最流行實(shí)用的英文簡(jiǎn)歷模板 助求職一臂之力寫(xiě)中文簡(jiǎn)歷,對(duì)中國(guó)人來(lái)說(shuō),小菜一碟,但是寫(xiě)英文簡(jiǎn)歷呢?那情況就不一樣了,很多人根本不懂英語(yǔ),于是請(qǐng)朋友代寫(xiě)英文簡(jiǎn)歷,這還好些。還有一些人干脆直接用網(wǎng)上的翻譯器翻譯,那翻譯出來(lái)的文章真是讓人忍俊不禁。那么英文簡(jiǎn)歷到底該怎么寫(xiě)呢?其實(shí)不難,你只要知道一些常用的英語(yǔ)還有跟自己專業(yè)相關(guān)的一些英語(yǔ),再套用一個(gè)好的簡(jiǎn)歷模式,就足夠了。下面我們就來(lái)介紹一種比較適合大眾,也是國(guó)外最普遍,最流行的一種簡(jiǎn)歷模式:一、首先,自己的姓名,地址,聯(lián)系方式。比如電話或者電子郵箱等等。一般采用居中的方式,其他的則居左就可以了。如下:NameAddressPhone No. HomeCell phone No.Email Add二、接著,要寫(xiě)objective(求職意向)。這一欄是最重要的一項(xiàng)了。很多公司主要看這一項(xiàng)的內(nèi)容是否跟他們所要求的一致或者接近。比如:OBJECTIVE:A sales management or business development position where my strategic and consultative selling, cross-cultural relationship building, team facilitation, business management, organizational insight, and advanced technical skills will be continually challenged. I aspire to senior management responsibility and seek a company that embraces growth and change, where compensation is performance-based and increased levels of responsibility offered those with demonstrated potential.(銷售經(jīng)理職位或者和企業(yè)發(fā)展有關(guān)的職位,可以使我的戰(zhàn)略頭腦、銷售能力、建立跨文化關(guān)系的能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)能力、商務(wù)管理能力、組織能力和先進(jìn)的技術(shù)能力都能夠進(jìn)一步的發(fā)揮和進(jìn)步。)上面這個(gè)例子是老外的簡(jiǎn)歷中的原句,當(dāng)然對(duì)中國(guó)人來(lái)說(shuō)比較復(fù)雜,如果對(duì)英語(yǔ)要求不高的話,其實(shí)也不需寫(xiě)這么多。一般來(lái)說(shuō)可以直接翻譯中文簡(jiǎn)歷中的句子,但是也有很多比較好大家普遍接受的表達(dá)方法,由于各行各業(yè)不同,而應(yīng)聘職位也不同,要根據(jù)情況而不同。但是如果你想要應(yīng)聘外企或者所應(yīng)聘的公司對(duì)英語(yǔ)要求比較高的話就可以把使用的句子修飾一下,當(dāng)然要在自己的能力范圍內(nèi)哦。另外要注意的是,如果工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)很多,也沒(méi)有必要完全列舉出來(lái),可以挑幾項(xiàng)自己感覺(jué)最得意的或者對(duì)自己提升最大的來(lái)寫(xiě)。三、下面要寫(xiě)summary了,也就是(個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介)。這可是展現(xiàn)自己能力的一個(gè)好機(jī)會(huì),既要贊美自己,又不能使對(duì)方覺(jué)得自己在自夸。四、Experience 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。這一點(diǎn),別人可幫不了你,得自己寫(xiě)。不過(guò)以什么樣的形式寫(xiě),我可以給大家一個(gè)建議,比如:2005 - PresentCompanySales Executive - Financial ServicesJust started an exciting new position selling data integration solutions to the insurance and financial services vertical for Pervasive. Lucky 提出了合作條件,Kevin會(huì)答應(yīng)嗎?欲知后事如何,且看下一輪談判。 職場(chǎng)英語(yǔ):制作有效的presentation注意事項(xiàng)現(xiàn)在,在企業(yè)里做 Presentation 是比較常見(jiàn)的。開(kāi)會(huì)時(shí)經(jīng)常有此項(xiàng)內(nèi)容,一般都采用多媒體輔助手段,設(shè)置投影儀,多用Power Point軟件做演示。做Presentation的表達(dá)方式非常豐富,有文字、表格、圖形、圖象、動(dòng)畫(huà)、聲音等等,能充分調(diào)動(dòng)起聽(tīng)眾的興趣。 做presentation是集公眾演說(shuō)、行銷關(guān)系、人際關(guān)系以及應(yīng)用心理學(xué)為一體的一項(xiàng)實(shí)踐活動(dòng),要想取得滿意效果,應(yīng)該提前充分準(zhǔn)備,而且需要多加練習(xí)。 一般說(shuō)來(lái),要準(zhǔn)備和發(fā)表一篇有效的presentation,需要考慮以下因素: Elements related to Style 風(fēng)格方面 1) Sell the idea You must keep in mind that you are selling something to your audience, whether it be a product, a project, an idea, a strategy, concept or anything else. The primary goal of your presentation must be to convince the audience that they should buy. 2) Tell a compelling story Your presentation of the idea and its ramifications (結(jié)果) must be so thorough, attractive and convincing that the audience is eager to buy into what youre selling. Basically, youre capturing their imagination. 