fortheFourthIndustrialRevolutionNetworkremains

Apartfromlimitedaccesstofinance,informationandmarkets,climatechangeand

geopoliticalsituationsareaddingtothechallengesthatthesefarmersgrapplewithto

sustaintheirincome.TheAI4AIinitiativehasdevelopedadigitalagricultureframeworkaimedatscalingtechnologiesoftheFourthIndustrialRevolutionintheagricultural

sectorthroughpublic-privatepartnershipstoimprovefarmers’accesstofinance,shrinkagriculture’senvironmentalimpactandreducepost-harvestsupply-chainlosses.

ofagriculturaltechnology(agritech)onbothfarmers’

Basedontheencouragingresults,theGovernmentof

Telanganahasdecidedtoscaletheinitiativeto500,000farmersandimplementthestate’sfirstagricultural

dataexchange.AI4AIhasalsobuiltonthesuccessoftheTelanganapilotandlaunchedtheprogrammeintwomorestates,UttarPradeshandMaharashtra.

Itisnowexploringtheopportunitytoexpandthe

learningsacrosstheCentrefortheFourthIndustrialRevolutionNetworkandgovernmentsglobally.

BaaguandAgriDataExchange,initiativesthathighlightedyield,optimaluseof

inputsandultimatelyfarmers’income.Basedonthesuccessofthepilotwith7,000farmers,wehavescaledthe

initiativeto50,000farmersandplantoscaleittoimpact500,000farmersinthenexttwoyears.
