1、美的總部大樓景觀設(shè)計(jì) 非常感謝設(shè)計(jì)方廣州土人景觀顧問有限公司將中英文介紹和項(xiàng)目圖片授權(quán)gooood發(fā)行。Appreciation towardsGuangzhou Turen Landscape Planning CO.,LTD for providingthe following description: 桑基魚塘，其產(chǎn)生皆源于廣府境內(nèi)河流縱橫、地勢(shì)低洼，潦水容易為患，人民根據(jù)本地自然環(huán)境的特點(diǎn)，一則修堤壩制洪水；另則挖洼地為塘，降低水位，基高塘低、基種作物、塘養(yǎng)魚蝦，形成良性循環(huán)的農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)環(huán)境，創(chuàng)造出特殊的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式?；~塘。這種獨(dú)具珠江三角洲特色農(nóng)業(yè)景觀尤其以廣東省內(nèi)的南海、番禺和順德

2、居多。?；~塘的“基”與“塘”構(gòu)成網(wǎng)狀般肌理無論是高空俯瞰還是身處其中，都留給人異常深刻的印象。其獨(dú)具特色的地理環(huán)境、地域歷史和地域文化造就了獨(dú)特的珠三角景觀。密布的河網(wǎng)，成片的基塘，繁茂淳郁的花木，雜糅著低吟淺唱的蟲鳥，這是珠三角地區(qū)尤其是順德，在每個(gè)人心中所能喚起的亞熱帶景觀想象。 然而這些年不爭(zhēng)的事實(shí)是，農(nóng)業(yè)文明時(shí)代的景觀地圖已然早已被高速城市化進(jìn)程所更改。熟識(shí)的鄉(xiāng)土圖景、溫潤(rùn)的鄉(xiāng)情已逐漸被致密緊湊的城中村、大而不當(dāng)?shù)挠操|(zhì)廣場(chǎng)和冷漠的鄰里關(guān)系所替代。經(jīng)歷著本土的農(nóng)業(yè)文明的文化語(yǔ)境到后工業(yè)文明文化語(yǔ)境的轉(zhuǎn)換，獨(dú)具珠江三角洲農(nóng)業(yè)特色的桑基魚塘逐漸變成了關(guān)于過往的回憶。 Mulberry-dy

Through the localcultural context of agricultural civilization to industrial civilization, after the conversion, uniquecharacteristics of the Pearl River Delta agriculture

8、“Mulberry-dyke fish-pond” is becoming pastmemories. 美的（順德著名的中國(guó)家電龍頭企業(yè)）總部大樓就位于順德北滘新城區(qū)的住宅區(qū)與工業(yè)區(qū)的包圍之中，總部大樓共31層，高128米，是目前順德最高的地標(biāo)建筑。 Media (a famous Chinese home appliance leader, Shunde enterprises) headquarter building locatedat Beijiao-new urban residential and industrial area, 31-story headquarter buil

9、ding of the high 128 meters,is currently the highest Shunde landmark. 美的總部大樓景觀設(shè)計(jì)通過現(xiàn)代景觀語(yǔ)言回應(yīng)中國(guó)嶺南大地景觀“?；~塘”，在高速城市化的當(dāng)下回歸鄉(xiāng)土景觀形式與本土美感意境。設(shè)計(jì)由?；~塘肌理帶來的記憶與聯(lián)想，寫就一篇新話語(yǔ)時(shí)代的廣東新語(yǔ)。 By the modem design language, landscape design of Media Group headquarter responds landformof Lingnan“mulberry-dyke fish-pond”, presenti

From the memorial texture of mulberry-dyke fish-pond, compile a new discourse of Guangdong. 阡陌交通的棧橋和道路將用地分割成大小不等、形態(tài)各異的幾何體或下沉為水景，或上浮為種植鄉(xiāng)土林木的小丘，或成為區(qū)域小廣場(chǎng)（庭院），或是地下室采光天井。并在其上點(diǎn)綴以鄉(xiāng)土材料建造的現(xiàn)代景觀構(gòu)筑，以形態(tài)和鄉(xiāng)土材料組合解決高起的若干地下室采光天井的視覺問題，貫穿、延續(xù)地域景觀。用棧橋、道路

11、、水景與庭院等實(shí)際功能體塊勾勒出“?；~塘”的網(wǎng)狀肌理，讓人體驗(yàn)到的不僅是肌理間生動(dòng)豐富的功能聯(lián)系，還有親切舒緩的基塘肌理帶給人的仿佛當(dāng)年人對(duì)土地的歸屬感。水景在場(chǎng)地中被分作生態(tài)濕地以及地下室采光天井上的薄水之用，其重點(diǎn)不在于再現(xiàn)水景的不同形式，也不在于水景帶來的若干親水活動(dòng)，而是在于對(duì)區(qū)域文化、生活及當(dāng)?shù)刈匀画h(huán)境關(guān)系的尊重。生態(tài)濕地以及地下室采光天井上的薄水皆設(shè)計(jì)為雨水、污水收集處理系統(tǒng)的一部分。把屋面和露天雨水收集、處理、蓄積在景觀水池之中，將產(chǎn)生的中水和污水全部回收，通過生態(tài)濕地進(jìn)行生物降解處理，回用于綠化灌溉和補(bǔ)充景觀水池水量，不使用飲用水作為景觀用水。水景設(shè)計(jì)也解釋了我們面對(duì)今天環(huán)境

Wetland and thin water above basement skylight aredesigned for rain, sewage water collection and as part of water treatment systems. The rainwater willharvest, accumulate, and collect in the pond wi

16、ll have the full reclaim by biological degradation throughthe wetlands treatment, and use for the green irrigation and supply pond water, do not use drink wateras landscape use. Waterscape design also explained the state of the environment we are facing today,the choices we make - how to continue an
