6、in our modernization manufacturing site. before use the equipment you must read these instructions carefully.ii、注意事項 (attention )1. 使用前應認真閱讀此說明書。2. 機組電源必須符合如下規(guī)定：額定電源：三相ac380v，50hz.(可以根據(jù)客戶的需要使用相應的電壓，如3p-ac220v,60hz）電壓變動范圍：額定電壓10%以下相間電壓不平衡：2.5%以下頻率變動：額定頻率2%以下注：若不能確定電源符合以上條件，請選配相應的保護器，否則會損壞壓縮機。3. 確保plc

7、亮綠燈，若亮燈異常請與廠家聯(lián)系。4. 確保供電電源接線牢固可靠、接觸良好。5. 切勿使用堅硬、尖銳的物體按壓控制面板按鈕，否則控制器可能損壞。6. 機組安裝時應保持相對的水平和垂直位置。7. 當出現(xiàn)異常現(xiàn)象，立即停機，斷電檢修。8. 開機前請確認壓縮機吸、排氣閥已經(jīng)全部打開，否則會造成壓縮機嚴重損傷9. 開機前請確認儲液器上的供液閥已經(jīng)全部打開，否則機組無法正常運行。10. 為保證機組數(shù)據(jù)不被丟失，請保持機組持續(xù)供電。11. 保持機組持續(xù)供水，否則會因缺水而造成循環(huán)水泵燒損。12. 本機組廠家已設定的參數(shù)，如用戶修改，后果自負。13. 非專業(yè)維修人員絕對不許修理產(chǎn)品。以免發(fā)生人身傷害事故。14

8、. 電源設計專用回路。電源線請勿在中途連接、使用延長線。以免引起觸電、火災。15. 請勿將硬物靠近出冰螺桿。以免損壞螺桿、引起人身傷害事故。16. 請勿觸摸工藝管道。以免引起人身傷害事故。17. 對壓縮機、管道進行檢測、維修時，帶上安全眼鏡、手套。18. 利用叉車叉冰機時，務必對準冰機底座的兩個長方孔，將兩條叉柄伸入到冰機底座1米以上，才能移動冰機，此過程中確保穩(wěn)定。19.制冰機開機前，須讓系統(tǒng)通電8小時以上，使油加熱器將潤滑油加熱到45-50，（加熱至視油鏡中能觀察到油面），使?jié)櫥椭械闹评鋭┏浞謿饣苑乐箟嚎s機磨損或液擊而影響壓縮機的使用壽命。1. please read this ma

12、 the machine.7. when the abnormal phenomenon appears, please shut it down immediately, and cut off the power to check.8. please confirm the suction and exhaust valves of the compressor have been open before starting the ice-maker, otherwise it will damage the compressor badly.9. please confirm all v

13、alves on the fluid reservoir have been opened，otherwise the ice-maker can not work normally.10. please offer the power to the ice-maker continuously in order to keep the data from not being lost. 11. please offer water to the ice-maker continuously in order to prevent the circulating water pump from

14、 being damaged because of water shortage.12. the factory has set a fixed parameter, if the user revises it, the user will take all the risk.13. non-professional staff are absolutely forbidden to fix the product, in order to avoid personal injure accident.14. the power design adopts special circuit.

15、please do not connect in the midway or use extension line with the power cable, in order to prevent causing electric shock sor fires.15. please do not make hard things approach the ice convey screw in order to prevent damaging the screw and causing personal injure accident.16. do not touch the pipes

16、 in order to cause personal injure accident.17. please wear safe glasses and gloves, when make on the examination and maintenance to the compressor and pipes.18.use fork fork ice machine, be sure to aim at the base of the ice machine to two rectangular mesh, the two fork handle more than 1 m to the

17、ice machine base, to move the ice machine, the process to ensure stability.19. after ice maker stopped ruuning for a long time,ice maker should be electrified at least eight hours when start running. and the oil must be heated up to 45-50 by the oil heater until you can observe oil level from the mi

18、rrior surface. so that the refrigerant in lubricant oil can full gasificated to prevent the compressor from wear or liquid impact, and off the compressor suing life.iii、安裝 (installation)3.1.冰機配件(ice machine accessories)水冷的冰機配有冷卻塔，冷卻水泵。根據(jù)客戶的需要配備水冷配件等。the ice machine is equipped with water cooling tow

