ié)構(gòu)示意圖如圖16所示。圖16無氣噴漆機(jī)構(gòu)示意圖6.1高壓泵無氣噴涂設(shè)備是利用壓縮空氣作動(dòng)力，通過高壓泵驅(qū)動(dòng)活塞作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)。泵的上部為空氣缸，內(nèi)有壓縮空氣換向機(jī)構(gòu)，使氣缸上下交替進(jìn)入壓縮空氣，活塞上、下運(yùn)動(dòng)帶動(dòng)高壓部分上、下運(yùn)動(dòng)，使涂料吸入并排出一定壓力的涂料。氣動(dòng)型噴涂機(jī)一般標(biāo)有壓力比，比值一般為(3065)1，即當(dāng)進(jìn)入泵氣缸內(nèi)的壓縮空氣壓力為1個(gè)大氣壓，涂料壓力就達(dá)到3065個(gè)大氣壓（理論值）。6.2蓄壓器蓄壓器主要是起涂料液壓穩(wěn)定作用。因柱塞往復(fù)泵在上下兩個(gè)死點(diǎn)時(shí)速度等于零，所以易產(chǎn)生壓力波動(dòng)。增設(shè)了蓄壓器，可減少涂料在噴涂時(shí)的壓力波動(dòng)，提高噴涂質(zhì)量。蓄壓器結(jié)構(gòu)比較簡單，上、下有兩個(gè)封頭，涂料從底部進(jìn)入，在進(jìn)口處有一滾珠單向閥。6.3過濾器因?yàn)閲娮斓?
