2.LeaseTerm

3.RentandPayment

3.1Rent

TheLesseeshallpaytheLessoramonthlyrentof[amount](the"Rent").TheRentshallbedueandpayableinadvanceonthe[duedate]ofeachmonthduringtheLeaseTerm.

3.2PaymentMethod

TheLesseeshallpaytheRentby[paymentmethod,e.g.,banktransfer,check,etc.].TheLesseeshallensurethatthepaymentreachestheLessor'sdesignatedaccountnolaterthantheduedate.

3.3LatePayment

IftheLesseefailstopaytheRentbytheduedate,alatepaymentfeeof[latepaymentfeepercentage]oftheoverdueamountshallbechargedforeachdayofdelay.

4.SecurityDeposit

4.1DepositAmount

TheLesseeshallpayasecuritydepositof[amount](the"SecurityDeposit")totheLessorupontheexecutionofthisContract.

4.2PurposeofDeposit

TheSecurityDepositshallbeheldbytheLessorassecurityfortheLessee'sperformanceofthisContract,includingbutnotlimitedtopaymentofRent,damagestotheVehicle,andanyotheramountsowedbytheLesseeunderthisContract.

4.3ReturnofDeposit

UpontheexpirationoftheLeaseTermandtheLessee'sfullpliancewiththisContract,theLessorshallreturntheSecurityDeposittotheLesseewithin[numberofdays]days,lessanyamountsowedbytheLessee.

5.UseoftheVehicle

5.1PermittedUse

TheLesseeshallusetheVehicleonlyfortheLessee'spersonalorbusinesspurposesinaccordancewithallapplicablelawsandregulations.TheLesseeshallnotusetheVehicleforanyillegal,immoral,orunauthorizedpurposes.

5.2MaintenanceandCare

TheLesseeshallmaintaintheVehicleingoodconditionandkeepitcleanandfreeofdamage.TheLesseeshallperformallnecessarymaintenanceandrepairsontheVehicleattheLessee'sexpense,includingbutnotlimitedtooilchanges,tirerotations,andbrakerepairs.TheLesseeshallalsoensurethattheVehicleisservicedregularlyinaccordancewiththemanufacturer'srmendations.

5.3Insurance

TheLesseeshallobtainandmaintaininforceduringtheLeaseTermprehensiveinsurancecoverageontheVehiclewithareputableinsurancepany.TheinsurancepolicyshallnametheLessorasanadditionalinsuredandshallprovidecoverageforatleasttheamountoftheSecurityDeposit.TheLesseeshallprovidetheLessorwithacopyoftheinsurancepolicyuponrequest.

6.RightsandObligationsoftheParties

6.1Lessor'sRightsandObligations

TheLessorshallhavetherighttoreceivetheRentandotheramountsowedbytheLesseeunderthisContract.

TheLessorshallberesponsibleforthemaintenanceandrepairoftheVehicletotheextentrequiredbylawandthetermsofthisContract.

TheLessorshallprovidetheLesseewithawrittennoticeofanydefectsorissueswiththeVehiclepriortothemencementoftheLeaseTerm.

TheLessorshallnotinterferewiththeLessee'suseandpossessionoftheVehicleduringtheLeaseTerm,exceptasprovidedbylaworthisContract.

6.2Lessee'sRightsandObligations

TheLesseeshallhavetherighttouseandpossesstheVehicleduringtheLeaseTerminaccordancewiththetermsofthisContract.

TheLesseeshallberesponsibleforthepaymentoftheRentandotheramountsowedbytheLesseeunderthisContract.

TheLesseeshallplywithallapplicablelawsandregulationsregardingtheuseandoperationoftheVehicle.

TheLesseeshallnotsublease,assign,ortransferthisContractortheVehicletoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLessor.

TheLesseeshallreturntheVehicletotheLessorinthesameconditionasitwasreceived,reasonablewearandtearexcepted,upontheexpirationoftheLeaseTerm.

7.DefaultandRemedies

7.1Default

AdefaultbytheLesseeshalloccuriftheLesseefailsto:

PaytheRentoranyotheramountsowedbytheLesseeunderthisContractwhendue;

ComplywithanyofthetermsandconditionsofthisContract;

ReturntheVehicletotheLessorupontheexpirationoftheLeaseTerm;or

MaintaintheVehicleingoodcondition.

7.2Remedies

IntheeventofadefaultbytheLessee,theLessorshallhavetherightto:

TerminatethisContractanddemandimmediatereturnoftheVehicle;

ChargetheLesseeforanydamagestotheVehiclecausedbytheLessee'sdefault;

ApplytheSecurityDeposittowardsthepaymentofanyamountsowedbytheLessee;

SuetheLesseeforbreachofcontractandseekdamages,includingbutnotlimitedtotheRentfortheremainderoftheLeaseTerm,damagestotheVehicle,andanyotheramountsowedbytheLessee;and

TakeanyotherlegalorequitableremediesavailabletotheLessorunderapplicablelaw.

7.3Lessee'sRemedies

IntheeventofadefaultbytheLessor,theLesseeshallhavetherightto:

TerminatethisContractanddemandreturnoftheSecurityDeposit;

SuetheLessorforbreachofcontractandseekdamages,includingbutnotlimitedtoanylossessufferedbytheLesseeasaresultoftheLessor'sdefault;and

TakeanyotherlegalorequitableremediesavailabletotheLesseeunderapplicablelaw.

8.Indemnification

8.1IndemnificationbyLessee

TheLesseeshallindemnifyandholdtheLessorharmlessfromandagainstanyandallclaims,damages,losses,liabilities,andexpenses(includingbutnotlimitedtoattorneys'fees)arisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeLessee'suseandpossessionoftheVehicle,includingbutnotlimitedtoanydamagescausedbytheLesseetotheVehicleoranythirdpartypropertyorperson.

8.2IndemnificationbyLessor

TheLessorshallindemnifyandholdtheLesseeharmlessfromandagainstanyandallclaims,damages,losses,liabilities,andexpenses(includingbutnotlimitedtoattorneys'fees)arisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeLessor'sbreachofthisContractoranyrepresentationorwarrantymadebytheLessorinconnectionwiththisContract.

9.AssignmentandSublease

9.1Assignment

NeitherpartyshallassignthisContractoranyofitsrightsorobligationshereunderwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherparty.Anyattemptedassignmentwithoutsuchconsentshallbevoid.

9.2Sublease

TheLesseeshallnotsubleasetheVehicleoranypartthereofwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLessor.Anyattemptedsubleasewithoutsuchconsentshallbevoid.

10.GoverningLawandJurisdiction

10.1GoverningLaw

ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[jurisdiction].

10.2Jurisdiction

AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsof[jurisdiction].

11.EntireAgreement

ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartieswithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereofandsupersedesallprioragreementsandunderstandings,oralorwritten,relatingtothesame.

12.AmendmentsandWaivers

12.1Amendments

Noamendment,modification,orwaiverofanyprovisionofthisContractshallbeeffectiveunlessinwritingandsignedbybothparties.

12.2Waivers

NowaiverbyeitherpartyofanybreachofthisContractshallbedeemedawaiverofanysubsequentbreach.

13.Severability

IfanyprovisionofthisContractisheldtobeinvalid,illegal,orunenforceable,thevalidity,legality,andenforceabilityoftheremainingprovisionsshallinnowayinanywaybeaffectedorimpaired.
