7、control range : 0300C三、結構與工作原理 Structure and operating principle1. 空氣電加熱器結構 Structure of Electric Air Heater電加熱器是由多支管狀電熱元件、簡體、導流板等幾部分組成，管狀電熱元 件是在金屬管內(nèi)放入高溫電阻絲，在空隙部分緊密地填入具有良好絕緣性和導熱 性能的結晶氧化鎂粉，采用管狀電熱元件做發(fā)熱體，具有結構先進熱效率高，機 械強度好，耐腐、耐磨等特點。筒體內(nèi)安裝了導流隔板能使空氣在流通時受熱均 勻。The electric air heater consists of multi tubula

Flow deflector, installed in thedrum, could make the air uniform heated when circulating.2. 控制工作原理 Control principle 數(shù)顯溫度控制柜采用數(shù)顯溫度調(diào)節(jié)儀，集成電路觸發(fā)器，大功率可控硅和測 溫元件組成測量、調(diào)節(jié)、控制回路，在電加熱過程中測溫元件

Consequently, making control box being more controllable through control thyristor operating angle,四、安裝與使用 Setup and use控制柜應安裝在干燥通風、便于操作的地方?？諝怆娂訜崞魍鈿?、控制柜外 殼應可靠接地、空氣電加熱器應水平安裝，底座螺母要擰緊使其穩(wěn)固。本體與外接管道安裝時

13、，應注意進出口方向安裝測溫元件時，應區(qū)別“ +” “ - ”端接入控制柜接線端子的“ +” “- ”對應 處。加熱器在使用前應測量電源接入端子與金屬外殼的冷態(tài)絕緣電阻不得低于2MQ,使用環(huán)境相對濕度不大于85%。電源線的出、入端應牢固可靠，不得松動。使用前首先檢查電源線、測溫元件輸出聯(lián)線是否正確，控制柜元器件、螺絲 是否松動損壞，如有異常及時擰緊或更換，確認無誤后可通電試車。Cabinet should be in stalled in the dry ratio n and handy place. 22、he rain.六、故障原因與排除方法 Failure cause and repair 故障一：電源指示燈不亮，數(shù)顯表不工作，電壓表無指示。 排除方法：檢查空氣開關是否合上，控制回路熔絲是否完好。 Failure 1: Power indicator light does not illuminate, digital display instrument does not work, pressure gauge does not indicate. Repair: Check whether air switch is off. Check whether control loop fuse is broken.故障二：加熱器溫度不上升。 排除方法：用示波器檢查觸發(fā)器有無輸出脈沖波形、數(shù)顯溫度調(diào)節(jié)儀有無 PID 信 號輸出。Failure 2: Heater temperature does not rise.