3) Be concise State your ideas, goals, and benefits received in a crisp (簡(jiǎn)潔的), brief and meaningful manner. 4) Support your idea and story Using relevant facts and figures that drive home the key message that you are trying to get across to your audience. 用相關(guān)的事實(shí)和數(shù)字讓你的聽(tīng)眾接受你想讓他們了解的關(guān)鍵信息。 Elements related to Content 內(nèi)容方面 1) Key objectives State the purpose, scope and objectives of the presentation in a clear, concise manner. This can include both qualitative and quantitative elements. 2) Plan Tell the story on how to achieve your objectives (i.e. what activities or tasks need to be done). This is where you identify and describe your strategy (i.e. What, When, Where, How). 4) Supporting evidence Support the main body with relevant business charts to illustrate and highlight key figures. Use relevant facts to support your story. 5) Call to action Creating a sense of urgency for the approval of what youre presenting ASAP, and instilling a sense of loss if your idea does not proceed beyond this point. 辦公室常用語(yǔ)(1):同事翹班、復(fù)印常用表達(dá)辦公室里有一些常用表達(dá),比如說(shuō)同事翹班怎么說(shuō),復(fù)印的時(shí)候請(qǐng)同事讓你先印兩頁(yè)怎么說(shuō)。這一次,我們就來(lái)講講這些在辦公室里常說(shuō)的話。 1. He is gone for the day. 他今天都不會(huì)在了。 當(dāng)有人要找某某某,而他正好不在,這通常有兩種情況。一是這位仁兄暫時(shí)離開(kāi),可能是去洗手間,可能是去復(fù)印東西。這時(shí)候我們可以告訴人家:He/She is not at his/her seat right now. 意思就是他現(xiàn)在不在座位上。這句話的意思是說(shuō)這個(gè)人就在附近沒(méi)有走遠(yuǎn),很快就會(huì)回來(lái)。當(dāng)這種情況發(fā)生時(shí),你不妨再補(bǔ)充一下:He is not here, but he is around. (他現(xiàn)在不在,不過(guò)就在附近。) 或是 He is not available right now, but he will be back in a few minutes. (他現(xiàn)在不在,但一會(huì)兒就會(huì)回來(lái)。) 另外一種情況就是這位仁兄早早就收工,回家陪老婆或是提早下班跟女朋友約會(huì)去了。如果是這種情況的話,我們就可以說(shuō):He is gone for the day. 言下之意就是他今天都不會(huì)再出現(xiàn)了。如果很不幸地,老板正好有急事要找他,而他卻己經(jīng) gone for the day,想必老板的臉色不會(huì)太好看。 2. May I jump in for two pages? 可不可以讓我先印兩頁(yè)? 大家都有過(guò)類似的經(jīng)歷吧?要去復(fù)印兩頁(yè)東西,結(jié)果排在前面的人拿了一本厚厚的書(shū)在那里狂印,天啊,看來(lái)還有二百多頁(yè),要等多久才能輪到自己啊 。這時(shí)如果你想插一下隊(duì),請(qǐng)他讓你先印兩頁(yè)該怎么說(shuō)?最生活化的說(shuō)法就是:May I jump in for two pages? 這里用到 jump in 這個(gè)片語(yǔ),意思就是插一下隊(duì),讓我先印的意思。辦公室常用語(yǔ)(2):禮貌而又簡(jiǎn)潔的詢問(wèn)如何說(shuō)“我想問(wèn)一個(gè)問(wèn)題”,禮貌而又簡(jiǎn)潔的說(shuō)法該怎么說(shuō)?回答別人的問(wèn)題,“有任何問(wèn)題盡管問(wèn)”又該怎么說(shuō)?下面為您一一道來(lái)。 1. I want to ask you a question regarding my salary. 我想要問(wèn)一個(gè)關(guān)于我薪水的問(wèn)題。 問(wèn)別人一個(gè)問(wèn)題可以簡(jiǎn)單地說(shuō)I want to ask you a question. 等對(duì)方接話之后才陳述自己的問(wèn)題。但是這樣子問(wèn)沒(méi)頭沒(méi)腦的,不是很好。所以通常美國(guó)人在對(duì)話時(shí)會(huì)開(kāi)宗明義地提出是關(guān)于什么的問(wèn)題。最常見(jiàn)的用法就是在 question 之后接 about 或是 regarding,之后加你想問(wèn)的問(wèn)題。比方說(shuō):I want to ask you a question about my salary. 或是 I want to ask you a question regarding my salary. 就是我想請(qǐng)教你一個(gè)關(guān)于我薪水的問(wèn)題。通常在公司工作一段時(shí)間后,覺(jué)得自己該加薪了,就可以和老板談?wù)?,詳?xì)的技巧請(qǐng)參看如何要求加薪 。 