1外文翻譯畢業(yè)設計題目:SD2106鼻毛修剪器上下蓋造型及模具設計原文2:ACAD/CAE-integratedinjectionmolddesignsystemforplasticproducts譯文2:塑料制品的CAD/CAE集成的注塑模具設計系統(tǒng)2ACAD/CAE-integratedinjectionmolddesignsystemforplasticproductsAbstractMolddesignisaknowledge-intensiveprocess.Thispaperdescribesaknowledge-basedoriented,parametric,modularandfeature-basedintegratedcomputer-aideddesign/computer-aidedengineering(CAD/CAE)systemformolddesign.DevelopmentofCAxsystemsfornumericalsimulationofplasticinjectionmoldingandmolddesignhasopenednewpossibilitiesofproductanalysisduringthemolddesign.TheproposedsystemintegratesPro/ENGINEERsystemwiththespeciallydevelopedmoduleforthecalculationofinjectionmoldingparameters,molddesign,andselectionofmoldelements.ThesysteminterfaceusesparametricandCAD/CAEfeature-baseddatabasetostreamlinetheprocessofdesign,editing,andreviewing.AlsopresentedaregeneralstructureandpartofoutputresultsfromtheproposedCAD/CAE-integratedinjectionmolddesignsystem.KeywordsMolddesign.Numericalsimulation.CAD.CAE1IntroductionInjectionmoldingprocessisthemostcommonmoldingprocessformakingplasticparts.Generally,plasticinjectionmoldingdesignincludesplasticproductdesign,molddesign,andinjectionmoldingprocessdesign,allofwhichcontributetothequalityofthemoldedproductaswellasproductionefficiency1.Thisisprocessinvolvingmanydesignparametersthatneedtobeconsideredinaconcurrentmanner.Molddesignforplasticinjectionmoldingaidedbycomputershasbeenfocusedbyanumberofauthorsworldwideforalongperiod.Variousauthorshavedevelopedprogramsystemswhichhelpengineerstodesignpart,mold,andselectionparametersofinjectionmolding.Duringthelastdecade,manyauthorshavedevelopedcomputer-aideddesign/computer-aidedengineering(CAD/CAE)molddesignsystemsforplasticinjectionmolding.Jongetal.2developedacollaborativeintegrateddesignsystemforconcurrentmolddesignwithintheCADmoldbaseontheweb,usingPro/E.Lowetal.3developedanapplicationforstandardizationofinitialdesignofplasticinjectionmolds.Thesystemenableschoiceandmanagementofmoldbaseofstandardmoldplates,butdoesnotprovidemoldandinjectionmoldingcalculations.Theauthorsproposedamethodologyofstandardizingthecavitylayoutdesignsystemforplasticinjectionmoldsuchthatonlystandardcavitylayoutsareused.Whenstandardlayoutsareused,theirlayoutconfigurationscanbeeasily3storedinadatabase.Linatal.4,5describeastructuraldesignsystemfor3Ddrawingmoldbasedonfunctionalfeaturesusingaminimumsetofinitialinformation.Inaddition,itisalsoapplicabletoassignthefunctionalfeaturesflexiblybeforeaccomplishingthedesignofasolidmodelforthemainpartsofadrawingmold.Thisdesignsystemincludesmodulesforselectionandcalculationofmoldcomponents.ItusesPro/EmodulesPro/ProgramandPro/Toolkit,andconsistsofmodulesformoldselection,modificationanddesign.Dengetal.6,7analyzeddevelopmentoftheCAD/CAEintegration.TheauthorsalsoanalyzedsystemsandproblemsofintegrationbetweenCADandCAEsystemsfornumericalsimulationofinjectionmoldingandmolddesign.AuthorsproposeafeatureontologyconsistingofanumberofCAD/CAEfeatures.Thisfeaturerepresentsnotonlythegeometricinformationofplasticpart,butalsothedesignintentisorientedtowardsanalysis.Partfeaturescontaintheoverallproductinformationofaplasticpart,wallfeatures,developmentfeatures(suchaschamfer,ribs,boss,hole,etc.),treatmentfeatureswhichcontainanalysis-relateddesigninformationandsubwalldevelopedfeatures.Wallanddevelopmentfeaturesaresocalled“componentfeatures”.Godecetal.8,9developedaCAEsystemformolddesignandinjectionmoldingparameterscalculations.Thesystemisbasedonmorphologymatrixanddecisiondiagrams.Thesystemisusedforthermal,rheologicalandmechanicalcalculation,andmaterialbasemanagement,4Fig.1GeneralstructureofintegratedinjectionmolddesignsystemforplasticproductsbutnointegrationwithcommercialCAxsoftw
