12009屆學(xué)生畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))存檔編號(hào):_畢業(yè)論文外文翻譯題目:數(shù)控技術(shù)及其產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展部(系)機(jī)械與建筑工程學(xué)部_專業(yè)機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化姓名學(xué)號(hào)指導(dǎo)教師2009年月日21.AboutnumericalcontrolsystemdesigndevelopmentgaugeAsnotedpreviously,therearebettercommonability,flexibility,adaptability,expandingintheopennumericalcontrolsystem,countriessuchasU.S.A.,EuropeanCommunityandJapan,etc.implementthestrategicdevelopmentplanoneafteranother,carryonresearchandformulationofthesystematicnormofstructuralnumericalcontroloftheopensystem(OMAC,OSACA,OSEC),3ofworldheavyeconomycarryonthesamescienceplanandstandardizeformulationnearlyinashorttimemost,haveindicatedanewarrivalofperiodofchangeofthetechnologyofnumericalcontrol.OurcountrystartedresearchandformulationwhichstandardizedtheframeofONCnumericalcontrolsystemofChinatooin2000.2.AboutthenumericalcontrolstandardThenumericalcontrolstandardisakindoftrendofinformation-baseddevelopmentofmanufacturingindustry.Numericalcontroltechnologyinformationexchangeof50yearborn,tobasedonISO6983standard,adoptG,Mcodedescribeshowprocesses,itsessentialcharacteristicfacestheprocessingcourse,obviously,hecantmeetdemandsofhigh-speeddevelopmentofthetechnologyofmodernnumericalcontrolmoreandmorealready.Forthisreason,studyingandmakingakindofnewCNCsystemstandardISO14649(STEP-NC)intheworld,itspurposeisofferingakindofneutralmechanismnotdependingontheconcretesystem,candescribetheunifieddatamodelinwholelifespanoftheproducts,thusrealizethewholemanufactureprocess,andeventhestandardizationofeachindustrialfieldproductinformation.TheappearanceofSTEP-NCmaybearevolutionofthetechnicalfieldofthenumericalcontrol,ondevelopmentandeventhewholemanufacturingindustryofthetechnologyofnumericalcontrol,willexertafar-reachinginfluence.Firstofall,STEP-NCputsforwardakindofbrand-newmanufactureidea,inthetraditionalmanufactureidea,NCprocessestheprocedurestoallconcentrateonsinglecomputer.Underthenewstandard,NCprocedurecanbedispersedonInternet,thisisexactlyadirectionofopen,networkeddevelopmentoftechnologyofnumericalcontrol.Secondly,STEP-NCnumericalcontrolsystemalsocanreduce,process(about75%)drawing,processprocedureworkout(about35%)timeandprocess(about50%)timegreatly.Atpresent,American-EuropeancountriespaymuchattentiontotheresearchofSTEP-NC,EuropeinitiatesIMSplan(1999.1.1-2001.12.3)ofSTEP-NC.20CAD/CAM/CAPP/CNCusers,manufacturersandacademicorganizationsfromEuropeandJapanparticipatedinthisplan.STEPToolsCompanyofU.S.A.isadeveloperofthedatainterchangesoftwareofmanufacturingindustryintheglobalrange,hehasalreadydevelopedandaccusedofthesupermodel(SuperModel)ofinformationexchangeofmachinetoolingbycounting,itsgoalistodescribeallprocessingcourseswiththeunifiednorm.SuchnewdatainterchangeformhasalreadybeenverifiedinallocatingtheSIEMENS,FIDIAandEuropeanOSACA-NCnumericalcontrolatpresent.33PairsofbasicestimationsoftechnologyandindustrydevelopmentofnumericalcontrolofourcountryThetechnologyofnumericalcontrolofourcountrystartedin1958,thedevelopmentcourseinthepast50yearscanroughlybedividedinto3stages:Thefirststageisfrom1958to1979,i.e.closeddevelopingstage.Inthisstages,technologyofforeigncountriesblockadeandbasicrestrictionoftermsofourcountry,thedevelopmentofthetechnologyofnumericalcontroliscomparativelyslow.DuringSixthFive-YearPlanPeriod,theSeventhFive-YearPlanPeriodofthecountryinsecondstageandearlierstageintheEighthFive-YearPlanPeriod,introducetechnology,digestandassimilate,thestageofestablishingthesystemofproductiondomesticizationarisesingtentatively.Atthisstage,becauseofreformandopening-upandnationalattention,andstudytheimprovementofthedevelopmentenvironmentandinternationalenvironment,research,developmentandallmakingconsiderableprogressinproductiondomesticizationoftheproductsofthetechnologyofnumericalcontrolofourcountry.ThethirdstageisthatonthelaterstageintheEighthFive-YearPlanPeriodofthecountryandduringtheNinthFive-YearPlanPeriod,implementtheresearchofindustrialization,entermarketcompetitionstage.Atthisstage,madesubstantiveprogressinindustrializationofthedomesticnumericalcontrolequipmentofourcountry.IntheNinthFive-YearPlanlatterstage,domesticnumericalcontroldomesticmarketshareoflathereach50%,mixdomesticnumericalcontrolsystem(popular)toupto10%.Reviewthedevelopmentcourseinthepast50yearsoftechnologyofnumericalcontrolofourcountry,especiallypassthebrainstormof4Five-YearPlans,allinallhasmadefollowingachievements.a.Haveestablishthefoundationofthetechnicaldevelopmentofnumericalcontrol,hasbasicallymasteredthetechnologyofmodernnumericalcontrol.Ourcountryknowfromnumericalcontrolsystem,servourge,numericalcontrolhostcomputer,specialplaneandtheirbasicoffittingsbasicallyalreadynow,amongthemmosttechnologyhavealreadypossessedthefoundationthatiscommercializedanddeveloped,sometechnologyhasalready,industrializationcommercialized.a.Haveformedtheindustrialbaseofnumericalcontroltentatively.Intacklingkeyproblemsthefoundationthattheachievementandsometechnologycommercialize,setupthesystematicfactoriesofnumericalcontrolwithproductioncapacityofbatchsuchasnumericalcontrolofCentralChina,spaceflightnumericalcontroletc.ElectricalmachineryplantofLanzhou,abatchofservosystemsandfirstmachinetoolplant,firstmachinetoolplantofJinanofservoelectricalmachineryfactoryandBeijing,etc.severalnumericalcontrolhostcomputerfactoriessuchasthenumericalcontrolinCentralChina.Thesefactorieshavebasicallyformedthenumericalcontrolindustrialbaseofourcountry.b.Havesetupresearchofanumericalcontrol,development,managerialtalentsbasicteam.Thoughhasmadeconsiderableprogressinresearchanddevelopmentandindustrializationofthetechnologyofnumericalcontrol,butwewillrealizesoberly,theresearchanddevelopmentofthetechnologyofadvancednumericalcontrolofourcountry,thereisgreaterdisparitybetweencurrentsituationandcurrentdemandofourcountryofengineeringlevelespeciallyinindustrialization.Thoughveryfastfromlongitudinaldevelopmenttowatchourcountry,horizontaluntil(contrastwithforeigncountries),theengineeringlevelhasdisparity,thereisdisparitytooindevelopmentspeedinsomeaspects,i.e.thedisparityofengineeringlevelbetweensomehigh-grade,precisionandadvancednumericalcontrolequipment4hasthetendencytoexpand.Watchfromworld,estimateroughlyasfollowsaboutthenumericalcontrolengineeringlevelofourcountryandindustrializationlevel.a.Ontheengineeringlevel,inprobablybackward10-1yearswiththeadvancedlevelinforeigncountries,itisbiggerinhigh-qualityprecisionandsophisticatedtechnology.b.Attheindustrializationlevel,themarketshareislow,thevarietycoveragerateislow,havenotformedthelarge-scaleproductionyet;Functionpartspecializedlevelofproductionandformacompletesetabilitytobelower;Appearancequalityisrelativelypoor;Dependabilityisnothigh,thecommercializedintensityisinsufficient;Notsettinguponesownbrandeffectyetindomesticnumericalcontrolsystem,usershaveinsufficientconfidence.c.Attheabilityofsustainabledevelopment,tocompetitionnumericalcontrolresearchanddevelopmentoftechnology,engineeredabilityweaker;Numericalcontroltechnologicalapplicationexpandeffortstobebetter;Theresearch,formulationthatrelevantstandardsarenormallagsbehind.Itisanalyzedthatthemainreasonforhavingdisparitydescribedabovehasthefollowingseveralrespect.a.Realizetherespect.Knowtodomesticnumericalcontrolindustryprocessarduousness,complexityandlong-termcharacteristicinsufficiently;Onethatistomarketunstandard,foreignblockadeaddstrangle,system,etc.underestimatewhilebeingdifficult;Itisnotenoughtoanalyzetotechnologicalapplicationlevelandabilityofnumericalcontrolofourcountry.b.System.Paycloseattentiontonumericalcontrolindustrializationmanyintheissue,considernumericalcontrolindustrializationlittleintheissuesyntheticallyintermsofthesystematicone,industrychainintermsoftechnology;Setupintactrelatedsystem,completetraining,servicenetwork,etc.ofhighqualitysupportthesystem.c.Mechanism.Thebadmechanismcausesthebraindrain,restrainingtechnologyandtechnologicalroutefrominnovatingagain,productsinnovation,andhasrestrictedtheeffectiveimplementationofplanning,hasoftenplannedtheideal,implemen
