2024年度平安生產(chǎn)科技發(fā)展安排編制說明
為了落實(shí)《平安生產(chǎn)法》關(guān)于“國家激勵(lì)和支持平安生產(chǎn)科學(xué)技術(shù)探討和平安生產(chǎn)先進(jìn)技術(shù)的推廣
應(yīng)用,提高平安生產(chǎn)水平”的規(guī)定,貫徹全國平安生產(chǎn)工作會(huì)議精神,發(fā)揮科技第一生產(chǎn)力的作用,實(shí)
現(xiàn)“科技興安”,特編制2024年度國家平安生產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理局(國家煤礦平安監(jiān)察局)(以下簡稱國家局)平
安生產(chǎn)科技發(fā)展安排。
列入2024年度國家局平安生產(chǎn)科技發(fā)展安排的項(xiàng)目共有168項(xiàng),其中,“十五”國家科技攻關(guān)安排
項(xiàng)目23項(xiàng),國家重點(diǎn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新安排項(xiàng)目4項(xiàng),科技部專項(xiàng)安排項(xiàng)目10項(xiàng),2024年以來各單位申請(qǐng)列入
國家局指導(dǎo)性安排項(xiàng)目131項(xiàng)。
國家安排項(xiàng)目依據(jù)國家有關(guān)安排管理方法的規(guī)定進(jìn)行管理;國家局指導(dǎo)性安排項(xiàng)目由各主管單位依
據(jù)國家局“關(guān)于加強(qiáng)平安生產(chǎn)科技管理工作的看法”進(jìn)行管理。請(qǐng)各主管單位加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目的管理與協(xié)調(diào),
確保項(xiàng)目按時(shí)保質(zhì)完成。
