rebuildtheirpainfulexperiences.
ButSwets,anothernostalgiaexpert,warnedthatusingnostalgiaforpainreliefmightnotbeablanket
solutionforeveryone.Hehighlightsthatnostalgiaisapersonalemotionalexperiencethatvariesintermsof
frequencyandintensity.“Whatnostalgiaisthefeelingofconnectednesswithotherpeople,”Swetssaid,notingthat
thecluesinmanystudiesaredesignedtomakepeoplethinkofgoodtimeswithfamilyandfriends.“So,people
whoarealittlemoreavoidantofintimate(親密的)relationshipwithotherpeople,ormorelikelytopreferdistance