另外有一個(gè)小技巧分享給大家,我們要問(wèn)別人問(wèn)題時(shí)通常是通過(guò)打電話的方式進(jìn)行,通常對(duì)方會(huì)先問(wèn)你May I help you?之后你就可以回答:Yes, I want to ask you a question about/regarding. 還有一個(gè)句型我覺(jué)得也很實(shí)用,就是直截了當(dāng)?shù)卣f(shuō):Im calling about/regarding.(我打電話給您是為了),這樣是不是簡(jiǎn)潔多了呢?例如: Im calling regarding a new product I found in your catalog. 我打電話是想咨詢一個(gè)你們產(chǎn)品目錄上的新產(chǎn)品。 Im calling about a job opening in your company. 我打電話來(lái)是咨詢一下在貴公司的工作機(jī)會(huì)。 2. Please dont hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. 如果你有任何問(wèn)題的話,請(qǐng)不要猶豫,立即同我聯(lián)絡(luò)。 類似例句的用法常見(jiàn)于電話交談或是 e-mail、書(shū)信往來(lái)的最后。這是一種很客氣的講法,讓對(duì)方有任何問(wèn)題盡管問(wèn)沒(méi)關(guān)系。常見(jiàn)的講法還有諸如:Please let me know if you have any questions. 或是 Please feel free to call me if you have other questions. 都是表達(dá)同樣的意思。 做成功的外貿(mào)人士 簡(jiǎn)練的溝通技巧向溝通對(duì)手表示善意與歡迎 I will arrange everything. 如果溝通是由你發(fā)起,提供對(duì)手一切的方便,能使溝通一開(kāi)始便在友善和諧的氣氛下進(jìn)行。尤其是當(dāng)你的溝通對(duì)手是遠(yuǎn)道而來(lái)的,你熱心地告知他:“I will arrange everything. (我會(huì)安排一切。)不但表現(xiàn)出你的誠(chéng)意,也能使他在不必顧慮食宿等瑣事的情況下,專心與你進(jìn)行溝通。如何做一個(gè)成功的外貿(mào)人士?如何在外貿(mào)工作中取得更大的利潤(rùn)?這是每一個(gè)外貿(mào)人員所關(guān)注的,希望幾點(diǎn)小技巧會(huì)為更多人的帶去幫助。溝通進(jìn)行中應(yīng)避免干擾 No interruptions during the meeting! 如果溝通的地點(diǎn)是在你的公司,那么請(qǐng)叮嚀你的部屬,勿在溝通過(guò)程中做不必要的干擾。因?yàn)檫^(guò)份的干擾會(huì)影響溝通的意愿和熱忱。 資料須充實(shí)完備 We have a pamphlet in English. 當(dāng)客戶向你提出抱怨時(shí),你應(yīng)該做的事是設(shè)法安撫他。最好的辦法就是對(duì)他提出的抱怨表示關(guān)切與解決的誠(chéng)意。你的一句“Please tell me about it”(請(qǐng)告訴我這件事的情況。)或“Im sorry for my error and assure you I will take great care in performing the work”(我為我的錯(cuò)誤感到抱歉,并向您保證,我會(huì)盡全力處理此事。)令對(duì)方覺(jué)得你有責(zé)任感,也會(huì)恢復(fù)對(duì)你的信任。 隨時(shí)確認(rèn)重要的細(xì)節(jié) Is this what we decided? 商務(wù)洽談中,一牽扯到金額、交貨條件和日期時(shí),除了洽談當(dāng)時(shí)要用口頭復(fù)述加以確認(rèn)外,合約擬好后,更要詳細(xì)地過(guò)目一遍。一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)疑點(diǎn),應(yīng)立刻詢問(wèn)對(duì)方“Is this what we decided? ”(這是我們說(shuō)定的嗎?)合約內(nèi)容真的錯(cuò)得離譜,就應(yīng)告訴對(duì)方“Ill have to return this contract to you unsigned.(我得將這份合約退還給你,不能簽名。)以示抗議。任何合約上的問(wèn)題,寧可羅嗦一點(diǎn),也決不可含糊。 聽(tīng)不懂對(duì)方所說(shuō)的話時(shí),務(wù)必請(qǐng)他重復(fù) Would you mind repeating it? 英語(yǔ)不是我們的母語(yǔ),聽(tīng)不懂是很自然的。聽(tīng)不懂又裝懂,那才是有害的。其實(shí)請(qǐng)人家重復(fù)或再講清楚一點(diǎn)并不難,你只要說(shuō)”Would you mind After totaling the columns they compare total scores. The totals reveal that although one of the companies offers more money, the risks are higher and the time away from his family will not be worth the extra dollars. Pat can see how his priorities will affect his decision and feels more confident having a tool to work with to make the best decision for him and his family. There are always variables that cannot be predicted when accepting an offer, but using an analytical approach can make the decision more objective. Making a bad decision can result in your being miserable and feeling unfulfilled, but unable to leave because you have only been in the job for a few months.