19、er and cooling water pump. matching water fittings according to customers requirement.3.2.制冰機安裝(install the ice-maker)3.2.1冰機底座已經(jīng)固定好四個螺栓，將制冰機直接水平固定在離地面約半米高的位置即可，如圖（1）所示：there are four fixed bolts on the base frame of ice-machine, the ice-making machine directly is horizontally fixed on the ground ab

21、 for maintenance and repair. the distance around the ice cube machine must be kept at 800mm，the top of ice cube machine must have a space at least 500mm to the roof of house 3.3.水管連接(pipe connection)3.3.1供水管連接(water supply pipe connection)(1) （補水口8，如圖1），只要將供水管連接上即可。供水材質(zhì)應不易生銹而污染水質(zhì)。(2) 保證進水口壓力穩(wěn)定，否則影響制

(2) ensure the inlet pressure is stable, otherwise it will affect the ice effect3.3.2 排污管連接(drain pipe connection)制冰機水箱下面有個排水口， 將排污管與排污管接口對應連接即可。同時要求排污管上連接

24、alve,the sewageand wastewater storage tankby thedrainage tuberemoval.3.4. 冷卻水塔 (assembly of the cooling tower)3.4.1冷卻塔的關鍵零部件存放the storage of key spare parts of cooling tower.（1）電機和減速器（皮帶箱或齒輪箱）應室內(nèi)保存，軸端朝上，立式放置。（2）玻璃鋼件和填料不允許曝曬和堆壓重物，應存放在陰涼、干燥、防火、通風處。（3）風機葉片應妥善保管，防止變形。（4）摸底膠漿、纖維氈、m水（固化劑）、填料定型膠水應存陰涼處，不能淋雨

25、，避免火種，隔離熱源。（5）安裝時要確實做好安全、防火措施。1) motor and reducer ( belt or gear box ) should be put indoor. the shaft end is upward and placed in vertical. (2) glass steel pieces and filler does not allow exposure and cant cover heavy stuff .they showld be palced in a cool ,dry ,ventilation,fireproof place.(3) fa

26、n blades should be properly kept, preventing deformation.(4) the glue for paiting cooling tower bottom ,tapetum fibrosum,m water ( curing agent),stereotype glue for filler should be kept in the shade ,not get wet in the rain,avoid fire,and isolate the heat source.(5) please make sure the security ,f

30、或皮帶箱軸即可。但要注意風機的方向，不可以倒裝。安裝好后將一整體電機朝上，風機朝下安裝在冷卻塔外殼頸口上。abs fan are assembled into a whole, customers only need to put the assembled fan mounted to the motor shaft or belt box shaft. but it should be noted that fan direction, cant flip. after the installation of a whole motor upwards, fan installed dow

31、nward in cooling tower shell neck. 、鋁合金風機安裝。有風機葉片、輪轂和螺絲組成。aluminum alloy fan installation. it is consisted by fan blades, hub and screws. a、輪轂的安裝，輪轂裝在皮帶箱軸或電機軸上，必須注意順裝和倒裝，輪轂有刻度線面應朝上，側出風塔應朝外。 b、風機葉片的安裝，風機葉片編號與輪轂編號要對應，同時輪轂的法蘭編號與風機葉片法蘭的數(shù)字編號如01.02.03.04等要一一對應進行安裝，收緊螺絲時風機葉片的刻度中線與輪轂的中線對正。 c、要確保風機的平衡。在按照以上兩

32、個步驟安裝后，在現(xiàn)場可以采用直的扁鐵（可以用其它直線形物品代替）以任一葉片圖（3）鋁合金風機檢測圖 figure (3) aluminum fan detection map的葉端某點為基點，把測試扁鐵固定在風筒上（不允許上下晃動），然后用手緩慢轉動風機，檢查其它風葉端同一位置的高度是否一致，進行微調(diào)使其達到同一位置，使風機達到最佳運行效果。如圖（3）。a, the mounting hub, hub mounted on the belt box shaft or the shaft of the motor, attention must be paid to shun and flip,

33、 a scale line should go upward, side of the wind tower should be heading for outside.b, the installation of the fan blades, blade number and hub number corresponds to eachother, at the same time the hub flange numbers and fan blade flange numbers such as 01.02.03.04to one one corresponding installat

34、ion, when tighten screws , keeps the midline of fan blades dinectly to hub scale midlinec, to ensure the balance of fan. in accordance with the above two steps after installation, the spot can be used straight flat iron ( can use other linear items instead ) in any leaves on end point as the startin

35、g point, the test flat iron is fixed on the air cylinder ( not allowed to sway up and down ), and then slow hand rotating fan, check the other wind leaf end position with the same height are consistent, fine-tuning to achieve the same position, so that the fan to achieve optimal running effect. figu

