臺風(fēng)應(yīng)急行動計劃Emergency Action Plan for Typhoon I. 信息報告 Weather Information一、 賓客服務(wù)中心負責(zé)監(jiān)看有關(guān)的天氣預(yù)報,如果臺風(fēng)將會影響到本地,必須馬上通知康樂部經(jīng)理跟進。Guest Service should focus on weather information every day; any information about typhoon which will influence hotel needs report to SPA manager.二、 康樂部經(jīng)理,一旦接收到賓客服務(wù)中心提供的信息后應(yīng)當(dāng)采取的以下行動:打開相關(guān)的網(wǎng)址查看臺風(fēng)路徑,如果天氣預(yù)報顯示臺風(fēng)移動路徑將影響本地,康樂部經(jīng)理要及時通知:總經(jīng)理, 行政委員會及各部門負責(zé)人。After receiving the typhoon information, SPA manager should take following actions immediately: check the weather information from related weather website, if the information is true, SPA manager should report this to GM, Excoms and DHS immediately.II. 組織與指揮Organization and Command接到臺風(fēng)預(yù)警后,立即成立以總經(jīng)理為組長,行政助理經(jīng)理、財務(wù)總監(jiān)、人力資源總監(jiān)、銷售總監(jiān)、餐飲總監(jiān)、工程總監(jiān)、保安經(jīng)理、前廳經(jīng)理、客房經(jīng)理、行政總廚、市場傳訊經(jīng)理、康體部經(jīng)理為組員, “酒店防臺風(fēng)應(yīng)急領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組”負責(zé)防臺風(fēng)期間的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和協(xié)調(diào)工作。各部門根據(jù)需要組成各自的應(yīng)急小組,以便執(zhí)行各自部門的“防臺風(fēng)應(yīng)急計劃”。Hotel should found an “Emergency and Crisis Team” to take precautions against typhoon, and GM should be the team leader. Including (Departure Report, Arrival Report, Guest in House by Name, Guest in House by Room, House Status By Room, Open Balance, Trace Report Message Report)賓客服務(wù)中心GUEST SERVICE CENTER1)賓客服務(wù)中心在得知有臺風(fēng)時,應(yīng)及時通知前廳部經(jīng)理 guest service center should report to the Front Office Manager promptly if there is typhoon forecast.1) 賓客服務(wù)中心應(yīng)向客人提供及時準(zhǔn)確的天氣狀況信息,安撫客人情緒 Guest service center should provide weather information to guest on time, so that pacify the guests 2) 賓客服務(wù)中心應(yīng)隨時與各部門保持及時與密切的溝通,任何意外情況及時通相關(guān)部門,并向酒店管理層匯報Guest Services Center must be keep in close contact and communication with various departments, any accident must be inform relevant departments, and report to the management of the hotel.3) 當(dāng)情況緊急需要通知客人撤離或轉(zhuǎn)移時,賓客服務(wù)中心必須通知到每一個住店客人。如有客房無人接聽,須做好記錄并及時通知管家部去房間查看When the situation is urgent need to inform the guest of evacuation or transfer, the guest service center must be notified to each guests.
