(二)拍賣(mài)師英語(yǔ)表達(dá)方式的變化 在拍賣(mài)中，拍賣(mài)師為減少重負(fù)，使語(yǔ)言更加豐富、生動(dòng)，對(duì)于同樣的意義，可選擇使用不同的表達(dá)方式。如： (1) 要表達(dá)“第一號(hào)拍品，起拍價(jià)為100元”，可以有以下幾種說(shuō)法： Lot I, we are starting at 100.第一號(hào)拍品,我們要以100元起拍. Dutch auctionalso known as anopen descending price auction.4In the traditional Dutch auction the auctioneer begins with a high asking price which is lowered until some participant is willing to accept the auctioneers price.14The winning participant pays the last announced price.4The Dutch auction is named for its best known example, the Dutchtulipauctions. (Dutch auction is also sometimes used to describe online auctions where several identical goods are sold simultaneously to an equal number of high bidders.15) In addition to cut flower sales in theNetherlands, Dutch auctions have also been used for perishable commodities such as fish and tobacco.14The Dutch auction is not widely used.4 Sealed first-price auction, also known as afirst-price sealed-bid auction(FPSB). In this type of auction all bidders simultaneously submit sealed bids so that no bidder knows the bid of any other participant. The highest bidder pays the price they submitted.414This type of auction is distinct from the English auction, in that bidders can only submit one bid each. Furthermore, as bidders cannot see the bids of other participants they cannot adjust their own bids accordingly.14This kind of bid produces the same outcome asDutch auction