36、re (3)(3)管道裝配時注意事項pay an attention to assemble pipeline冷卻水泵安裝位置應低于冷卻塔底盤水面一定距離，否則易造成冷卻塔在運行時出現(xiàn)開機抽空、停機溢水的情況。應設置管道臺架，使冷卻塔不直接承受管道的重量。與冷卻塔接駁法蘭應設有軟管接頭，減小管道震動對冷卻塔的影響。冷卻塔的接管要求：在接管時必須從冷卻塔的疏結處開始連接，嚴禁最后才與疏結連接。否則很容易損壞中心缸疏結。在接管時要注意保持管內(nèi)干凈，避免焊渣等雜物堵塞冷卻塔灑水孔。the cooling water pump of cooling tower should be installed

37、below the water surface in chassis of cooling tower at a distance,otherwire it is easy to lead to the pump be in evacuation,stop running or water overflow when cooling tower is running. it should be set to a pipe support,so that the cooling tower does not directly bear the weight of pipeline.the pla

38、ce that connect cooling tower with flange should have hose joint connection so that can reduce the impact on the pipe vibration of cooling tower.the requirements of connecting pipe of cooling tower:the pipe should be connect from the cooling towers at the beginning is scanty knot connection, finally

39、 with sparse node connection. it is very easy to damage the center cylinder drain node. before the takeover should pay attention to maintaining pipe clean, avoid the welding slag and other debris blocked cooling tower water spraying holes3.5. 安裝完成(the installation is complete) 圖（4）安裝總圖 figure (4) ge

42、水均勻的附著蒸發(fā)板向下流，制冷劑通過蒸發(fā)盤管，盤管外部與蒸發(fā)板上的水進行熱交換，在熱交換的過程中，制冷劑從液態(tài)變成氣態(tài)，吸收大量的熱，將流過蒸發(fā)板的水急劇降到結冰點以下的溫度，使之結成冰。脫冰時，冰塊依靠重力掉落入儲冰庫內(nèi)。如圖（7）the evaporator of ice cube machine is made by evaporative coil tube embedded in the evaporative plate.the refrigerants go in coil tube.after the normal work of refrigeration system, c

43、hilled water pump pumps the water from water cabin into fluid director, then the fluid director makes the water flows down evenly along the evaporator. the water exchanges heat with the refrigerants inside the tube. when the refrigerants evaporate into gas from liquid, it brings away amount of heat.

50、n shows a vibrant state.6.2控制畫面（control the screen） 點擊屏中圖畫區(qū)域的任意位置，顯示圖（10）控制畫面。 any position you click in the picture screen, shown in figure (10) to control the screen. 圖（10）控制畫面figure (10) control the screen6.2.1首次開機時，設置時間數(shù)據(jù)都是0。點擊屏右下角“恢復出廠設置”按鍵，此時制冰時間，a組脫冰時間，b組脫冰時間，c組脫冰時間分別顯示1200秒，50秒,50秒，50秒。6.2.2

51、點擊“啟動”按鈕。機器開始工作。30秒之后，壓縮機啟動，機器開始制冰，此時動態(tài)時間有0秒開始遞增，1秒，2秒，3秒，直到1200秒?？梢郧宄目吹街票鶗r間的長短。6.2.3制冰后，開始脫冰，a、b、c組脫冰時間的動態(tài)時間動作，可以清楚的知道脫冰的時間和所剩的時間。6.2.4脫冰之后轉回到制冰，此時脫冰次數(shù)有0次變?yōu)?次。6.2.5在制冰時候，當點擊“a組脫冰”按鍵，機器立即a組脫冰，之后轉回到制冰。當點擊“b組脫冰”機器立即進行b組脫冰，之后轉回到制冰。當點擊“強制脫冰”按鍵，機器按順序a、b、c組脫冰，脫完冰之后轉回制冰。當在脫冰時，點擊“返回制冰”按鍵，機器立即制冰。這點特殊情況才用到，請

52、慎用。6.2.6打開電磁閥，開清洗是在機器啟動前才能使用，當機器啟動之后，點擊“開電磁閥”，“開清洗”無作用。6.2.7點擊右上方的“english”按鈕，將中文變?yōu)橛⑽??？梢灾杏⑽幕Q。6.2.8客戶主要熟悉這個操作畫面即可。6.2.1、figure 1, the first boot, set the time data are 0. click on the lower right corner of screen restore factory settings button, when the ice making time, group a and group b and c ti
