytoprovideproofofinsurancecoverageuponrequestandshallhavetherighttoinspectsuchproof.9.CompliancewithLawsandRegulations10.DisputeResolutionforThirdParties10.1AnydisputesarisingbetweenanyThirdPartyandtheClientortheContractorshallberesolvedinaccordancewiththedisputeresolutionprovisionsofthisContract.10.2TheClientandtheContractorshallencourageeachThirdPartytoresolvedisputesamicablyandshallprovideassistanceinsuchefforts.Byincorporatingtheseprovisions,theContractisamendedtoaddressthepotentialinvolvementofthirdpartiesandtoensurethattheirroles,responsibilities,andlimitationsareclearlydefined.ThiswillhelptomitigaterisksandensurethesmoothexecutionoftheOceanEngineeringWorkin2025.第三部分：其他補(bǔ)充性說(shuō)明和解釋說(shuō)明一：附件列表：ThefollowingisalistofpotentialattachmentsthatmaybeassociatedwiththisOceanEngineeringContractin2025,alongwiththeirdetailedrequirementsanddescriptions:1.TechnicalSpecificationsDocument:DetailedtechnicalspecificationsoftheOceanEngineeringWorktobeperformed.2.ProjectSchedule:Adetailedtimelineoftheprojectmilestonesanddeliverables.Requirements:Mustincludestartandenddatesforeachphaseoftheproject.3.BudgetandFinancialProjections:Adetailedbudgetfortheproject,includingcostsforlabor,materials,equipment,andotherexpenses.Requirements:Mustberealisticandprovideabreakdownofexpectedexpenditures.4.InsuranceCertificates:Requirements:Mustbevalidandprovidecoverageforthedurationoftheproject.5.PermitsandApprovals:Copiesofallnecessarypermitsandapprovalsfromregulatoryauthorities.Requirements:Mustbeobtainedpriortothestartoftheprojectandbevalidthroughouttheprojectduration.6.QualityControlPlans:AdetailedplanforensuringthequalityoftheOceanEngineeringWork.Requirements:Mustincludemethodsforinspection,testing,anddocumentation.7.HealthandSafetyPlans:Adetailedplanforensuringthehealthandsafetyofallpersonnelontheprojectsite.8.EnvironmentalImpactAssessment:AnassessmentofthepotentialenvironmentalimpactoftheOceanEngineeringWork.Requirements:Mustbeconductedinaccordancewithapplicableenvironmentalregulationsandprovidemitigationmeasures.9.ThirdPartyContractsandAgreements:CopiesofallcontractsandagreementsenteredintowithThirdParties.Requirements:Mustbeinwritingandincludealltermsandconditionsoftheagreements.10.InvoicesandPaymentRecords:RecordsofallinvoicesissuedandpaymentsmadeunderthisContract.Requirements:Mustbeaccurateandprovidedetailsoftheservicesorgoodsprovided.說(shuō)明二：違約行為及責(zé)任認(rèn)定：Thefollowingisalistofpotentialbreachofcontractbehaviorsandthestandardsfordeterminingliability:1.DelayinPerformance:Liability:TheContractormaybesubjecttoliquidateddamagesorextensionofthedeadline,asagreedintheContract.2.PoorQualityWork:TheworkperformeddoesnotmeetthequalitystandardsspecifiedintheContract.Liability:TheContractormayberequiredtoredotheworkatnoadditionalcostormaybeliablefordamagesresultingfromthepoorqualitywork.3.FailuretoComplywithRegulations:Theworkisperformedinviolationofapplicablelawsorregulations.Liability:TheContractormaybesubjecttofines,penalties,orotherlegalactionsandmayberequiredtocorrecttheworkatitsownexpense.4.FailuretoObtainPermits:Liability:TheContractormayber
