4.TermoftheContract

8.GoverningLawandJurisdiction

8.2AnydisputesarisingfromtheimplementationofthisContractshallbesubmittedtothecourtsofthecountrywheretheheadquarterofPartyAislocatedfortrial.

9.AmendmentsandValidity

9.1AnyamendmentstothisContractshallbemadeinwritingandshallbesignedbybothparties.
